Such a cozy store with a lovely lady who was very helpful. We plan to return here often as our culinary skills expand. It is so nice to have such a place nearby with so many offerings.

I discovered this tea shop three years ago when I was in Chattanooga for a conference. Three years later we are back visiting family and visited it again. The young lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a wide range of products. I got all the tea 🍵 I wanted and more.

Enjoyed the shop, however very rude sales associate named Caitlyn. (My receipt says Caitlyn D) I was almost shocked by how inappropriate her rude behavior was. It was my first time here and loved the variety, however she should possibly have a customer experience coaching session, it makes me hesitant to return. Especially during a pandemic when ordering online is much more convenient, this type of behavior could kill a business quickly.

Wonderful selections and the flavors are epicly nice! Employees know their stuff! Store is super clean and they have 1 random sample to try each day. Only cause the day they had the Aura blue is what I got today cause it is very ralaxing and flavor is very nice and they had it that day for a sample.

I stopped in previously to see what this store offered. I was immediately greeted and given a tour of the store. I browsed for a bit to check everything out but had to leave promptly. I then returned the next week to make a purchase. Ive used one of the spices already and it is fantastic. This is a one stop shop for just about any spice you may want. Its a great thing that she does this all locally and you can read the labels and see and understand every single ingredient. Youd have to stop in to see the other items that are available. Very nice store.

I got some great Earl Grey tea today which was perfect for the rain we’ve had lately. Diane was also super helpful. This looks like a great place to buy gifts. I’ll definitely be back! :)

If you are a fan of flavor, you should definitely check this place out. They have some very interesting spice combos and teas. I was quite surprised to have not ever heard of this place before. I think there are only about 60 locations so far around the country, but I suspect there will be many more within a few years.

My dad and I stopped by this shop and were blown out of the water. The quality of their teas and spices is incredible. My dad leaves in England (he was visiting) and bought a whole bag worth of spices to take back. He even bought Ají Amarillo, which is native to Peru and guest what? The quality is better and so hard to anywhere but Peru. We are originally from Peru, so we have the experience. The owner was also very friendly, warm and knowledgeable. Wonderful experience! we will be back :)

I absolutely love this store and the owners are fantastic people. Ordered some dried rose petals as the send off for my wedding and they were beautiful and smelled wonderful. Their popcorn seasoning is the best, their teas are very unique and tasty, and I love using their different sugars in my baking! Great store to buy things as gifts or for your own pantry!!

After receiving a tea-infusing kettle for Christmas, I wanted to check out their loose leaf tea selection. My husband and I were promptly greeted by Diane, who gave us a tour of the store. Diane was so knowledgable and helpful as we made our selections. I was so impressed with the handcrafted loose leaf teas and my husband enjoyed the selection of spices.We highly recommend this place and we will definitely be making a return visit!

First time Ive been, but good service, fair prices considering the quality. Good selection on loose tea, especially oolong tea. Spices are interesting, some Ive never heard of, but tried some anyway. Really good. Plan to go back soon.

Better quality = better taste AND better for your health. I liked the options. LOADS of teas - regular, flavored, and herbals. LOADS of spices - many salt-free options that make a perfect gift for those that need to reduce their sodium. Need a gift? For someone who likes sweet tea? Get them something unique here. For someone that likes higher-end tea? Ask the owners here - they can advise you. They also encourage you to smell, taste, etc, before you buy - this ensures that you will get exactly what you want and need. Very friendly staff. They even let my (well-behaved!) dog in for a bit! Great atmosphere too. You will realize what junk Lipton and stuff like that is when you get to these teas. Yes, they cost more than junk does, but you get your moneys worth because you can STEEP those teas SEVERAL TIMES. You cant do that with Lipton and Red Rose, etc! I love the peach herbal tisane tea I bought here - no caffeine and excellent natural flavor. Not sour or fake like most other fruit-based herbal teas. And I use a spice mix I got here - salt free and really works well. Lots of other fun and useful things to buy. Yknow, stuff you can really USE. Plan to get more from there again when visiting.

Be sure to try a big, hot cup of the Iron Goddess of Mercy Tea with a little added Lemon Sugar and honey- its sublime! Great deal alert: our first time in, we bought 5 one ounce bags of different tea blends and received a 6th one for free. One of my favorites is the Chamomile Twist Herbal- its a wonderful, soothing blend of citrus, chamomile flowers and mint. Our pantry will never ever be without Salted Caramel Sugar and Rose Sugar again. We plan on frequent visits to eventually sample everything in the shop! If there is such a thing as spice addiction I admit my problem! I visited The Spice & Tea exchange after months of searching for unpackaged spices in bulk. From the moment I walked in the door the manager Abby was so sweet and helpful. She walked my husband and I around introducing us to the store like a friend chatting about their favorite thing in the world. I asked if I could bring my jars to get them filled and she said absolutely. My second time I met the owner and she was just as helpful. Their blends smell so good and the set up of the store makes it feel like a walk through a spicy shop from times gone by. The peach tea blend is addictive as well. They are my go to for spices and teas in bulk. If you are trying a zero waste lifestyle you can fill your jars with the best this town has to offer!

Went to the open house today and no words can express how amazing the experience was. The people who own and operate this establishment are just wonderful. Mike taught me the art of seasoning and Diane informed me on the healthy living through hearbal tea. I am hooked! They even fed me lunch! I have been to a spice and tea exchange before but it does not compare to my time spent here today. I will be a frequent customer to this location. I finally finally walked into this very awesome tea/ spice store. I had to explain that certain types of teas would cause so much stomach issues. This wonderful very welcoming female sales personnel knew so much and directed me to certain teas she thought would Not Effect my stomach. I picked out so many different arrays of the Oh So Floating Aromas floating around me in,the store. I truly want to thank the owmer( s) for the right reasonable prices and the selections were absolutely OUTSTANDING- I felt like I was in San Francisco but with such a very nice warm atmosphere,welcoming smells of all those arrays of teas that I was allowed to smell.
