I’ve used Mattress Firm multiple times over the years and they never disappoint. This particular visit was great; I told the sales guy my budget and preference. He laid out several mattresses for me to choose and when I found one I loved, it was over my budget but they worked with me to get the price down enough to where I was comfortable. They delivered the very next day! And I love my new mattress. Awesome experience.

I’ve purchased two mattresses from this location and the service is great. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy any specific mattress and they made me feel comfortable spending as much time as I needed to make a selection. I exchanged one of the initial mattresses I bought because it was too soft. They have a 4 month return policy and it is truly a ‘no hassle’ policy. I went in and let them know I needed to exchange… I knew what I wanted so they set up the order and they delivered the next day. You can’t beat that! Very happy with Mattress Firm as a whole and this particular location extends great service!

My wife and I visited the store twice before buying a Tempur-Adapt mattress with the adjustable base. The salespeople—Matthew and Caitlin—were both very helpful. They answered all our questions and never pressured us at all. They were kind and polite and very professional. Our mattress was delivered this morning by two young men who were courteous and efficient. All in all our experience at Mattress Firm was terrific.

With hubby and I having sore backs in the morning but improved somewhat as the day went on, we agreed to get a new mattress. Mattress Firm is the place to go and Caitlin is the lady to see! We had CR as our guide but they didn’t have them in the store so at Caitlin’s suggestion we tried a couple other ones and without pressure, we chose a perfect one for us. She was knowledgeable, polite, professional and quick to set up delivery, removal of old one and explain all the warranties, etc. Best shopping ever!!!!

Brent was easy going and not pushing for the sale. I found a comfortable bed at my pace while he simply.... just helped honestly with what we wanted. Ended up paying 2700 with head and feet adjustable and a beautiful hybrid adjustable head and foot out the door on a presidents sale, saving about 1500. Great customer service!

Went to the Clearwater store today looking for a king box spring they didn’t have any in stock at that store but Caitlin did a great job of tracking one down for me at the closest store in Port Richey. I was able to purchase it and secure it and within a half hour I was picking it up the other store. The customer service provided by Caitlin was excellent.

We had some issues with a mattress that we purchased and returned it. We then upgraded the mattress which they only allow one exchange. Due to some medical conditions we called the store explained our situation and they provided us with excellent customer service.
