I stopped in here briefly because I smelled exhaust in my cab. Cecil immediately put the car on a lift and informed me of the news. It wasnt good but he was straight forward and did not try to sell me something I did not need. It ended up they could not fix my problem (need a mechanic to work on the engine) but I appreciate Cecils straight forward and honest answer.When I DO need muffle work, I will certainly bring my vehicles here.

This shop is great and straight to the point. They gave me an estimate and got to work, and even though it turned out there needed to be more work done they held true to that estimate. That alone speaks for the kind of people running the shop. Id recommend it to anyone.

Cecil rocks! Can’t thank y’all enough. I was able to go in on a Saturday and get a great sounding system for my Lincoln Mark VII that not only sounds amazing but will let my engine breathe so much better! Would recommend this shop to all.

I took my daughters car here and it sounded like a lawn mower with no muffler. They took me under the car while it was on the lift and showed me what was needed and damn near replaced 7/10ths of the exhaust system for a price that was amazing, the work they did was superb and they were done in under two hours. Car sounds amazing and they also took the time to show me that two of my motor mounts were worn out. If you need anything exhaust related do not hesitate to go here.

Took my 2016 Focus ST to get my aftermarket Remus exhaust installed. They were quick, precise and very knowledgeable. The exhaust was put on correctly and cleanly.

The website shows open till 12:00CST I went in prior to the close time 11:45CST. The business sign was still on showed “OPEN” I went and asked how much to get my exaust looked at as there was as leak visible and was refused to even get looked at. SAD as I have been coming here for multiple vehicles and add-ons.I told them to turn off the sign as I hate for other people go and waste their time.I gave 1 star as I would have left (Zero/None)All I was trying to do was spend my money at your business and I gave you advise to turn the light off so people didn’t come out their cars and get refused.You walked away and chuckled.

Mr. Trevis and Mr. Cecil are some of the best professionals in this town, bar none. I have taken all of my cars here for exhaust work and they know the business. GREAT pricing, most fair in Clarksville, hands down. They are personable and easy to talk to about any issues. They will pull you into the shop so you can see what they gotta do and explain everything. They truly deserve this excellent rating.

Great little home town store they take great care of there customers and the best part about that place is they will let you in the shop and you can watch them do the job. i had them take my resonator off my care and it only took them like 10-20 minutes i was in and out .. great business and great customer service everything was 5 starts .. nice ..

So I heard about this place from a friend and decided to check it out. I called and spoke to an individual and inquired about a muffler system that he stated he would have to check with his vender on Monday about. I said “Ok sounds good. So you are open on Monday?” You would have thought I was the best comedian in the world. He laughed so hard on the phone and responded with “I’ve been open for 40 years.” My response was “So your open on Monday because I was told you were open Saturday and Sunday and it was first come, first serve based?” He continued to laugh and said “were open Saturday and closed on Sundays”. Then just hung up without the decency of even say bye. I still never got a response from the guy other than it’s first come first serve and we’re open Saturday but closed Sunday. Many local businesses in clarksville work Saturday hours but take off Sunday and Monday for their weekend times off. One could only assume asking a business owner if he is open on Monday would be a relatively simple question that any business owner would be happy to answer without the need to laugh in the potential customers face, or over the phone in this case, and state how long they have been open. I cannot speak for the quality of their work but if the phone conversation is a reflection of their work quality, you might think about taking your vehicle and your money to another local business to support and stay away from these guys.

I own Guys Auto Repair in South Sango, Clarksville, Tn & have taken customer & my own vehicles there for years. They have always done me right on the quality of work, price & timeliness of the repair. The same goes for when I have referred customers to them. The customer always tells me how well they were treated & thanks me for referring them.

I had both catalytic converters replaced by them. Have had 3 diagnosis done. ALL SAY CATALYTIC CLOG. THEY WONT EVEN LOOK AT MY TRUCK. NOT GUARANTEEING THEIR WORK IS NOT COOL. VERY DANGEROUS TO THE DRIVER GETTING RIPPED OFF. BUYER GO ELSEWHERE.

Awesome service and workmanship. 45 minutes and $55 got me a muffler delete and a new tip installed. Couldnt be happier.

Just rude over the phone.didnt really help with advice as far as me getting a glasspack for my charger. Basically told me that if i wanted my v6 to sound like a v8 that i needed to get a v8. I was planning on doing business but nevermind if you that rushful to get off the phone dont own a business.

They work fast. But they have very crappy welds. Took 2 vehicles to these guys, and both had exhaust leaks from the welds. Not recommended if you want a quality job.

I cant say enough good things about the owner/shop at Queen City Muffler. My catalytic converter was clogged and causing problems, so I was stuck in Clarksville until it got repaired. He took the car in the shop within 20 minutes, and within an hour or so, he had cleaned out the converter and even replaced a broken bolt (which he didnt even charge me for!).Was expecting a bill around $400 (that the quote Honest 1, also in Clarksville, told me it would probably cost), but it was under $300!He was super nice. Joked around with me. Pointed me toward local places I could browse to kill time while he worked on my car. All around 10-star service!!

Went to Queen City about 2-3 years ago with a Chevy 2500 truck, 8.1 L engine.Muffler recently started to rattle inside so took my truck to my local area (I moved since then).Seems Queen City put a car muffler on my truck and a smaller pipe than what is minimally called for.

Fantastic! Repaired my broken truck exhaust in half an hour. Reasonabe prices too. I grabbed a sandwich t silkes bread while i waited. Ill use them again for exhaust repair
