Went for battery replacement in my key fob and they broke my fob and acted like it was already like that which it wasnt. Unprofessional and manager did best to avoid helping or coming out of the office. They confirmed battery was dead in fob but my fob had nothing wrong with it and they gave it back to me broken and glued back together. Horrible place

Eric Hart, the Store Manager, was very busy. However, he treated me as if I was the the only customer. He took care of the other customers as they walked in and as the phone rang; but, I was his focus as the one who was in line first. I was extremely impressed at how he made me feel special all the while making each customer behind me and on the phone feel equally special. Then Eric had my phone battery replaced in an hour even though other customers were coming and going in the store. GREAT JOB Eric!

I bought a new battery 40 days ago with a 3 year replacement I needed a battery the told That I had to spend 70 dollars to replace my battery today or I guess I could sit in the parking lot for 48 hours so they could test it false advertising a 3 year free replacement should be what is says 3 years free not sleep in a parking lot for 48 hours miss two day of work or 70 dollar replacement warranty I will not shop here agai

Upon our arrival, two employees were outside the storefront. My husband went inside and the store was empty. The two employees continued to converse and never entered the store. After five minutes my husband came out because there wasnt any one to assist him. One employee entered the store as we pulled away from the parking space. Very poor customer service!

Went to get a screen fixed and left with a new screen but a broken proximity sensor. Couldn’t fix it and they refused to fix or refund. I had to call their cooperate office after their manager hung up the phone on me. A got half my money back and I used that to have it repaired at cell surgeon. After a month of dealing with this place, cell surgeon fixed it in 30 minutes.

Great shop! They have a very friendly knowledgable staff. I went in with a friend and ended up getting a screen protector even though it wasnt planned. They offer life time warranties and it was by far the best price I had found. Screen protector is still doing great several months later.

I needed a new phone battery, come to find out my phone could have been seriously damaged because my battery had swelled, which I was shown. So grateful that Matt not only was able to remove the old battery which was tricky, but replaced it in 15 minutes when the Apple store quoted me double the price and 2-3 hours. I have to say that my experience 10/8 was probably the best customer encounter Ive had all year from a retail store. Brandon, very helpful, patient and HONEST. I went in thinking that I needed a new battery for my vehicle. He tested the battery and instead of selling me a battery, advised that my battery simply needed charging and offered to sell me a portable charger. The only issue was that I had no access to an outlet outdoors....long story short, he asked me to come back and offered to charge the battery free of charge!!! I was honestly blown away but this is why I have and will continue to do business with Batteries Plus!

About a week ago, my wife and I stopped by to see if her phone could be fixed. The employee spent over an hour troubleshooting what we already knew was an obscure and difficult issue. It is difficult to find a decent battery for jet skis. These folks have the best battery for that purpose, it has a full two-year replacement warranty. we have tried Interstate, which is 6 month warranty, and others but this one is the best. It is sealed and vibration resistant and works great.

I originally went in early July to have a rechargeable battery replaced for a piece of equipment which they have previously replaced at this store twice before. All details of what they used are on the battery pack. I was told their tech was out on emergency but that they would get the parts and call me back. Several weeks went by and heard nothing so I stopped by again only to find that no one had written any notes and nothing had been ordered. They found my information in the computer from a previous order and said they would be sure to order parts and call me back. Its now Aug 24 and still no word so I called. The person answering the phone seemed clueless and asked someone else if they knew anything about my battery. Then he said that a shipment just arrived and that if I would give them an hour or so to open it and see. Really? Ive never had so much trouble trying to get a simple replacement. I dont have time for this terrible customer service. Dont waste your time. Go somewhere else.

What a great experience. Needed my Galaxy S8+ phone screen replaced. I have always seen these places but never had the need I guess to look into using them for batteries and such until I needed a car battery. I looked online at a couple different places and found Battery Plus Bulbs that had a good battery for a good price and plus they had a 10% discount if you ordered online. I purchased the battery and picked it up in store and the guys there were very friendly and helped out anyway they could that’s good customer service. I will be doing business with this store again for sure. Plus they had a very good deal on 24 pk of AA and AAA batteries at the time

Ive never had to buy anything from this store personally.. but I have needed help before. I work in this same shopping center, and have for years. These guys are SO NICE. Ive sat out on my lunch and seen them be incredibly helpful to dozens of ppl over the years. They really go out of their way. I wish I knew their names, bc some are more amazingthan others. Wheelchair batteries! What a wonderful store for people with motorized wheelchairs! Battery was dead. Took wheelchair into Batteries +. Not only did they have the batteries I needed. They took the chair apart and INSTALLED the batteries. Josh, store manager, took the time to do what no one else in town would do. Highly recommended for anyone who needs batteries for a wheelchair. Also have batteries for lifts and just about anything else. I picked up a few LED light bulbs while there. Great service and a huge variety of batteries and bulbs. Gunbarrel Rd.I received a phone call (very friendly and apologetic) approximately one hour later, advising that their location actually did not have it, as originally expected... Would have it in by the following day.The following day, I was able to pick it up as expected. In-Store staff was friendly and helpful (thanks guys), and pick up went smoothly.Gave 4-stars due to the chosen store not actually having the battery as expected. Otherwise, 5 all the way.I have not used this battery yet, but I fully expect it to perform as well as other motorcycle batteries I have purchased here before.

Had a problem with my 2000 4Runner Fob. Went by the Batteries Plus store on Gunbarrel Rd and talked to Jack. I had dropped the fob and it had come apart. Turns out it had the wrong size battery in and Jack fixed me up and got me taken care of quickly.Ive also purchased a lifetime battery replacement for one of my watches.
