Boy oh boy, awesome location and innovative design for a convenience store but sadly, bathroom, at least the mans was disgusting this morning. I just think that that is what makes a convenience store convenient, but if your bathrooms are dirty, I cannot imagine anything else to be clean either. I hope this helps you.

I went into this store with a mask on. The cashier pointed at me as I walked up then him and his friend (a guy hanging out by the counter not an employee) were whispering about me in hushed voices and snickering. Regardless of Kum&Gos opinions on masks or their employees opinions this was not professional. There is a QT just a mile or two down the road. I think from now on it will be with the extra drive to not be made fun of by Kum&Gos employees.

Kum & Go on Blue Starr is the best Kum & Go in town! The store is new, clean, and the staff are amazing. I feel safe at this store at night when traveling alone. I love, love, love their pizza! This store is great for anyone needing to make a quick stop at a reasonable price!

I love Kum&Go. I prefer them over all other convienance stores in the entire country.

I was able to hear the good music at the pumps and in the bathroom, but I had to tell them about how hard it was to hear the good music in the lobby. They need to make sure they keep the music where everyone can hear it, in every area, without having to struggle just to hear it!!!! If they learn how to do this, this will be a great location, the best location near me, I will be proud to have this location here, and they can expect to see me alot more!

The girls that work the front counter during the day are great always happy to help and friendly (Pam and the other young lady that works in the afternoon are always super cheerful), but Judy that is always in the kitchen is about as unhappy to be asked to do anything other then hide behind the as could be. I have stood at the counter and been completely ignored only to walk around and when forced to acknowledge me she couldn’t even be bothered to step over and take my order. Too much inconvenience to stop putting that lunch meat on I guess. About the most apathetic employee and customer service I’ve ever received in a Kum and Go. The food was infact good though despite the complete lack of customer service

Fast friendly. All the employees were their mask and was following social distancing. The store was clean.

Terrible customer service. Also if you have pump issues they won’t answer the help button so you may have to walk back in the rain to settle something that could have been fixed over the intercom. Won’t be spending my money at this location again.

Took my son to get snacks and a drink, when I went to get ice in my cup a gray chunk of something came out with the ice frozen in the cube, I showed a worker and her response was “ew” and she went back to the register. She didn’t go check, or tell other customers not to use the machine. She even rang me up and didn’t say another word about what I told her. I’m disgusted and kinda mad because her reaction shows me this probably happens a lot and they don’t really care.

Service is never that good fountain sodas always tast nasty i would rather go to one of the others in town
