Great dependable and they have reasonable prices honest good people

Had my fuel pump replaced in August if 2020 I paid $900 to have replaced with a brand new fuel pump. And here it a year later and the fuel pump is out again. So clearly it wasn’t a new fuel pump it was replaced with then I was told that I only had a 90 day warranty from last year. So that’s bull. I was a satisfied customer but looking now it’s bullcrap completely. No way a brand new fuel pump goes out in a year.

I went in last week trying to get a oil change an 2 caps. They didn’t have mechanics available. Then went again this week an they had no one available again he said he was booked with more important jobs. He told me the wait will be hrs. So i left an will never return. Very Rude

This was by far the best car maintenance experience that I have had. Went in to have some emissions work done due to a Check Engine light on my 2012 Toyota Camry and the staff was great with customer service and industry knowledge. ISSA, the owner, even showed me the auto parts that I was having replaced and explained to me the purpose of each part and showed me what was wrong with them. Usually, the mechanics never go that far to service a customer, but this was quite a shock. This service made me feeleven more comfortable about the money that I was paying. On top they took my car to the emissions facility for testing to assure my car passed emissions. The fact that the waiting area is very comfortable and inviting makes the experience all the more enjoyable and endurable (if you have to wait long). I would definitely recommend Route 30 Auto Care to family, friends and strangers.

I had a engine light on and I decided to check out reviews to see which Auto shop to take a chance on. I saw Route 30, 5 star reviews, and gave them a call. Issa was patient with answering my questions and welcomed me to come on in...I called when i was ten minutes away and when i arrived HE CAME OUT! Never had that happen!! Im a woman and we are always told some mechanics will take advantage of you! Not the case at ROUTE 30!! Like the other reviews stated honesty and integrity is point blank the main priority!!! Ive tried calling this place for a quote on a large job. They anwsered then hunged up. At first I thought it was my phone so I called with my wifes phone, no answser. I called multiple times and still no answer my guess is they dont want buisness. Back to imperial autos then.

Been going to Daves Auto Masters in Blue Island for 4 years now. Was informed that they opened a second shop in Chicago Heights. I went there with my brother since his car needed to be repaired. Dave replaced my brothers struts and brakes for a great price. We did shop around for estimates, to get a rough idea on how much the job would cost. Dave was the cheapest and we still received the same great service as we did by Daves Auto Masters. Dont hesitate and go by Dave and Issa (his son)! Great small, family business that welcomes and deserves your business!

Love the owner, straight and honest which I swear no one is these days, especially lawyers and mechanics. I came in yesterday and thought I needed new brakes, rotors etc, because I felt like I needed it. I am dumb when it comes to cars. So if he wanted to he could of charged me for new brakes, tires, rotors anything and I would of went for it. Come to find out it was something small and I didnt need any of that. He said I could wait another 3 months to do anything if that. So even though he is a little out my way I am going to be a loyal customer for life. Thank you Sir for being honest.

Route 30 has great experience and the right tools in their new up to date facility. I was able to bring my classic to perform repairs without having to worry about getting it back with any scratches or dings. I also service my everyday vehicle here regularly as they provide quick reliable service.

I read the reviews for this Auto shop. Which was all good. So I decided to try them. Had a fuel pump going bad. So i called and Issa told me told hit the gas tank and it might start I did and it started. But it went back out the next day. I had to drop it after hours after it stopped right before shop closed. Without an appt. They got the truck in shop and finished before 3pm the next day. Truck is running great. I will be using them for all my mechanics needs. He was up front with cost no hidden fees.

I am always impressed by the kindness, sincerity, honesty and punctuality of Issa. I have been taking my car to him for years. As a women, it is hard to find a mechanic you can trust. They often assume you do not know anything about cars and try to inflate the price and tell you things to do to your car that you do not need. Issa is different. Issa is fair in his prices. This place was introduced to me through my daughter. In 2015 her car broke down...Issa the mechanic found the problem and repaired her car with no problem! I couldnt pass the emmisions test in 2016 Issa found the problem right away and I passed!! Just yesterday I brought another daughters car in and again Issa found the problem and now its on the way to be repaired!! Fair reasonable and honest!!! I love this shop and recommend it to everyone I know!!

Yo i know there are a ton of machanics you cantctrcan out there because they do the customers dirty but this shop homestly is the best, the people there are soo nice, and they do 100% work on your car. they actually show you the old part they replaced so you know they replaced that part abd Not just half assed it and added silicone or something. i have 2 cars a bmw and a new mustang. whenever i need work done to my car i know i need to come here. amazing machanics i literally never half to worry about a thing! i have the shop do performance mods to my mustang likr install big brakes, Carbon Fiber drove shaft etc. if anyones looking for a shop to fix or mod their car, route 30 auto is the place to go to. #trust #machanic #goodpeople #greatprices

I brought my Jeep to route 30 auto today and they fixed the noise that was coming out of AC/Heat! Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Recently had an experience with Route 30 Auto Care. I was hearing a grinding noise coming from my car, couldnt figure out what it was. Went to Route 30 Auto Care and had it inspected by Issa and he told me the caliper was seized and it was causing the brake pads to grind on the rotor. Issa ended up saving the caliper and I only needed to replace the pads. Taking the extra step to ensure that I didnt need to spend extra on a new caliper really shows the honesty and integrity of this shop. Really wish there were more shops like this. From now on its only Route 30 Auto Care for me!
