I had Jeff Wyler Collision replace a lock assembly on my car door. The price they quoted was fair - better than other quotes I received. The finally price was very close to what they quoted. But they are horrible at returning phone calls. As a matter of fact, they dont return messages left on voicemail. After I got my car back, I noticed there were dirty footprints all over the back of my car. After they fixed the lock assembly, they NEVER bothered to clean up the footprints in the back of the car. They are on the seat, the backs of the front seats, the doors, the console. I did take pictures and I did call to discuss with them before writing a review. But no one has bothered to return my call.

Although alittle late with my review, Ron and his team took care of my Rogue which was badly damaged on all sides. It took a little longer then excepted but my car was returned to me and looked like I just drove it off the lot for the first time. A big thanks to Ron and his team👍👍👏👏

Progressive suggested this as a preferred shop which just means theyve negotiated for the insurance company to have a better deal. It does not mean all the work will be done correctly the first time. To get everything completely fixed required 4 separate trips and rental cars for me. Ive given 2 stars because the customer facing people are nice and willing to work with me.Edit: Updated the number of trips and lowered a star. While the people were nice, I would not recommend getting your work done here.

I had minor damage to my back door on the drivers side from a car accident which I was told would be a simple fix. They told me it would only take 5 days to fix. It ended up taking 15 days due to multiple issues. When they first told me my car was ready for pickup, they replaced the door with a used door from a junk shop. My insurance specified I was supposed to get a brand new door completely. The used door they gave me was not painted properly. It had grease and dirt they painted over so it looked smeared and there was a giant scratch on it. I had to wait for them to fix that. Once that was fixed, there were new problems that werent there prior to dropping the car off originally. None of my doors would lock, the windshield wipers on the front of my car were completely detached. The interior lights of the car would not come on, the tire pressure symbol and ESC Lock symbols would not go off. It was giving me a warning symbol saying my hatch was open when it wasnt. Ive only had my car back one day and now, the handle on the inside of the door on the drivers side broke off. I plan on getting that fixed elsewhere because I refuse to have this same person work on my car as they either dont know what they are doing when it comes to fixing a car or got mad that they had to repaint my car because they messed it up the first time and decided to damage my car on purpose because of it instead of taking pride in their work and being professional or are intentionally messing up my car to try and make me come back to fix it so they can get more of my money because they think I am some ATM machine. Just cant trust my car in the hands of an auto mechanic who has messed it up too much now. It shouldnt have taken 3 trips to this shop to repair what should have been a simple fix and what shouldnt have caused additional damages. Only reason they get one star is because the team working in the office were friendly and professional. I only chose this place to get my car fixed because I start my job early in the morning and get off work late so by the time I get home, most auto body shops are closed, making it hard for me to drop off and pick up the car. While their office staff is helpful, I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a professional mechanic you can actually trust. Better to have your car in the hands of someone reliable that will work on it properly than someone who isnt going to provide good quality service and would rather damage your car more than actually fix it, especially if you only have one car for transportation to and from work.

Final Update: 74 days after being in the shop, finally got my car back. It seems to be doing a decent job of holding up. They did finally help out a bit with some of the issues. Because the car was sitting for so long though, I had to buy a brand new battery when I did get the car back. Make sure to save all your receipts too, because they didnt have everything that was paid out put into the system at first. Staff is friendly enough though.Current update. My car has been in the shop there over 45 days. I was hit in an accident from behind. First they lost my keys. After they found that they told me theyd email me something to sign. They never did. I called again and had me come in to sign. Fine. Then they found additoaddi damages, two weeks more out because of parts. Fine. Called them after that to find out it would take another week. That week passes and I give them a few more days. I call them again and then they said it will take at least another week if not two more. My car rental has gone out by now. I was told I would be contacted over 6 times. I only ever got a call back twice thus far, and both times were for Ron. So kudos to him for having some follow through. At this point Im worried about the shape my car will actually be in by the time I get it back. 45 days and still two more weeks out.

If your insurance company tells you to take your car to these people, dont. I guarantee you will regret it.They arent even worth one star, but thats the lowest Google will allow me to go. I took my Nissan Versa there for body work after someone crossed the center lane and basically bashed in the entire drivers side. Theyre very nice and seem professional when you first arrive - but dont let that fool you.First, they marked up the spots needing repair. One of the marks was still there when we went back for the car, and no repair. Even worse, theyd burned a hole into the drivers seat. I know it was them because we dont smoke!So now, the car has more electrical problems than I can list. I took it to our own mechanic, and he told us straight away that the electrical system was damaged from the body repairs.I contacted the insurance company. Not only did they tell me I had to take the car back to the same people whod damaged it in the first place, but they would arrange to send it to Jeff Wyler Nissan -- oh, and if Jeff Wyler Nissan decided that Jeff Wyler Auto Body wasnt responsible for the electrical problems due to their poor repairs, wed have to pay $405 dollars just for them to tell us that!The callousness and carelessness are beyond appalling. I will never, ever have anything to do with anything associated with Jeff Wyler again. Plus, Im going to shop around for a different insurance company.

