Showed up and was told my truck would be painted in a week. It ended up being 2 weeks long, tons of excuses when I called & the level of professionalism and timely customer service was lacking immensely. They even misplaced the front emblem of my truck and took 30 mins to find. Be cautious.

MAACO did an excellent job of painting the restoration of a 30 year old golf cart. The next will be the Toyota MR2 I bought in 1991. Great friendly service.

The guy on the phone treated me like I had no clue about painting vehicles. He even had the nerve, when I told him something that I had known about previous painting... The phone when quiet for a second, and he came at me with.... Sir, I do this for a living! Like I didnt know that. I then told him... That may be, but what you dont do for a living is customer service, and you just lost one.

Gave a good very reasonable price for the work that I needed done compared to all of the other body shops that I visited. I was under the impression that they would be pretty easy to work with but apparently I was wrong. Before I dropped my car off I asked when would be the right time/day to drop it off and I was told the following week would be fine. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and was told that it would be ready in three days. Come Friday my car was not done and i was told it would be done the following morning. Call the following morning and another excuse was given and I was told Monday it would be done for sure. Monday comes and as usual I call to check on the progress and yet another excuse is given. By this point I am getting frustrated with the entire process. The next day comes and I call several times without getting an answer. Finally later in the day I get an answer and I am told hey Ive seen you call several times. I was going to call you back. I ask about my car and he says let me go check on it and I will call you right back. Hours pass and it is almost the end of the work day and i did not receive a phone call back so me and husband ended up taking a trip up there and were told that my car would be finished Wednesday. Wednesday has come and gone and today is Thursday and I have yet to hear anything about my car even after calling SEVERAL times and not getting an answer or even so much as a phone call back!! I dont usually do things like this but the communication and professionalism of this place is very poor.

I dropped a vehicle off for a full paint job nearly 6 months ago. I was told that the vehicle would be ready within a week or two. We negotiated $700 total. After nearly 2 months of phone calls to this place, I drove from Kentucky to check on the vehicle. I was told by the manager that I spoke with originally that the insurance jobs came first. He also noted he wanted this to be a cash deal only. That was not an issue with me and he explained that it would for sure be done by the end of January 2020 5 months later. Its now 2-18-2020 and no one answers my calls. BEWARE!!!!!!

Did good paint job. Only they had my truck for over two weeks. When I called first time after one week I was told they had not started yet. Personnel shortage I was told . Same story next week. When I told not to start that I was coming to get my truck they called back and said they had started but it would be middle of third week before it was done. I finally picked it up after 17 days in their shop.

Black cars dont look good after the paint starts going bad, and MAACO has done an excellent job of repainting the affected area. It looks really good. My thanks to everyone at the shop. The only detractor in my experience was that a labor issue prevented the shop from getting the car out the door as quickly as originally estimated.

I brought my car in to get painted from purple to black. When I got it back, it was still a purplish color and the side view mirrors werent painted as well. They apologized and said they would get it right. When I got the car back the second time, it looked amazing and the bodywork they did was exceptional.Im leaving 5 stars for staying true to their word and would recommend this place to anyone.

I have a 2006 Chevy silverado, the paint was worn and faded, looked bad. I contacted local collision shops and they quoted $5000 to $7000 with 30 days to get it painted.Maaco in Clarksville TN. Quota 1/3 the cost, over the phone. The manager and I walked around the truck and the quote was confirmed.Within one week my truck was ready, the paint is outstanding, better than I expected. The manager was straightforward with me concerning how they prepared the truck for paint and any small door dings would be fixed.Very satisfied with the manager and the final product, I would recommend this Maaco.

Outstanding work! The owner, Mitch and his team are world class. Very friendly, straightforward and had my Tacoma repainted in a matter of a couple of days. They took the time to treat each and every person who came through the doors as if they were the most important people there and customer service like that is missing far too often these days. I would without a doubt recommend them to anyone looking to get their vehicle repainted.

Emblem on car grill and fog lamp cover came off in car wash two month after repairs were done. Very poor workmanship and customer satisfaction. I wouldnt refer Maaco to anyone I know.

I went there to get my bumper fixed. After he ordered my parts they failed to call me when they were in. After I got them fixed they ordered a wrong part and also failed to contact me when that part was in. On both occasions when I went in my parts were sprawled all over the lobby. Two hours after getting my bumper fixed, it’s started to come off and fall apart.

