I received great customer service here by the staff. There is always someone asking if they can help me, especially in the House of Hoops section. This store has a lot of stock to offer compared to other sneaker stores in the area. They are getting more and more exclusives, setting them aside from the other stores and making this the go-to spot.

If ypur going here ask for brittany, she did a grest job in finding the right shoe and a kick a$$ outfit too😉

I was misled by one of the employees there stating that I would get shoes that I ordered only to find out they didn’t have any in the system after I already made the purchase not only that now I can’t purchase any new shoes because I have to wait until the money is back on my card and this all could have been avoided

Worse customer service yet!I rate this place 2 stars at least, because they at least got something right which was approach there customers when they walk in(needless to say it was with a negative attitude)I go ask for a shoe i already know what i want size and all. And its out of stock cool no prob. Gentlemen #1 says i can order them online. I said ok lets do it! He tells me to go wait on line to talk to gentlemen #2 to see if he can help me. While he is on the phone talking to a customer he is ringing out another person. He finishes with the lady. And just stares at me. While on the phone. Im like Ummm i need help. And just says what do you need?No care for customers what so everNo attention to your needsThe way they talk to their customersThey just plain are the worse.Higher ppl who actually want to work and help people!

On a Sunday afternoon I entered into Foot locker in the Cherry Hill mall I stood there for 18mins without one sales associate asking me if I needed help then when I brought it to the attention of the manager of the store Al he hunched is shoulder as in a So-What gesture and didnt bother to as me if I needed help either.