If you want someone who takes pride in their work to handle your vehicle, go somewhere else. I had to bring my car back three times (for a total of four visits) for what Im told is an easy fix. Progressive sent me here. I asked if there was anyone else who could work on my car, and they said there is only one Progressive cleared technician on site. I asked Progressive about changing shops, but I was talked out of it, so Progressive probably deserves some flack too. The first and second time I noticed issues with the repair, Progressive told me to call the shop directly. I left messages and had a hell of a time reaching anyone. On my third or fourth time there, one of the employees actually joked about me knowing my way to the waiting area by now. So, theyre awful and dont seem to care about how awful they are. Its taken me awhile to write this review because I was so stunned by how little pride these workers take in their job, but anything with the Wyler name on it is dirt to me because of this shop AND because of the lack of a response when I was trying to get in contact when I first saw a problem.

Another zero stars if I could. My mother was determined to take her Cadillac to a dealership body shop so she could be sure it got fixed right. WRONG! They scheduled her six weeks out, and told her to be sure to call a week ahead and remind them to order parts. That should have been enough of a red flag there. But she chose to overlook it. So she called a week ahead to be told that calling a week ahead is stupid and no parts would be needed. So she dropped it off on the scheduled date for what was promised to be a three day fix. WRONG! Ten days. Why? Because they had to order parts. After ten days when the car was all fixed and ready to go, one of the headlights was pointed toward the ground and the other toward the sky. And when she asked about it the two-bit con-man employee told her its totally proper per Cadillac guidelines. The list of reasons this place sucks goes on and on and on. I will never go there. No one I know will ever go there. If you want to pay too much to two bit con artists for really low quality work, you should go there. Because its not like there are 1,000 other body shops in Cincinnati.

Ron is horrible and the customer service is horrible. Went to pick up my vehicle with damages covered by insurance and they put all faulty and even damaged parts back onto my vehicle. Only after complaining and contacting my insurance company myself did I get parts for my car that were acceptable. The lines of communication are void here they will not call you back or notify of extra damages, called about my car several times to get responses like I dont even know where your vehicle is at in this present moment. The told me my car would be ready in 3 days it took 14. The day my car was finally complete I called in the morning and spoke to Lisa and she informed me that parts were just being ordered when in fact my car was completed and ready for pick up! I do not and will not ever recommend this collision center to anyone. HORRIBLE

They were fast and did a great job fixing our van after a fender bender. We called for updates every other day and they were very helpful. They estimated the work would take a week and they were right on schedule. They dealt with the insurance company as well as the rental car company which was amazing!

The vehicle was dropped off 2/18/19; quote was approved 2/19/19. Three weeks later “new issues” were found, additional expense was approved. Every week the repairs were estimated to be done “in a few days”. We are now at 6 weeks from the accident and they are “waiting for parts”. Phone calls go to an answering machine that nobody listens to. Promises to call back are never followed up. The customer service is simply dreadful and they simply do not care.

They will give your insurance company a quote then “find more” after your insurance company pays more....expect them to find more.DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR HERE! It will be held hostage until??????? for minor damage, it is unacceptable to take over 2 months and hey, wait....still no car!These people can never give a straight answer- never a clear status. When you call expect “your repair technician to be out to lunch” or”taking a break” THEY DO NOT TETURN CALLS!I BELIEVE THEY ARE CROOKS.

If I could give a 0 I would. Had my frontier in for warranty roof repairs. The rain sheds on the roof didn’t look right after I bought the truck so it was fixed, after 2 weeks and no returned phone calls. Fast forward a year and a half later, repaired areas have cracked and chipped down driver and passenger side roof rain sheds. Take it in, a week and half later, trucks back in my possession. Get it home, the passenger side still has all th cracks down through it. Call in to let them know my concern, I’m told that the way it was fixed I will always have that problem because of expansion and contraction. I wonder how EVERY other car in the world doesn’t have the issue of paint cracking due to expansion and contraction. Bought 2 trucks from Wyler in a span of 2 years, never again. I wouldn’t take my vehicle to Wyler for service even if it was free.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They cashed a check from the insurance company and I didnt authorize repairs, I told them from day one that I didnt have any intentions on fixing my car! Now instead of refunding the money directly to me they want to send it back to the insurance company which makes NO sense! Ive already been waiting weeks for this check!!!! They need to fix their mistake and give me the money that is owed to ME! They owe the money to me not the insurance company, all this place has done is cause me problems and stress. Ive been without a car for almost two months. I will tell everyone I know to stay clear of this place, I wish I would have taken my business somewhere else. Nothing but a bunch of scam artists.

