I took my parents for their 50th birthdays and We had the absolute best helicopter tour ever!! Our Tour guy Christian was literally amazing and such a sweetheart! My mom was very afraid but he made my mom feel so safe and comfortable she loved it. Thank you!! Definitely will be back

The Adrenaline team provided efficient and friendly service. When our flight was initially cancelled due to snow, they proactively called me to make other arrangements. We went the next day and left on time, even with three other groups leaving on approximately the same schedule. We always felt safe and we enjoyed the audio presentation during the flight.

Took my son for his 13th bday. Our flight instructor, Allen was OUTSTANDING. While waiting for their class to begin Allen took it upon himself to show my son & his friend around the air tube and explained the whole process. The helicopter tour group was professional and very organized. They took all safety precautions and ran the whole operation efficiently. The Grand Canyon speaks for itself -- truly displays the glory of Gods creation. I was a little surprised at the impersonal nature of the experience. Except for immediately prior to lift off, the pilot didnt have anything to say to us. I though playing Chariots of Fire as we reached the Canyon was a little corny. A display of a little more personality -- and some helpful information -- would have enhanced the experience.

Easy to book and did not add stupid amounts such as fee of $30. Transport $30. Some we had looked at had one cost on the front screen and a different one part way through the application.Adrenaline had none of that nonsense. The price quoted was the price we paid.

My daughter and I were in Vegas for the first time and I so wanted to see the Canyon, I booked this company on line, they immediately called me back for details . Our adventure started with pick up at our Hotel with a shuttle, the driver instructed us during the journey to the airport and he was very good to respond all our questions .At arrival we showed our passport and the pilot ( Thomas ) came to take us to the helicopterHe was professional and knowledgeable, he gave us lots of information about what we were seeing during the flight .I absolutely loved it, the view of the Canyon from the helicopter was spectacular and impossible to reproduce by carBest money I ever spent ! I went on a 30 minute helicopter ride in NYC through Adrenaline. It was certainly a memorable experience. Riding in a helicopter alone was worth the trip.. but seeing NYC from a whole different perspective really impressed me. The pilot even gave us fun facts about NYC as we passed over certain landmarks. Well worth the $$. My friend and I both couldnt have been happier.

I used these guys in Australia last year and had a great experience so decided to buy my friends a Helicopter flight in Chicago. They loved it!... I’ll be back for Xmas gifts.

Dont look at the ratings. These guys work with different drop zones and quality of each one varies. some very poor managed low standard locations. Dont do business unless you are familiar with the drop zone you are booking through them.

Paid for service thru paypal and did not received booking. Company states that paypal did not sent funds. (Who knows Paypal, is aware thats not possible, I can see transaction completed in my account) had to go after reimbursement thru paypal, not sure if is malicious or just because they are inexperienced, anyway I would not put my life in the hands of people that cannot handle a simple paypal transaction.

They have been withholding my refund for days now, have sent me false refund receipts and if it were not for me calling and having to basically pull teeth to get any info on where my money is (which I still have yet to receive after their own accounting errors) I would suggest booking directly with a company instead of this awful and out dated, third party processing and booking “company”.

This was a terrible experience. ....The pilot canceled the flight but what was worse is how rude disrespectful and down right nasty he was to the passengers afterwards. He canceled it and just said thats it and walked asy...No explanation....nothing..He actually threatened to call the cops on one passenger that was trying to ask about rescheduleling another flight....I have never seen such unprofessional behavior. I will never have anything to do with this company..Mutiple people were in tears as they walked back to their cars in shock of how they were just treated
