Paid 2000 dollars and car still not fixed And when I address the issue I was brushed off and told to call customer service .The customer service is an answering machine ..i have to take them to court To get my money back... Dont ever go there ladies..

Conscientious and willing to help in every way..Kept me in the loop of what was happening and Car shield wouldnt pay nothing and I had to pay for it all.

My car was in their shop longer than probably any other car in there due to many setbacks (no fault of theirs) The team took excellent care of my car. They were professional and kept me abreast of the progress. Their customer service was over the top. Their work ethic was as well. They will get the job done by all means necessary. I am a pleased customer.

This place n company charge us 5000 dollars for a new engine n we had problems with since we gotten our car back it supposed to b under a year warranty now they r not honoring it...they put old parts on a new engine...PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH AUTO REPAIR COMPANIES....THESE FAKE

Don/Eric and the team at this shop are awesome. I took my SUV in for a diagnostic test. I thought my transmission was going bad. Come to find out, it wasn’t the transmission but something connected to the transmission. Don explained the issue and suggested what I needed repaired. Grant it, it wasn’t a non costly fix BUT so glad it wasn’t the transmission. I now have my Shelby back (the name I gave my SUV). She’s running much better. Thank you guys!!!!

I came here to get a new clutch installed and I got a chance when I dropped off my vehicle to talk to the tech Justin. Right away i felt comfortable leaving my car with Aamco, because Justin really was very knowledgeable about the issues I was experiencing with my car. They checked the car very thoroughly to make sure the issues I was experiencing with the car were 100% resolved. They kept in contact with me through the whole time my vehicle was getting worked on. I ended up getting a new transmission, but the prices here for parts and labor are very good for the quality of work they do and great customer service. Erik was very helpful in keeping me informed with different options I could take with the car, and I dropped my car off with Shy. She was also very nice. I want to thank Erik, Shy, and Justin here for being so helpful and professional

They tried to cheat me in charge me for catalytic converter two of them plus 4 oxygen sensors but I only needed two oxygen sensors and the manifold

Came in from MN. Was visiting for NYE celebration. My car wouldnt shift. Eric and his technician did a fabulous job. He spoke to the company to ensure service was covered in my warrenty, went to pick up the part himself, so that I could get back home. He called to check on how the vehicle was doing and to see if I made it home safely.I would definitely return and advise all chicago residents to take their vehicle to this shop for spectacular service!

Went there to get new engine mounts and transmission mounts....Weeks later my transmission went out after that said it wasn’t that bad....

Attentive and helpful techs

The management and staff a AAMCO were fantastic. I called AAMCO and spoke to Eric. I told him my transmission fluid was leaking but was not sure if I was out and if I could risk drive it to his shop. He recommended that I don’t drive and would send I tow truck to pick it up for free if they did the work and $25.00 if the didn’t. I was stunned I never had that type of service from any repair shop. They towed it into the shop performed their 10 point diagnostic test on it. And instead of a major problem costing thousands of dollars it turned out to be a minor problem costing less than a $100. I love these guy and they will life long customer in me.
