ZERO STARS. Well I should have trusted my gut and NOT ORDERED FROM THIS PLACE. Placed a simple order (12 piece tray) 1 day prior and it never arrived. I tracked online and it kept saying working on it forever. I also tried calling 3 times and no one ever answers the phone. Its sad because its a friends b-day and now they have nothing. And its a simple order. I have ordered from my local suburban location with great results. Assume these are franchised and this is not a good one. Dont waste your time & money, not to mention the aggravation trying to order from the location on Dearborn in Chicago.

It wont let me give 0 stars on a review. So I had to put 1. Placed order Wednesday for Thursday delivery. Called to make sure everything was going to be delivered during business hours. It was not. They claimed they delivered it at 6 PM. 1 hour past my girlfriends end time. Girlfriend never received anything. When I call in and ask to speak to a manager. The employee abruptly says they will have them call me and hangs up. No call back.I would not count on this place for anything.

Don’t waste your time with this place. Placed an order for Mother’s Day and never received anything. Attempted to reach them countless times until finally someone picked up. They said they attempted to deliver but no one was home which is a lie. We were here all day and no one called as specified in my instructions. So no real attempt was done. Instead they want to delay until Wednesday or Thursday to deliver what should have been delivered yesterday. Disappointing.

This was my first experience with Edible Arrangements. And my last. I chose the Dearborn Street, Chicago location because the website directed me to their store. This store has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The man who answered was rude and impatient. I paid for a congratulatory arrangement to be delivered to my son who just became a doctor. Communication and follow up is horrible. No calls back after promised. They just don’t care about customer service. The balloon was missing (which is part of the surprise) and the cookies were stale. I was never credited for the missing balloon, nor did I receive a return call about their failure. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. It will save you embarrassment and wasted money. Zero stars for a failed transaction. I should have read the reviews. Lesson learned.

First of all, I dont usually leave reviews bc Im a pretty chill person. I placed an order for delivery on Mothers Day to my wife at home...I knew it was going to rain, so I got these for our chill day. Been waiting all day, and nothing. Knowing that is was probably busy due to the special day, I gave them a chance to be late without calling or bugging them. Now its the following morning, I recieve a email saying there was an attemped delivery. We were in the living room, which has a big window overlooking the front door...we also have a ring door bell which detects anyone who steps foot on the property, we also have dogs that get up and go to the front door when the door bell rings. Ive also made sure I had my ohone with me the entire day. I understand that it was busy and they couldnt make it, but to lie is another thing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INTEGRITY.

I’ve ordered from this store a few times for delivery to businesses and unfortunately I have been disappointed every single time.I have also ordered from other locations and the arrangement and delivery have been hassle free.It seems like the employees at this location may feel like a plastic bag drifting through the wind, wanting to start again. They may feel paper thin, like a house of cards, one blow from caving in. They may feel already buried deep, six feet under screams but no one seems to hear a thing.But I hear y’all, please quit or become better at your job because I know there’s still a chance for you! I know there’s a spark in you. You just gotta ignite the light, and let it shine. Just own the night, like the Fourth of July. Cuz baby you’re a firework.Please make those edible arrangements timely, update the status online, deliver them timely, answer the phone and talk to customers kindly. OR go somewhere where your light can shine and so can others.

Placed an ordered on Monday online for delivery Friday for friends Birthday. Called around 1:30pm to get an update, was told for sure itll be delivered by 5pm. Friend got off work at 4:30pm and waited around until 5pm, still nothing. You guys are literally 5 minute walk away. Never doing business again. Would give 0 star if I could, however they deserve 1 for a lightning fast refund.

I am disgusted on how this corporation handles its business. They didnt deliver my order and failed to contact me to inform me my order was delayed. When I called customer service he had no answers for me. They give you the run around. For a company that is all basically delivery they cant even do that! Do not order from edible arrangements!

