I cant say enough good things about this place. The staff is friendly and attentive, they were very helpful in getting my car repaired and even gave me a ride from Clarksville to The Highlands. Best of all, they did a great job of repairing the damage on my car. Cant ask for more than that!

This is my GO-TO Body Shop whenever I need work performed. Kentuckiana Auto Body has fixed my car several times and Ive had a GREAT EXPERIENCE each time!!! My car is a 2001 and not parked in a garage, but I swear you wouldnt think it was 15 years old if you saw it! Angela & Katie in the front office are always kind, friendly & knowledgeable! Looks like this place stays busy, but theyve always fixed my ride in a timely manner. Kudos to David Saylor/Manager,...Ive been there so many times he knows me by name when I bring my car in :-)

Estimator was friendly and professional. I got in filled out paperwork pull my car into bay. Waited a few minutes, was given a rental car by enterprise agent and drove off. This was a Geico insurance facility. Pleasent experience.

KAB did a great job on our insurance claim. My brand new Lincoln was rear-ended with severe damage. Although the repairs took longer than I hoped (6 weeks) the quality of workmanship was spot on, no complaints. Angela Wilcox was my project manager and she is a rock star! Very proactive for communication and follow up for any questions, concerns or requests. I highly recommend this company.

Worst experience Ive ever had in my life with any auto/repair shop by far. Quality of work was poor at best after having my car for over a month. They used cheap aftermarket parts instead of OEM replacements. My car was leaking anti freeze that was caused by the accident I was in which they tried to fix by using stop leak. This was discovered when I took to my car to another shop. Customer service was horrible after learning that they knew about the leak and realeased my car for me to drive and possibly ruin my engine. I ended up having to take my car to two different shops. One to fix the leaks and another to go over the low quality body work and to replace all the cheap parts with OEM. I WOULD NOT reccomend this place and ended up goin to Lincoln Town and Country Auto Repair were they did an excellent job at making sure my car was repaired correctly and professionally without cutting corners and using cheap parts.

The staff were very friendly and kept me informed throughout the process of getting my SUV repaired. My car was repaired on time and was cleaned prior to being picked up. Overall I would highly recommend this body shop.

This place repaired my car after a fender bender left some nice dents and a busted headlight on my passenger side. Its Geicos go-to in the area which is why my car ended up there but I had a terrific experience! The front office staff were friendly and professional and the work was great.

Spent 45 min on the phone with GEICO after my accident to make sure my vehicle was delivered to Kentuckiana Auto Body ( its a GEICO claim center... So why was it so hard?) HUGE mistake!!! Truck was repaired quickly but came back SO dirty and smelled like a cigar...I was actually shocked by how dirty is was! However that was a easy fix as I could just simply clean it up. So as I was scrubbing it down (including shampooing seats, yes that dirty!) I started noticing that not all the parts had been replaced, they simply didnt install them!!!! This included my air filter!!!!!, bottom bumper deflector, and air routing deflector for radiator! Also damage to my driver door was not even touched! Simply sloppy work and VERY sad as I chose them thinking I was getting a superior body shop. Do not use this facility!

This place done a great job fixing my car after an accident and provided a rental car while my car was being repaired.

I dropped my car off on Monday morning after scheduling my repair service through Geico. (This is a Geico preferred shop.) I had minor damage to my rear bumper but it was enough that I thought it would have to be replaced. Upon meeting the Geico claims adjuster and having him look over my car, I was in and out with a rental in about 20-30 minutes. The estimate was posted about an hour later through Geicos app where I learned that they were just repairing the bumper which at first concerned me. The repairs were done the next afternoon and I was able to pick it up Wednesday morning. I was shocked at how amazing my bumper looked. You can sometimes tell either with small dips or defects that there were repairs, but not here. My bumper literally looks brand new and I take great pride in what my car looks like. The staff was very friendly from the shop, Enterprise, and Geico. They washed my car after it was completed and I have to say I am very pleased with the process. I highly recommend this shop to anyone, especially those who may be second guessing if Geico might be sending you to a bad shop. I hardly ever post reviews but I found it necessary to praise this business on work well done. Thank you!

Unprofessional and untrustworthy. After getting in an accident geico sent me here to get my car fixed. After the adjustment they told me it would be fixed in a week. Received texts from kentuckiana auto body saying it was on track to be fixed on time, then texts saying it would be another week then even saying it was fixed. I went there and they said the texts were wrong and itd be another week so at this point 3 weeks. They offered a small discount on the deductible which wasnt even close to what I had to spend on the rental car for 3 weeks. When I went to finally pick my car up it had a rattling noise so I went back inside where they promised a gas card and to try to have it fixed by the next day. I went home once again to be called back saying it was fixed. Upon arriving I asked about the rattling noise and my concerns. After that about gas card and the owner started yelling at me saying I wasnt getting anything and continued to yell at me and tear me down over something that was promised and ignored my concerns on the car rattling and my concerns on what else might be wrong with my car. Im taking it somewhere else to be looked at because geico wants to make sure its actually fixed. Also so that I never have to step foot in that office again where they badger customers verbally. Extremely unprofessional on the owners part. Please do not go here for your business, unprofessional and untrustworthy. No one should ever be treated this way.
