The staff at this Quickchek are amazing. Miguel is one of my favorites! Always personable and willing to help. The entire staff is friendly and just great people all around.

Came here for scheduled fingerprints. They let us do it early since they werent busy. Staff was very nice.

The staff at this store are amazing, starting from Management all the way to the nice lady Kamalia at the sandwich area to Tamara an amazing cashier who always greets you and is always smiling. Kudos for an outstanding job.

This quick check location is pretty good it’s located on Valley Road in Clifton New Jersey the stores very small located in a little shopping center and it’s more outdated older quick chat but it wasn’t really that much of a problem because a store wasn’t dirty or anything the service pretty good overall and they have a wide variety of drinks chips and prepared food and a very great selection of coffee and hot chocolate my overall experience is OK I would highly recommend it but it’s still pretty good if you need some I candy or soda and you’re on Valley Road this place is pretty good for you

People can be so harsh, they complain and lash out on the smallest things while forgetting that all these employees are people and not their slaves. The staff here is wonderful, one bad experience will not change that. My favorite personally is Michael, who is an absolute darling to speak to and never fails to lighten up my day when I come in, genuinely one of my favorite people. Keep up the great work, guys!!

Open 24/7. They are much more than a convenience store. They have great choices for a quick snack or lunch. Good place to pick up things in between trips to the grocery store.

Large convenience store that has most of what I need throughout the day. They also have soup, fresh made coffee, and some pretty good food, made to order, like sandwiches, salads, and hot snacks/appetizers.

A lady by the name of Betty was serving me my Cheese steak 6 inch. She heated up the steak by microwave, while that was being done she slopped the mayo right on the bread. Took out the steak from the microwave and tossed it on the bread with the mayo. To melt the cheese, she tossed the cheese on the meat then tossed it in the toaster oven. When I had asked her why she did that, She said Yes it is on the bread. I asked again why did you put the mayo on the bread and in the toaster oven, I didnt want it like that! She got an attitude with me and said You should have told me you didnt want it like that. I had no clue she was going to toss the bread and Mayo into the toaster oven, it was my first time getting a hot sub there. I told her, well I thought common sense you would not make it like that... Or ask me if I wanted it like that, there is no option to say hey do you want the mayo toasted. The mayo looked like a light brown when it got out of the toaster oven, I wanted to gag. I told her, it is no good to toast mayo and she then said I work here for 8 years! I never tell people that I worked for Subway for 6 years but when I worked at Subway, I never did what she did. I called up HQ to complain, but they will call me back. I also tried to call the number the site shows to speak to a manager but no one picked up.

I bought ice cream from this Quick Chek, and I think they need to raise the temperature in the freezers. I had to put the ice cream in the microwave 4 times because it was so frozen and yet it was still frozen.

I am tired of your sandwiches down the street on valley road in Clifton nj to suck, they dont melt the cheese and do not know how to make sandwiches. Why would you give a sandwich that isnt toasted with cold eggs. why would you add seasoning to the bread instead of the eggs .. catchup on the bread instead of your eggs. This is from many times I buy food there, Ive only found two people to be able to make a good sandwich. I blame quick check for the lousy training and lack of people at that location. I am done buying anything cooked for you and I spent a lot of money at this location because of its conventience. you dont deserve even one star!!! oh the best is put ketchup on the wrap and then all the stuff on top .. you are so lacking.. I am livid... Ive put up with this lack of service for convenience... get your stuff together or I will boycott you at the stores door.

STAY AWAY!!! THE MOST HORRENDOUS STORE EVER!!!! Such awful disgusting people. The people who the manager, Jayne, qualifies to be in charge is this awful, vile girl, Vidika, who literally yells, gives attitude, and has a nasty demeanor towards all, both customers and employees alike. This girl who claims herself shift leader gave attitude and cursed at me and my younger sister (who is a minor) for making a complaint about how rude and appalling her treatment and behavior was, along with how her subordinate, Kevin, physically assaulted another employee and was later let off without being penalized by Jayne (yet again; in which she confronted the other employee and started assuming that it was his fault for antagonizing him). She started yelling back telling her to mind her own business that it was f****** ridiculous and stupid s***, and kept cursing under her breath while making lewd hand gestures. And through it all did not have the nerve to look me in the face. An off-shift employee saw what was going on and decided to intervene, at which, Vidika, decidedly grabbed her things and left the store. There was no one officially in charge afterwards. It was apparent that she had left when she was not supposed to. Prior complaints had been given about Vidika and her behavior, along with the unjust treatments on employees by her and her superiors (one being Jayne), but as of yet not one has been officially confronted. It can be said that this store has no legitimate management, and needs to be investigated by higher authorities. It has also consecutively failed its secret shopper reports time and time again. If anyone from the Quickcheck headquarters is reading this, for the billionth time, please pay attention to your employees and what goes on in your company, fire those who are nothing but burdens and give your company an awful image, such as the people mentioned above. I will NEVER shop at Quickchek and will make sure I spread the word about the awful service, and failure to address this situation. (Please excuse some run on sentences and if there are any grammatical errors)
