Ended up costing $200 to rent an air conditioner for a month. (Ours went out and took some time to get it repaired) they wanted a $250 security deposit which I paid. Took several months and LOTS of follow up on my part to get it back. Should have known better. Even after getting the deposit back it was far more expensive than I was quoted. Stay away.

HORRIBLE NASTY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE don’t spend your money here . they will call u past business hours to remind you of payment . then threaten to call the police when I told them to get furniture .

I always have a great experience at this store. They’re so friendly and very patient. I’ve had to come in with my special needs son and they were soooo polite. Everything is always clean and delivered on time. Always professionally hooked up. Everything big in my home has come from this store. I highly recommend this location.

Horrible costumer service. Was put through the ringer. Do not use the Citrus Heights location the people there are terrible. I can’t rate them low enough. Their incompetence is beyond this world. You will not leave happy or satisfied. Especially watch out for Chris and Vonica. Horrific attitudes and need to be retrained or let go.

THIS STORE IS AWESOME! Chris is one super manager! My refrigerator went out one nite, went in next morning to get one. Found a brand new one on the floor, took it and they had it to my house in less than an hour! Very, very happy with store, products and staff!

Horrible costumer service they do not care about the costumer. They are rude and incompetent. I normally rate places 5 stars but these guys have earned negative 5 in my book. Will never do business with them again and I hope you will consider using a different location than the Citrus Heights store.

Great place! Curtis is a wonderful manager. He has his hands full with training new employees but when I was there this morning, he could multitask so calmly. He really knows what hes doing. He made it so easy for me to get my new washer and dryer and honored the internet price to the tee!The employee I spoke with mostly this morning was so nice and polite and so helpful.I am looking forward to doing more business with Curtis and the others.You really cant go wrong here, believe me its a lot better than Aarons!!!!Thanks you guys,Ms. Kathy

I had a Great experience here and dealt with Great employees. Great customer service and Great products that’s why I bought so many items from them. It’s an easy process. I Will do it again when I need something else. Thanks Jennifer and Curtis and who ever else I may have forgotten for your excellent customer service!!!!!! When will you get Apple products tho. Good deals on furniture rentals. Rented furniture for a month. on time delivery and pick up. Flexible arrangements.However security deposit processing was very slow, I got back my deposit after 2 months and several calls with store manager

Absolutely horrible. They took money from our bank and never delivered the couch. Never go to this store. They claim we never ordered anything. Crooks.

Scammers. Period point blank. They don’t know what they are doing. And I have heard multiple people in this store complain on how they will not deliver the product that they are paying for, making excuses for it!! It has happened to me as well. Defiantly spend the time to read your papers before you sign !

If it wasnt for the fact that I almost feel sorry for the delivery person i would rate this place a negative number. Not a zero mind you, but way below zero. Its so bad that I cant even decide where to begin. The rent to own industry as a whole isnt known for its superb deals to begin with, and this store gained it no favors. #1 they dont honor their internet posted prices. Instead they said reahid the fine print. Uhm, excuse me but where is this fine print disclaimer that u speak of? Guess what? It wasnt there. This easy peazy application they speak of? Guess what? Doesnt exist either.Prepare to spend AT LEAST 2 hours of your life as they verify every detail of your life, down to who was your first crush (damn near) all for the privilege of renting an overpriced yet used up and banged up item. Really rent a center? 2 hours! 2 hours that I can never get back and sure as hell would never relive, spent in your store to deem my 73 yr old mother in law worthy to rent to. Mind u, she makes over $5 k verified in retirement. Why the hell she even went this route Ill never kno since she already has a BRAND NEW top of the line front loading Kenmore set . But shes old. She wants the old fashioned true blue washing machine like shes always had so there I found myself. In rent a center hell. And mind u, the person helping us was nothing but polite. But u could tell he was in need of serious help. Either that or they need to change things. Because that was worse than a trip to the dentist for a root canal.
