Nice Starbucks with large indoor seating area. Clean.

Came he to give our dog a puppy Chino after a stressful vet visit. She loves them. I got Carmel Manhattan w/ extra expresso. I loved my treat and so did our pup.

These girls need to work on their customer service! I went by this Starbucks today because it was convenient to where I was out and about, and I will not be back! The reason I stopped coming to this location in the first place is because they take forever! Now to add to that, as I sat in the drive through waiting on my order, they stood there trash talking the way I ordered my coffee?! I let them know I could hear them and all I got was more attitude! Completely unprofessional and makes the company look bad! I hate to say it like this, but it’s plain and simple: do you jobs! The majority of that is the customer service that you provide to the customers! Do better, girls!

I mean, its a Starbucks. You know what to expect; quick service, good product and a certain atmosphere you expect from Starbucks. This one is very small and they have gone to some cramped seating. But for the drive through, I have to give it five stars.

Walked into Starbucks and they told me order through the app or go through the drive through I explained the the lady I walked here and my phone LCD screen is busted and I cant see half my screen. And she told me to leave. DISAPPOINTED!!

I use to visit this location pretty often, however, the customer service is trash- to say the least. They often catch attitudes if you ask questions, rush you through your order, and even give you the wrong orders (I know this happens sometimes anyways, but it happens WAY TOO OFTEN).If Karen is there, RUN, she is the most rude.The only exception is Kadijah, she is always friendly, fast, and has exceptional customer service skills.The lines take like 30-40 minutes sometimes (not even worth it) go to Clutch Coffee instead!!

They can never get my order correct. The last three times my order has been wrong and nobody has fixed this issue I have complained and mentioned to them that it is wrong, they however act as if it’s no big deal 6$ for a drink it’s a pretty big deal when it’s made wrong and employees do not care to fix the issue.

Absolutely love the double smoke bacon breakfast sandwich and the cheese danish and who can go wrong with a caramel crunch frappe!😋

The inside is open and shelves are stocked, but they dont let you purchase anything directly inside? Only mobile pickups. But the bathrooms are still open? Lol what? Makes no sense

Friendly workers and so far never a issue with my order. Only problem is they usually have a long line. I guess thats a sign of quality seeing how popular they are. Still, could be a little quicker.

They need a bigger parking lot; or access to the lot from somewhere besides Lewisville Clemmons Rd. There isnt anything as scary has accelerating across the intersection at Rt 158 and Lewisville Clemmons Rd only to find three-four cars stopped in the driving land of the main roadway less than 50 yards from the intersection. And folks cant get out of Walgreen parking lot at certain times of the day.

They forgot to add some ingredients to my drink and its always a long wait but I di understand there busy the girl taking the orders sounded aggrevated

Never a bad visit!

Ive never had any issues with the staff or my order but the wait at this store is always VERY long. Plan to wait even if your order ahead. You can tell the staff work very hard but they need more employees to keep up with the store volume.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. I don’t want to say it is just because Malika knows my name—you know how SBux surveys say, “I felt like employees tried to get to know me.” or something like that...Ha ha! Hell no, they didn’t try to get to know me! They’re lucky if they have time to make my cappuccino, and service the drive-thru at the same time! :-). But this place I really do know two peoples’ names, and they know mine.Would recommend to a friend—but I don’t want it to be too crowded!

While I understand having shorter hours due to the coin shortage or whatever, it is insane to be closed at 8 am on a Saturday. They only have a small sign taped to the speaker stating their hours for 130 to 830. Im sure the 10 cars in line behind us were just as happy as we were to sit and wait to read the sign. If you are going to close during peak business hours, be courteous enough to let your customers know before they get in line. 😡

Like Chick-fil-A, they suffer from too much popularity for one location to handle. Drive-through is always busy, sometimes jammed. Inside is even worse and sometimes it gets quite disorganized.

They are closed at random times during normal business hours.