Good job painting the vehicle. But they also replaced the front door handles and left grease on the drivers side window and two finger wide black streaks on the tan drivers seat. Hopefully I will be able to remove them without discoloration.

I had my car dropped off for a quote and was charged a tear down fee without being told prior to service and this is the worst company I have ever dealt with and will NEVER use again

The only issue I had was color matching. The inside of the truck was already painted with spray can paint, I even left a half a can in the cab for them to color match for the outside. When I picked it up it was about two shades lighter than what I wanted. When I asked about the color mismatch, the technician stated the match gun would not take a good enough read off the cap of the spray can and that lighter shade was the best they could do. I guess they couldnt figure out how to spray the paint onto another object or, I dont know, maybe get a read from the inside that was already painted!

Dropped my vehicle off over a month ago with the manager telling me my vehicle would be completed in a week. I have been told several times by the same manager that my vehicle would be completed in a couple of days. No follow up from that manager at all, I had to call each time he told my vehicle would be finished on that said day. And of course it wasn’t. I contacted the corporate office and they were no help either. I will not be back with any business to this location. Very poor management and customer service.

I️ would give this place a negative 5 stars if I️ could. They had my vehicle for two weeks, although they said it would take 4 Days. When I️ showed up to pick up my vehicle they did a horrible job and had to keep it for “another day”. This turned into another week and a half. They don’t take the time to cover up parts of the vehicle where paint should not be, they might as well have painted the windows too. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I got the “best” package and spent good money and I️ am not happy with the end result. Save your money

This is a terrible customer service business. We took my car Monday the 5th.Were told it would be ready Thursday. Friday went to check, said there were getting ready to take it back to paint. Okay,Saturday called to see if it was done.No it will be Monday because theyre closed on Sunday.Called Monday the person who does the painting was running s couple of hours late,will get it in as soon as he gets there. Called Monday afternoon again. Not done yet guy got there later than expected. Told him were coming to get it Tuesday done or not. More excuses and lies This week was my vacation and had planned to do some traveling. If the car had been fi nished in a timely manner we could have.But now vacation is over and I dont know if my car is done!

I took my car to this shop, and the vehicle was there for six weeks. They did a horrible job on the body and paint. The rear bumper started to come apart on both sides, when I took the car back to them to get it fixed they still did the job wrong. I was given a two-year warranty and Maaco did not keep their word on the warranty. I do not recommend the Maaco in Clarksville Tennessee for anybody work.

MAACO Clarksville was awesome, they gave me an estimate within 15 minutes, had my part ordered and installed in less than 24 hours!! I will be using them in the future if I need any repairs. Thank you again for the excellent service.

TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! If they had zero stars I would have chosen that. They had my husbands vehicle for over 2 months after telling him it would only take a week to finish. We called corporate just to find out that Maacos are individually owned so there is nothing they can do. They lied several times on when it would be finished. The color is horrible, the manager Jason is so unprofessional that my husband and he ARGUED in the store, instead of trying to discuss the issue, he was yelling at my husband who in turn yelled back, because who goes in a place of business expecting crappy customer service...dont go there if you want honest, friendly and trustworthy people to paint your vehicle.

Trash customer sercice, Trash timelines, Trash work, and Trash people!Originally took my truck in for a color change. Paid for the better package. They told me four days after a week they just gave me try the old it will be done tomorrow. They didnt even start till 10 days later and only because I went there and raised hell. I saw that they hadnt touched my truck. It was burried in the back of the lot. I finally got my truck back after two weeks of paying for a rental. The truck was covered in white powerer inside and out and they hadnt taken the tape off. I originally gave them a decent review because the paint job looked good, despite the fact that they just forgot to paint the rear bumper entirely! Little did I know that they hadnt sanded my truck before painting it so here I am a couple months later with the paint peeling at every edge! Their work is warrantied so I took it back and the guy behind the counter told me they couldnt even look at it for another 3 weeks and that I couldnt make an appointment. He gave the same excuse as I got when then gave me the go around last time which was that a bunch of people quit so I just got nobody to do the work. Better figure it out cause your work is trash.

