They were extremely helpful and professional. They did an amazing job on my 2015 Chevy Equinox and had it done earlier than expected. I would recommend to anyone and will use them again if I need to.

Recently, my vehicle was hit while sitting in a parking lot. Although the damage was mainly cosmetic it was something I wanted to get repaired. Through recommendations from friends I used Clarksville Collision center for the body work. All the employees that I interacted with were professional and friendly. Their repair work was top notch also. Hopefully I won’t have to utilize there services again but if so I will definitely go to Clarksville Collision for any repairs. I definitely will recommend them to friends.

I picked up my RAV4 today after being in an accident on August 30th. Clarksville Collision did a beautiful job of restoring my vehicle. Friendly staff and did what I was expecting them to do as a quality body shop. Took over a month to get in and the small repair was done in one week. The staff were friendly to deal with. We have been using these guys for years for our collision repair needs.

Ive known about this place for years because my parents went here for car repairs when I was growing up. Their customer lounge is very welcoming and cozy. The staff are always friendly, whether youre dealing with them on the phone or in person. Theyre very straightforward with you about everything and genuinely seem like they care. When I go there, they almost treat me like Im family. This is my chosen shop and Id recommend anyone to go here.

Went to get estimate done. I wanted to fix the bumper that popped out on one side. The owner stated unless Im willing to open insurance laim to pay for replacing the entire bumper he doesnt want to work on it. Looking for another body shop now.

Would not give me a price to fix my car. They said it was to old and not worth the repair. Whether or not the car was a total loss was not for you to decide. You have over inflated rates. There was 800 in parts needed for the repair and you wanted to charge north of 4k. No bodyshop is that good.

Way overpriced, they dont explain things, they are like used car salesmen and try to get all the money they can out of you they even made my wife cry it was just not a good experience at all I got my car fixed elsewhere much cheaper and great quality work I will never go to Clarksville Collision again

My family and I wont go anywhere else. They airways do a fantastic job. Just got my little Chevy Spark back that someone hit. It is a weird shade of purple and they matched it perfectly!

I totally disagree with this opinion. I took my car there, and the people who work there are really nice. They know how to do their work and doesnt take that long. Also, the estimator gave me alot of trust with his deal. I would totally take my car there again if I ever need to.

We seem to be keeping our Camry new one piece at a time. It has been to Clarksville Collision Center twice now, and I wouldnt trust it to anyone else. Daryls (the estimator) numbers were right on the mark both times. They handled all the paperwork with the insurance company so I didnt have to be bothered with it. And in both cases, the car was finished on time or earlier. These guys are fanatics about making sure its done right! Whether your car is nearly totaled or just has a couple of dents in the fender, I definitely recommend Clarksville Collision Center.