We waited 55 minutes in the drive thru line. One of the coffees we ordered was cold, we sent it back at the window and it was given back to us still cold. Seemed like there was enough staff, so not sure why the service was so awful.

Absolutely favorite place, their double chocolate chip Frappuccino is amazing, sure the wait may be a little while, but you gotta think, they are making the drinks fresh, and they always taste amazing.

Drinks are great and people are nice. But the wait in drive thru really makes me want to downgrade the review. Between logistics and speeding up orders, yall need to do something for Clemmons smh.

Traffic in and out of this store is a nightmare. Also, they keep opening and closing the inside of the store at what seems like random. It wouldnt be that big of a deal if they would allow people to still pick up mobile orders at the door, but no. The only way you can pick up a mobile order is in the drive thru. I tend to walk around the village for exercise, so there is no way I can get a drink from them because Im not in a car.

A little drive thru wait but it was SOOOO worth it. Thanks for making my visit to Winston Salem, nice.

This is a regular spot for me. For how inadequate the parking lot is, they always seem to move the drive thru well. My coffee is always made correct.

Coffee is warm and pretty lame. Drive thru has to be about the worst cluster there is in this area. The sign from the interstate should be removed or the coffee shop should be relocated with a drive thru that can accommodate traffic. The staff is friendly but should be retrained on how to prepare coffee. How is there no competition? Dunkin and Krispy are not coffee shops.

This is the 4th time my wife and I have tried to get coffee here. They have either been closed or the line is so long that after waiting for 10 minutes in a line that hardly moves that is backed out to the road is horrible. My wife was just going to go in and order and it says they arent serving anyone indoors. If youre going to close your dining room area then your drive thru needs to be picking up the pace.

The wait in the drive thru was unreasonable. There were 4 cars in front of us and was a snails pace. Getting an order right does not mean it takes longer. No inside dining/customers should have the outside line moving briskly. If you have a 30 minute lunch it shouldnt be spent in the car line waiting on one coffee order.

STARBUCKS IS WONDERFUL. THE PUMPKIN SPICE FRAPPUCCINOS ARE THE BEST. LOVE TIS PLACE.

Great Starbucks, never had any issue here in the many years Ive been coming. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a bit annoying, but Ive gotten used to it. Definitely worth the trouble in my opinion. :)

This location has come a long way in recent months. Very friendly staff, consistent service. Parking is always a challenge here, but like many...there is always overflow available on the back side of Walgreens.

You gotta try a hot peppermint white chocolate latte and ask them to substitute heavy whipping cream instead of the milk. I dont know any other coffee shops/chains that do it but its amazing if you like sweet and rich. (If you dont, ask for light on the syrup.) If you really want to knock it out of the park, ask for an extra shot and extra sweet.

1:45 PM walked into the store and stood in front or order area for two minutes with two employees with their backs to me before being told they would be with me soon. Meanwhile, employees waited on at least six drive thru customers. Six employees working— I will go home and save my money. Not cool Clemmons Starbucks.

Really slow. As others have stated, drive thru is prioritized (probably due to the tight parking lot) but a 30 minute wait for a drink is silly. This was not due to a staffing shortage. Ive been to Starbucks in Manhattan that had lines out the door. Some time needs to be used in training for efficiency.

One of the best Starbucks I have been to. Friendly staff, always clean despite always being super busy, has a bit later closing time compared to other Starbucks in the surrounding area and the drinks taste consistently great. The only small con is that the store itself doesnt have many seats and makes it a struggle sometimes to find a spot with a friend. I dont hold that against them though.

Always enjoy Starbucks. No matter in Winston-Salem, NC or Salem/Roanoke, VA. Always good. The University Parkway Starbucks in Winston-Salem, NC has been open for one week now after the remodel. It is VERY different. In three months that will be the new normal.

This was a perfect date for my son and his new girlfriend. He asked her to be his girl. He told her that she was the sweet cream to his coffee. They both enjoy this Starbucks. Service was fast and friendly.

