I had a leak in a tire and they were able to fit me in to repair it. My total time there was only about an hour. There was a bench in a shady spot outside to wait in the fresh air, which was nice. Afterwards, the technician was friendly and told me what they had done to complete the repair. All was good and the price seemed fair.

Very good service. The prices are competitive. Never had an issue of over charging. They will call you if there is additional work required. And get your approval before giving you a surprise bill. Been a loyal customer for 7 years now. The life time rotation and balance the lifetime alignment are very good value in my humble opinion. Thank you Firestone

There was a 7 hour wait here but in their defense they do more than tires. They also do auto repair so they had to fit me in which was that 7 hour wait. I was traveling and couldnt wait that long so the tow truck driver took me to discount tire where I got awesome service.

Little pricey, but work was done right and gentlemen were friendly and helpful. I am satisfied and will return.

My low tire pressure came on Sunday morning. I called and was able to stop in right away.They checked my tires and refilled the ones that were low. I was in and out in 5 minutes! I will be back for any of my tire needs!

After calling for an appointment, I was told if I got there early, they would try and get me in earlier. Once I arrived, the gentleman took my information quickly and my car was serviced in record time for me. Kudos to the staff there today....8-10-2021 @ 4pm!!!!!

I was driving from New Hampshire to Texas when I had a coolant issue and had to stop in Chattanooga. The next morning the folks at Firestone rearranged scheduling so they could get me back on the road. I was concerned they would try to sell me extra parts and service. They did not. I paid for what was needed. Granted a little more then what my local mechanic charges, but still reasonable. The best part, I guess, is if there is an issue in six months, I can take the car back to a Firestone at home.

We got to this place at 4:53 today with a flat tire. They close at 5. The tire just needed to be patched and they weren’t willing to help. They said they close in 5 minutes so it wouldn’t be possible. We offered to pay extra for them to patch it for us and no one was willing to help. Can’t imagine turning away business like that.

Popped a tire on the interstate .. super friendly staff.. wasnt worried about getting rich off the travelers.. speedy service, clean and cool waiting area, great bunch of guys.. thank you

The employees were incredibly helpful and professional when we arrived, 4 hours from home with our oil cap popped off. Quickly got us on the road and went the extra mile to clean the spilled oil from the engine block. I highly recommend based on my experience.

Horrible. I brought my car in for an oil change, all around inspection and tire rotation recently. Minutes after leaving the location, I get on the highway entrance only to hear a rattling in the back left of my car. Before I know it, my wheel falls off and I have to veer over to the right shoulder. I was fortunate enough to have only just gotten on the highway so I was only going about 50 MPH and there wasnt much traffic near me, so I could easily get over to the shoulder. If this had happened a mile down the highway when I was in heavier traffic, I probably would have gotten into a bad accident and possibly died. After getting my car towed back to the Firestone, a worker said they would assume responsibility and fix my car. My car wasnt making any noises before I brought it in, and suddenly it was after the fact. The lug nuts were most likely not screwed back on all the way. I wont be going back.

Bait and Switch - I called about re-charging the air conditioning system on my car and was quoted a price of $150. When I arrived to have the work done, they quoted me a price of $227. This is 50% above the quoted price. This is a dishonest business practice. I wasted my time and gas going there. I left and had the work done elsewhere.

So I was requesting that Firestone recharge my A/C after having a new compressor put in by another shop. So they do the job but then tell my ENTIRE A/C system is bad which means I need to replace it all (costing 1400$). I reply with a no thank you which then prompts the technician to ask to remove the Freon from my A/C so I said no just leave it in there thanks. I take my compressor to the other shop where it was installed and the said it was unplugged and had they left it unplugged wouldnt the techs at Firestone notice this? So I am 80% the Firestone techs tried to scam me into a 1400$ sale by unplugging my compressor on purpose. (Edit: This guy who claimed to reach out to me in the reply never actually did haha)

Had an appointment at 9am for an oil change and tire rotation. When I entered the store I was greeted by the store manager and check in was swift and uncomplicated. The work was done when promised and satisfactorily. They applied the coupon for the oil change that I had clipped in the app. Always use Firestone for my tires and service.

These guys always take care of me and get the job done pretty quickly.

Good service, without any games.My service was taken care of on time and the price was better than other service providers. But what I liked the most. Is that no made up additional services were presented to me.Many places will perform an oil change. And will always make up issues that really are not. To make an oil change 3x more expensive, after their made up services. Im not talking about regular schedule maintenance, but things made up for an up sale. Firestone did not attempt to claim anything needed service that really does not.The service was taken care of with no gimmicks. Long they keep it honest, they are good to go.

I had a scheduled alignment at 11am got here to find someone on the rack ahead of me....not very comforting being that again I had an appointment. But I was told about an hour.....did I mention I had my 3 kids with me all under 6? After about an hour and a half I returned from walking around from nearby stores and eating lunch....to find they were still were not done. Waiting 30 more minutes now the 2 hour mark the manager says they broke a control arm....and that they would fix it at no cost....really of course your going to fix it....its a 2 year old truck. GOT ME READY NOW....ONLY 3:35 LATER.!