Unfortunately my local Maaco can not seem to get paint to stick to a vehicle. Not only that they took a piece off of my vehicle (that is no longer produced and can not be replaced) and threw it away. I am not pleased with my Macco. They have painted my vehicle 5 times and it is still not right.

To start off with, i own a small business myself and have 3 other trucks that I will NOT be taking here. I brought my f350 in to get painted. I got my truck back 2 weeks late(didnt care), the paint has all manner of runs/drips and overspray(didnt care), the badges were not put back on my truck (didnt care), the truck wasnt cleaned when finished and upon cleaning realized that the clear coat was not evenly applied to my hood. Some of the hood has it some doesnt again, didnt care. The straw that broke the camels back was the fact they either stole or lost my gas cap so every time I drive down the road diesel is sploshing all down the side of the bed. I knew Maaco had the reputation of being a budget paint shop and more or less expected some of this but for 2000$ you could have atleast replaced my 13$ gas cap you lost. So im over it, will be contacting corporate and the BBB next week with pictures and proof. Please do not take your car here, if I could give less than one star I would.

My mom took her 2004 Hyundai Elantra to get repainted, and they did a great job. I appreciate how they treated my mom, and how quick they did the job. I would highly recommend them.

This place is a complete rip off!!! DO NOT get fooled by their low price!! Please save your money and go to a good place. Couple of weeks ago, I went there to fix my bumper and after a week when I went to pick up my car my, car battery was dead. I had to jumpstart. I never had to do jumpstart my car before. And later I went to walmart auto care to see what was wrong with my battery. Looks like someone put a wrong car battery on my car and was replaced with other crappy parts. Please DO NOT go to this place. BTW, if you go there to get the estimate different person gives you different estimate price there, even if they work at the same place.

They LOST MY KEYS AND REMOTE +WONT PAY TO REPLACE. Poor customer service and not trustworthy. After 2 weeks of my car being there and me paying for completed work they informed me they lost key set, keys and fob.

I have taken my car for paint warranty 4 times and they still cant keep the paint on from lifting in both the hood and the rear spoiler. In just a week or two after reapplying it goes back to bubbles all over. Giving two stars because they keep trying; however, Im leaving the state and where the car will be, theres only two Maaco shops at four hour drive. Now Im stuck with a terrible paint job for good.

Just picked up my car. I had the front end repainted and clearcoat applied. It looks fantastic! Very satisfied wth the quality of their work.

Had my truck for three weeks and still not finished the job! Painted over the rub seal of my door and it will not open. Left paint on my passenger side window, ordered the wrong part for my cupholder, did not put my mud flaps back on, and finally did not wash my truck left it out to get dusty. Will never recommend this particular shop to anyone

Called every place in Clarksville, Hopkinsville and half of Nashville looking for somome to fix my flaking clear coat and repaint my hood and roof on my truck . Was really discouraged when no one could point me in the right direction, a guy in Nashville told me that nobody just paints anymore and that all the body shops were tied in with insurance companies, blah blah blah . I was told to stay away from Macco by one guy as well as a friend .....Well I started doing some research and a lot of car club type forums were promoting and defending Macco . Stating that theyre all not the same and that they will give you a cheap paint job or a really nice one .....its all on you and what you want to buy . Well let me tell you, the one in Clarksville, Tennessee is AWESOME!!!!! They explained the whole process and what it would take to fix it, and put a 5 year warranty on it . The price was very, very reasonable (with a 5 yr warranty ). Cant say enough, how appreciative I am of the team here in Clarksville. They did an amazing job on my Truck ---------- HIGHLY Recommend!

Horrible horrible experience we had work done at this shop 2 years ago. They had our vehicle for almost 2 months for minor damage to the bed of the truck. Got the run around so many times. They tried to use bondo on the truck instead of doing the job right caught that only because we went by to check on the progress of the truck. They had to go back and redo alot of the work because they missed alot of spots. Then I notice today that on the top of the cab of the truck the paint has came off on a spot that was not sanded properly. Keep on going go to a different maaco this place has poor quality workers.

Some tape was still on my car and my auxiliary cord and adapter for my iPhone 7 were taken out of the car when i picked it up. When I told the person at the front desk he replied with “we don’t take anything out of the vehicles.”
