These people are awesome!! I came in with some issues with my phone and they took their time to help me resolve it and went over some upgrade options to consider for next time, I appreciate the fact that they did not outright push a new phone on me instead they were eager to help me first with my existing one. Came to the store with no idea what was going on with my phone but zak was very helpful in helping me resolve the issue with it phone. He also walked me through how to transfer things onto my sd card as well! New management has most definitely outdone themselves with the customer service!

Zak was extremely knowledgable! He helped me understand my data usage, why some texts wouldnt send, and also why my calls would drop occasionally. He took his time explaining and helping me understand all my technical issues and didnt make me feel rushed. All my issues have been resolved. Thank you Zak!

The owner of this franchise (Ray, I believe) is a lying and dishonest thief. I went into his store to sign my phone up on the $30 plan. He told me that it was a requirement to sign up on the $60 a month plan for the first month of service, so I did. After researching this further and calling the main MetroPCS corporate office, I found out that under no circumstance should a store require a new customers sign up on the $60 plan. I immediately contacted this guy back asking for the difference, $30, to be refunded to me. He refused and even hung up the phone on me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Just today, my credit card company refunded the $30 back on my card as a courtesy service because this money was rightfully mine. I highly recommend that you dont do business here. This is the only MetroPCS location that over charges you for your first month of service. Save yourself the money and trouble and go to the other store down the street.

Thank god for this store, thank god for maria! Ive only been a metropcs customer for 4 months now I signed up on the 4th, the sales rep confirmed that the 4th would be my due date for 3 months my service shuts off and I dont get my direct deposit til the 4th, its affected my business in the worst way, now after months of trying to get the issue resolved some dealers say they cant perform, some say unless my service is terminated for 7 days which I cant afford to do that, or having to be sent to a corporate store which I didnt have time for, one rep had told me it was tooken care of as well which it wasnt, I walked into the store needing a car charger, having set my expectations low I still ran my scenario with the young lady and she immediately got on the phone and took care of me the right why! I am more than pleased and satisfied with my experience at your location thank you so much!!!

Well, they made me get a 60$ plan the for the first month. They said its metro requirement. This is the only store that does this. Plus they tried to charged my brother 10$ for something but he went to a another metropcs store where it was done for free.

This clown will lie right to your face to sell a phone. When he doesnt set the phone up right he tells you that you have to take it to a corporate store when he was the problem in the first place.

I would not recommend anyone to shop here the price is expensive and they will not give you the correct price.
