BEWARE OF BED BUGS!!!!I purchased a Tempurpedic mattress and Adjustable frame from Bedpros the first week of September.I was not home when it was delivered, nor did I inspect anything. I looked at the mattress and it seemed to be ok.. So, I gave them a good review the next day after purchasing their Mattress and Adjustable Frame..After a week of sleeping on my mattress, I noticed A BED BUG, and I didn’t know what type of bug that it was, so I put it in a ziploc bag and took it to the store and explained that I have never seen a bed bug nor had I ever had any in my home., So, Joe, the employee advised me that there’s no way that I could have gotten it from their mattress since it was wrapped in plastic..But, they do remove old mattresses from people’s homes, and I believe that this is where the BED BUG came from that was inside of their delivery truckI don’t believe that they sanitize these trucks every time that they deliver a mattress, and now, I have to TINT My home that cost over 2,000 dollars.. I have had 2 professional Pest Control Specialist come to inspect my home, and there were no Bed Bugs found anywhere else in my home except in my bedroom where the Mattress and Frame were delivered.. THE OWNERS STATED THAT There’s nothing that they can do about it so I’m Stuck with this mattress and Frame that I paid over 4,000 dollars.. I suggest that you shop elsewhere, this company is not professional and they don’t care about their customers.

Between Marc and the store owner, we will never go anywhere else again for another bed. Everything about this company and store is amazing. They are kind, knowledgeable, and give you such incredible deals. Even your delivery drivers are so kind and courteous. We got referred to this store by neighbors but still wanted to try another place to have a general idea of how much beds cost these days. The salesman there only showed me beds for over 5-6k even though my budget was around 2k. Then we headed to bed pros and met Joseph who assured me that shopping for a mattress can be and should be a pleasant experience. It certainly was. We got a king Lloyd and Penfield mattress set that is made locally and has the best warranty out of all the other mattresses. I will give an update review once weve actually got it here and we can sleep on it and test it out.

I explained my issue that my previous Beautyrest Hybrid plush purchased 7 years ago had suddenly sunken-in and began causing sleepless nights with great discomfort. Joe recommended the LLoyde and Penfield King Farrington Park pillow top plush since I sleep on my side and now need a firmer mattress for support while maintaining a comfortable top with cool temperature surface. Jozsef provided a no pressure sale and listened to our needs. He gave several options and allowed us to choose the mattress we desired. He offered us a reasonable deal and included a mattress cover with purchase. Delivery times were flexible and we are anxious to try our new mattress during the 45 day sleep trial. Delivery is next week.

Dont waste time at the big dept. store like we did, usually they dont have the exact mattresses to tryout in store and for some reason they arent getting deliveries from the manufacturers (we were starting our second month of waiting for an ordered Beautyrest mattress). So we decided to cancel that order and try a real mattress store, and we were glad we did. The store manager Joe took good care of us, in store they have all the mattresses they sell so you can try the exact mattresses right there. Bed Pros pricing was good and most importantly to us it was delivered in two days! We are very happy with our Stearns & Foster hybrid mattress and we are glad we went to Bed Pros.

SHOP LOCAL! Joe took outstanding care of ME. I went in two days in a row because I wanted to really think about it and be sure I purchased the right mattress. Joe was no pressure but knew lots of information about all of the mattresses and really helped guide me to best mattress for me. He also helped me pick out great pillows to keep me cool at night and threw in a mattress protector for free.

Sales manager listened to my inquires and answered them completely. No sales pressure. I purchased a bed, the delivery folks were courteous and quick to setup the bed. When the delivery arrived the adjustable platform did not work. The store manager had another team come out the next day with a replacement. It turned out a wire was incorrectly placed, this fixed the problem without having to replace the platform. Its worked well ever since. I love the product and the service provided! Thanks

Wonderful experience from selection to delivery.Joe at the showroom was accommodating with no sales pressure. Once a selection was made the delivery was within 1 day and the drivers called ahead with their scheduled arrival. I went looking for a mattress not really knowing what I wanted. I met the Manager Joe at the countryside location and explained what I was looking for. He showed me various mattresses and the benefits of each. I thought I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay but after meeting Joe and learning theres more to mattresses than springs,foam and a cover I ended up with a much better mattress than if I went in and bought based on my own research. I have bought several beds over the years from bed pros. I have always been treated kindly and they have always found ways to make it affordable. I bought a bed yesterday for my son with a promise of delivery today. Matt made the deal that was hard to pass up. Apparently, the delivery driver was not having a good day and did not deliver the bed. Joe, the manager was kind enough to follow up with my concerns, got a delivery truck out to my house after hours and threw in a gift for the inconvenience. That made my night. That is great service.

So 10 years ago I got my mattress here and the experience was good but not great. However, this time around they got this guy Matt who went above and beyond to be accommodating and answer any questions plus all the things you dont think to ask, like how to properly break in a foam mattress. Worth it just to go in and say hi.