Nice enough place, but they always get my drink wrong and forget the toppings. :( I went to Lowe’s today to get caramel drizzle because of how frequent they forget the topping. Ah well.

Very embarrassing! I have never had such a negative experience in my life. Drive thru was the only people prioritized. We waited for our drink for 25 minutes, along with many other patrons. My girlfriend and I both asked for refunds and the staff ensured it was next in line. We still waited for at least 10 minutes and finally walked out. There were about 5 staff members in there; two out of the five were doing nothing at all.

If you make the order correctly then I would give you five stars. When you make me wait 10 minutes and give me the wrong drink you get one star. I understand it’s busy and I’m willing to wait but not for the wrong order.

Service is 5 star. Location and convenience - not so much

So there coffee is good a little pricey but its worth the price. Some workers or little rude or very nice. Its a fun place to hang out with friends and stuff because then you can pay for coffee you know.

Fast and friendly, but they enjoy stopping the lines in front of waiting customers in drive up too much at closing, and it is expensive.

For some reason they can never get my order correct, iced green tea lemonade. It’s either they forget the green tea or the lemonade, like COME ON, how can you mess up a simple drink! I order here pretty often since it’s convenient but it’s been a disappointment for a while now. They will also prioritize drive-thru orders over mobile and walk-ins. Normal wait time for a walk-in or mobile will always be 15-30 minutes if drive-thru is backed up. I will be driving the extra distance to the Frontis Plaza location for now on.

Usually coffee is good, but dont stop if youre in a rush. They never seem to have any motivation to complete your order in a timely manner.

This Starbucks is great and super quick! I go almost every weekday morning and get the same drink every time (typically around 8:30 am). Even if the line is long, I never sit in it for more than 5-10 minutes. My drink is always made perfectly and the staff is very friendly and bubbly in the morning!

Getting in and out of this location is always my problem. The staff is fine, todays was super friendly, coffee was as expected

If you ever show up and there are only children behind the counter working... and especially if their little friends are hanging out at the bar... don’t waste your time. This is my favorite Starbucks. Amazing staff and service. The store is placed in a akward place off the main road but nonetheless its one of the best. Never had a bad experience.

Hot and fresh coffee, quick and friendly service.

Walked in, had one person in front of us, so we were thinking great this will be quick. Ordered 3 drinks, and on the other end, the first drink came out incorrect...which we didnt even know it was up NC it was just placed on the counter-no big deal, we will just get it fixed. No eye contact, no communication from the staff, had to get back in line to be acknowledged. Second drink was correct, however the third drink never came... again tried to get their attention, we werent standing back in line again, and actually had to start raising our voice repeatedly to be acknowledged, the girl had an attitude-to which another girl pointed out maybe the ticket on the floor. No apology, made the drink, and placed it on the counter... For one person being in front of us, it took us 20 min. To get our drink... just ridiculous. I actually the person who writes good reviews by everyone is always so negative, but this was worth mentioning the bad experience.

Better than some of the other locations in the WS area...staff seems friendly, especially the older women who have worked there for a while. However, just like the other locations...I can’t seem to figure out what takes so long?? Every Starbucks Drive thru in the area takes forever these days! I remember when speed and efficiency were a top priority...not sure what has happened lately.

Worst experience I had with Starbucks so far. I came on New Year’s eve and ordered Iced Matcha Greentea Latte from Drive-Thru around 4 pm, but the lady in black shirt and glasses messed up the order. The lady did not offer to fix my drink and was very rude. She finally fix it when I refused to pay for the wrong drink. If she offered to fix my drink at the first place and did not argue with me, I wouldn’t be upset.

Only ordered a hot chocolate. Long wait. The lady who handed me my drink was nice though.

I may be biased because Ive been going to this location since it first opened. I know a lot of the staff that has been there since it opened. They are nice and will make your order correct, if youre not satisfied, just let the know.

Pumpkin nitro cold brew is the best.

Pretty fast service and the drinks are always really good. Theyre expensive, but worth it.