Everytime I come here I leavey car at 5:30 pm at night over night to be done by around 3 the next day. Everytime its not done for another day. And half the time I get surprise news of youve been driving on a broken axle for 8 months you couldnt tell?

Came in 1 hour before closing needing a tire patch and got told the only guy there that could do it had a broken finger and couldn’t do it, never heard of a tire store that had employees that couldn’t patch a tire!! Clearly didn’t want to do the job due to it being close to time to go home!!! Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend after turning down a girl with a flat!!!!!!

It good enough . I thought there prices was a touch high . Also I havent priced things like oil changes etc in a while so take what I say about being higher than norm with a grain of salt .

I brought my Jeep to get realigned because the first time didnt quite do it. On the phone they said they could get me right in. When I showed up they said it would be at least an hour to an hour and a half. They guy at the counter was rude and condescending both. The waiting area left much to be desired. It had an empty very gross looking popcorn machine and what looked like a dirty old coffee thermos that was empty.They did correct the alignment issue tho. Only reason they get 3 stars.

I dropped off my flat tire to be fixed...when the service writer called she said that one of the pressure indicating valve caps had cracked and had caused the air to leak out. They aired up the tire and replaced the cap with a regular one for free. I am really impressed with your integrity because you could have told me that you repaired or patched the tire and I wouldnt have known any different. Top notch service...youve earned a new customer.

This place is a rip off! Went there this morning with radiator problems. They took their sweet time and told me that it would cost over a thousand dollars with tax to repair my car. We took my car to another repair service and they were less than half for the same thing! Plus Firestone charge me $80 just to diagnose the problem. The second guy didn’t charge a dime to do the same thing. I’ll never go to another Firestone!!

1.5 hrs to get a tire patched and only 3 cars counting mine in the bays. Sorry service. While the supervisor played on his phone the whole time my car was being serviced.

Stopped in Chattanooga for a couple days during a family road trip from Wisconsin to Florida. Had a concern about the cooling system in our van so called to see about a coolant flush. Andrew, who took my call, heard all of my concerns and was incredibly helpful and informative. Ended up not really needing a flush. I know zero about cars and Andrew was patient and kind. There was a genuine desire to be helpful, this a refreshing thing to come across.

11am appointment but they took until 1pm to look at car. Lobby is gross with ceiling tiles missing, bulging, insulation hanging down. Nice people but slow and a huge waste of time

3 hrs from home with 3 babies in tow. Ac went out and tires got bad on trailer. Had to get new tires on trailer to get home. Staff was very rude! Whispered and sneakered while staring at us. Dont recommend stopping in here!

This shop crew did a few major repairs to my just purchased used car. They were open on my only day off work, Sunday! They did a fantastic job, great customer service and I had my car back by the time of closing. Highly Recommend. Especially to women! Honest!

Quick in and out to replace a battery.

Been going here exclusively for years. I used to work at a service shop so I know my way around a car. They have always been straight up with me. Andy, the manager, is great. He runs around that shop like a ballet dancer, handling customers, helping his guys... Really awesome. He even has hired an old guy to help out around the place to sweep up and organize the parts. Just a big hearted guy. And HONEST. I have recommended this place to all of my friends.

DONT USE FOR OIL CHANGES!!! BEWARE, Oil light came on after both oil changes on a newer car with 0 issues. Oil was 1-1.5 quarts low both times at 2 different locations. Chattanooga, TN at Hamilton Place & Charlotte, NC location on S. New Hope Rd. I SPECIFICALLY said, change the oil & dont touch anything else. The total quoted was $76 & finally after 3 hrs. I was told it would be $125. I refused to pay, walked out, & told them to keep their $200 gift card I had won in a Golf Tournament. My 2015 CHEVY CAMARO was purchased brand new & has 0 issues. The Chevy Dealership only charges $38 for an oil change. What a joke

I quit using this Firestone in the past, tried them again today and I see now why I took my business somewhere else. Called this morning about having my AC looked at and was told yes to bring it in they would check it between 3:00pm and 3:30pm I dropped it off around 1pm. I havent heard anything by 4:30pm so I called to check and was informed that 15 minutes after I left they tried to call me and tell me they were gonna keep it overnight because they didnt have an AC tech available to look at it after i just told them I needed it back before they close and was guaranteed that it would have been looked at by 3:30pm. So thanks to this Firestone they completely wasted my whole day on trying to get my AC fixed for my girlfriend and 2 year old son that now has to ride around with no AC in this heat! I would not recommend this Firestone to anyone unless you want to wait all day after being told a certain time!

I had a hard time finding tires! Called Firestone and was blessed with a discount for tires over my 700.00 budge and the lifetime alignment package. Very pleased customer and the tire manager and co worker was very nice and helpful! Will return in the future.