My car was in a hit and run accident. I had to bring my 6 month old 2017 there twice. The first time it was just thrown back together. The second time the car was done right but my bumper has came slightly apart from my quarter panel. I called the manager last week and hes not returned my call so I called Jeff Wyler for the 3rd time and explained to him each situation. General manager will be called as he referred. Never again!!!!!

My name is Ray Smith I have a 2015 cadillac ats that was leased through jeffwylercadillac in Fairfield that part was a great experience. I was involved in a accident in which I hit a deer on November the sixth 2017, I live in northern Kentucky I had the tow truck driver tow it to the Forest Park collision center thinking I would get the same type of service I got when I leased the car boy was wrong if I was Mr Jeff or David Wyler I would take my name off this business from top to bottom its the worst experience Ive had dealing with a repair shop everybody that works there should be fired for not only ignorance in dealing with customers but the work that was performed was so terrible I cant even believe that insurance companies would even deal with them because In my personal opinion everytime they cash check they commit fraud .From the paint job,the missing parts, the wrong parts,the engine work that wasnt even looked at till I drove 30 miles to pick it up because they said it was ready to be picked up now I sit after over a month waiting for the right parts to come in because someone ordered the wrong parts still driving a rental car but they said not a big deal because insurance is paying for it and that is not even all I had to deal with this business I do wonder if this would have been Mr Jeff or David Wylers vehicle would the work have been this bad.I think I could have saved the insurance company 11500 dollars by paying macco 500 dollars for the same type of work .Hopefully enough people complain about this company that it is shut down down or overhauled from top to bottom so someone else does not have to experience what I am going through with this business!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my Nissan here for reapirs after someone hit my car. They are not reliable mechanics at all! It was obvious when I picked up my car the FIRST time it could not have even been test driven. It was still making a loud thumping noise and was not safe to drive in my personal opinion. Apparently It was hit while sitting in their parking lot also. The second time I picked it up, the problem still was not corrected... by time I picked it up the 3rd time the mechanical problems were fixed, but the body damage was never accuartely corrected and ADDITIONAL damage was done to my car! from dents on my roof, to severe scratched on my driver side door bubble in my hood (which was not even damaged in the accident they called it complimentary trying to help me bc there was a minor scratch...), and my bumper looked like the staff must have been sitting on it taking their breaks... along with the left side of my car being severely scratched from when it was hit in the parking lot and it looks like they tried to use pink nail polish on my red car to cover it up (my car was hit on the right side). I was having nightmares the longer my car was at their shop, all I wanted was to get it off the property once it was mechanically sound. I took my loses and never looked back. This place is a joke!!! even when another insurance company is paying for your repairs they will not do the job right. I should not have to tell a mechanic how to do their job. and I should not have had such a difficult time dealing with this repair. 6 weeks later I finally got my car back took it in for an oil change at Fields Ertel location (because its where I have all my service work done) they didnt fix the tire sensor, the manager told me I would have to deal directly with the collision center there was nothing he could do but it was obvious it was caused by the accident. now they call me once a week from their sales office trying to get me to sell them my car! complete and utter harrassment saying they cannot remove me from a calling list. Jeff Wyler Nissan is a joke across the board I would never recommend them to anyone!

I WOULD NOT recommend this service center to anyone. They are disorganized and apathetic to their customers needs. The first time I visited, I was told my repair would take 10 days. On day 9 (Thursday), I called the shop to confirm my car would be ready on Friday. I was told it was not ready Friday but would be ready Monday. I called again on Monday and was told by the person who answered my call that he was too busy to talk to me. My husband called 5 minutes later and was told my car was not ready Monday but would be ready the next day. This continued for 4 more days until I called the dealership to complain. When I received my mini-van that Friday (5 days past what I was originally quoted), it had some scratches, but I was so desperate to take it home (we were going out of town that weekend), I took the van. I had to return a second time to have the mini-van checked for a problem related to the first repair. I called to ask when I could come in. I was told anytime. I asked for a specific time so I wouldnt have to sit around more than necessary. I was told to come in at 2 and to ask for a specific technician. When I arrived at 2, I was told that the technician had left for lunch 10 minutes ago.