DO NOT order from this Edible Arrangements store. I had the worst experience ever. My boyfriend is in Afghanistan and ordered some edible arrangements for me on Valentine’s Day. And I didn’t get ANYTHING delivered. Mind you he paid extra for delivery. Today, Saturday, I finally got something but my order was incomplete. I didn’t get the card he asked to be put with the order and I was missing a box of chocolate fruit. My boyfriend paid nearly $100 for a box of chocolate strawberries to be delivered the day after Valentines Day. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Will NEVER order from an Edible Arrangements ever again.

I ordered Chocolate Strawberries on-line for my daughter in Chicago. I was a little worried that they would be delivered on time to her workplace in such a big city. No issues at all! My daughter loved her Easter gift and said the strawberries were perfect in every way!

I called in last minute for a delivery and CLINTON or CLIFTON/ MANAGEMENT working on the night of 10/14/14, TUESDAY was so helpful/friendly to me!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! He personally delivered my package for me at the time he indicated. Very detailed and personal.I will definitely be ordering through them again soon!THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

The order was delivered on time, same day turn around. However, the balloon was not inflated. The delivery guy did not seem to care, offered a poor apology and left. I left feedback on their customer service page and they immediately reached out to send a new balloon as well as an extra treat. 3/5 stars for excellent customer service but failed first attempt on the drivers part.

One lady working there was exceptional and was offering information on the products, This woman had her coat on and I suggested she leave that Id wait for the other employee. She left for lunch or perhaps was off work for the the day and at that point the other female person had a personality change and was very put out to assist me. This was just after 1:00 on Monday March 19, 2018. Perhaps person number 1 was the manager and person number 2 is sabotaging her business.

Called them to see if they were still delivering and accepting new orders, they said yes. I then placed an order within the next 30 minutes and not even 10 minutes later they called to cancel my order. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

This is the absolute worst business I have ever dealt with in my life. Do not order from this location.I placed an order online on 2-6-2018 to be delivered to a business location directly across the street from the store on 2-14-2018. It had not been delivered that day by 4pm, so I began calling the store to check the status. Their phone line went from busy to hold to disconnection continually for the next two full days.I tried calling for hours at a time until 2-16-2018, which is the first time I called the corporate call center. They told me that the order status online still showed as Received by Store and could not provide me any other information besides that they would create a case and the store would have to contact me within 48-72 hours.So now a week later on 2-23-2018, I have still not heard a single thing about my order. I called the store again and someone answered; they did not seem to care or understand the situation at all. But apparently my order was cancelled by them and refunded on 2-14-2018 at 8am that morning. There was no communication what-so-ever at this point, my order status online still at this point even says Order received by Store. I called corporate again after this call and they confirmed the same information.It has been over a week since the supposed cancellation and I still have the charge on my credit card. I do not trust that they even refunded me so I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Terrible experience at this location. Ordered an arrangement for Valentines Day. I attempted to track the order through the given resource and it did not populate any information. I called the store location, but no answer, just busy signal. Hours had passed and my intended recipient still had not received a delivery.As the end of the day approached, there was still no delivery and no communication getting through to the branch. I called the corporate number and they confirmed that a delivery had not been made and it was too late for a refund as those should be made the prior business day. I voiced my concern to the customer service rep about not being able to reach the branch and was told, what do you want me to do, call and make them answer your call. To avoid anymore unprofessionalism, we ended the call.I went to the store and the team member brought up my order for review. It seems there was no delivery made because they were fresh out of the arrangement type that I ordered. Without hassle I was issued a refund. My physical return receipt read the correct refund amount. The receipt sent to my email read a partial refund, a different amount than my physical receipt. Seemed like a scam to still pocket in money, i went into the store a second time and it was a matter of a missed clicked button.Although the staff seemed nice. There were a lot of mistakes made that couldve been avoided.Make sure the delivery tracker is functional which in turn will eliminate most calls.Communicate to the customer if there is an issue fulfilling an order.Ensure the refund amount is correct to avoid further concerns of honor regarding your branch.

In line with many of the other reviews, the ladies working the counter just dont seem to care much. They give passing customer service but always seem bothered to make your order. Today I walked in and was told if you are here for a smoothie we cant make those we are backed up. While that may be true there were lots of ways that the message could have been delivered and a credit for a free smoothie would have probably been in order.