Not all that great. Went in for a tire that had a slow leak and an oil change. After 3 hours, I assume the oil got changed but the tire still leaked air. For a tire store, I would think they would have been able to fix that. My little podunk tire shop got it fixed the first time.

Gave them another try, even after I had to add 2 quarts of oil after my oil change. Bill took care of me this time, gave me a discount of tires I purchased.

New and very poor management. It took way over the estimated time to do a simple alignment even though I called ahead and they said it could be done right away. I was told as I was pulling up it would take 15-20minutes, overall it took 3.5 hrs. The guy up front had the mechanic who was working on my alignment do other tasked on other vehicles while he was still working on mine. I’m kinda bummed, the old guys who used to run the counters were great. Overall the place is not doing very well, and I hope it improves in the future.

Customer service is excellent. They always give you a good estimate of how long your wait will be. They are open seven days a week. They do not try to push unneeded services on you but do provide estimates of possible needs. They could have a larger and more comfortable waiting area.

A place that makes you feel welcome and not be taken advantage of. Andrew is a super fantastic manager. They installed a new tail light for me. Super super place.

Was on vacation and I heard my breaks scrap so I stopped in to get them checked. They told me that I need my entire break system replaced even though the calipers, rotors and hoses were practically brand new. They then told me that I was not going unless they changed out my 2 front tires as well. I paid $900 for them to fix one caliper and rotor, both break pads and even put on the 2 tires. it has not even been 9 months and I just had to fix EVERYTHING they supposedly did to my car. not only that, but when I went to a Firestone near where I live they looked up what this location did and said that NONE of it was done on the drivers side of the car even though both sides should always be done at the same time, so nothing on the car was under warranty. this means I just had to spend more money to fix the breaks on my car again!! The way I see it this location took me for my money just because I was a single mother who was on vacation. I WILL NEVER BE GOING TO A FIRESTONE AGAIN. ALL LOCATIONS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!FIRESTONE NEEDS TO STOP DISCRIMINATING AGAINST WOMEN, it only takes 3 women to start a class action lawsuit against firestone. Firestone corporate office needs to look into their service department on how they treat women.

Had a good experience. Spoke mostly with Alex. I live in ATL. Family member car problem while in TN. Had car brought here by AAA. In part due to Sunday hours and in part due to reviews. They were very accommodating over the weekend. Reasonable expectations set regarding evaluation. Problem identified and appropriate pricing used for repair. Very good interactions on phone and in person. Recommended.

I have never had anything but good experiences at this location. Theyve been honest with me and made sure that what needs to be fixed gets fixed. When theres an issue that crops up unrelated to what the car was brought in for they bring me into the garage and show me what theyre talking about and why it needs to be repaired. Ive never had any reason to doubt what they have told me and I appreciate their honesty.

I have used this Firestone for about 7 years for work on my car. The service was exceptional back in the beginning. It is no longer the case. I had made an appointment at a specific time, after almost 2 hours, my car had not even been taken back. The last few times I have taken my car in, items on the list were not done in spite of having my car for over 24 hours. I do not know if the management has changed or if they just no longer care about customer service. Today, I called to make an appointment to bring my car back in for the work that was not done the last time I had it in and was on hold after talking to the first person for 8 minutes, then when someone else finally came back to me, I had to explain everything again.

Not sure why they only have 3 out of 5 stars? Bill checked me in was very through what they were going to do and why. Explained the parts to me and what was going on with my car. Only giving 4 since they arent done but! Pleasant experience so far!

The staff there is great. Alex and Danny was great and fast with solutions and problem solving. FYI I drive 40 min to get there!

Called ahead to get two new tires as we were on a trip and had a low tire. Was told 90mins . Took almost 21/2 hours. Would have been longer if hadnt complained.

Bought a lifetime alignment years ago from this location, and took it there today 10/23/2015 to be aligned. They were not busy at 9:45a.m., but even then the guy said it would not be done until around 11:15a.m. so I got a ride back to my office to wait until it was ready. At 12:30p.m. after not getting a call, my ride had to leave so I had them drop me off back at Firestone. Short and sweet. My 4Runner had not been touched. I guess since it was a freebie, it was not important. Took my keys, and left these crooks. I do not recommend giving any business to this location. There are better run Firestone stores that give better service.Bad Firestone location.

They did a great job replacing the tires, changing the oil and replacing the rear brakes on my truck.

A little pricey, but well worth it. Great sales man by the name of Corey (ask for him when you go) went above and beyond to explain what was wrong and how they needed to fix it. Even took me under the car to look at it with the mechanic. I will recommend them to my friends and family for sure. Right by the mall so you can shop while you wait.

Great service, but a little slow

Fantastic customer service at Hamilton Place location (tucked away, across from Academy sports). I had TWO flat tires in one day, pretty annoying & stressful. They looked up tire size, checked stock, looked up discounts etc. over the phone and were ready to start promptly after I arrived. One of the ONLY businesses that still offers *Lifetime* alignment . Only reason it is not a full five stars is the cost $$. After my first visit for rotate/balance Ill probably bump up review to five stars.
