Walked in here on a whim and was greeted by the sweetest lady who explained to me the whole layout of the store, since I had never been here. There are certain things in the store that are overpriced, but the quality of the items is unmatched, and their clearance section was huge and contained things that people would actually want, not just junk. I ended up buying a perfume, a candle, some earrings, and a Mudpie food server all from the clearance section and only spent $50. This store is very cute and will certainly have something for you. I’ll definitely be back :)

Luckily they had a Hello Yellow original size BOGG bag in stock. It was ordered on a Wednesday afternoon and received to my Kentucky door on Saturday! Well-packaged in a box—pleased with the packing and more so, the customer service! Thank you!!

I think this store has lovely gifts and accessories. Unfortunately, they position staff to stalk you in case you are a shoplifter. They follow you throughout the store making for an uncomfortable shopping experience. Too bad, I would have purchased more.

Will never go in here again. I chose 3 rings to purchase and simply could not get a price. The young person snapped that the prices depended upon the selections. I asked for prices on those 3, which she snapped again she would try. 10 minutes later, she was checking out others. Slowly leaving to give them an opportunity but nothing. Guess they have plenty of business and do not care

Anyone who cant allow truck drivers will not get my business. Clearly you dont have family delivering things to NYC risjing their lives and being paid LESS than they normally would be.

I just left this store. I was there at least 10 minutes. Not one person said hello, may I help you, or goodbye. There were three personnel and one other customer besides me over whom they were fawning. I’ll remember to dress up next time. I had on leggings and an oversized sweater. I assume you judged me by my attire, or either you’re not in business to sell things. Either way, it’s very bad.

Wonderful things to give away and fall in love with

My mother brought me here when I was young in the 2000s! I’m grown up, it doesn’t matter what age I am. I saw a milk smell of lotion. It feels good in my hands. I remember this store when I was a little boy going there in a small shop where there’s lotion, stuffed animals and everything. I’m a man who loved beautiful things. I have that a 5 out of 5 stars, because this gets me in the mood to go over and over to the Genevieve bond all over again. Thank you. I’m in my early 20s going there. I love this shop. Man! Yo, I still know it as a kid in elementary.

They have very beautiful items for sale. I loved the baby section. It is a bit pricey but for way better quality for stuff than your regular department store!

Shameful. Disgraceful. Ungodly. You promote yourselves as Christians, but take to social media to shame a truck diver for using your EMPTY lot to park for the night during an economic collapse. I will NEVER shop in your store again! That driver is the ONLY reason people in our community have groceries. Shame on you Genevieve Bond.

My husband and I walked the entire store. No one said anything until we were headed out. They have a lot of fun items but service is poor.

Sad to find out that they no longer carry Vera Bradley but they have a lot of other items that are very nice. They are definitely on the expensive side but their products are nice so they are worth paying the extra price for. They have a great layout of the store and make it easy to find what youre looking for.

Anytime I’ve ever been in this store, I’ve never been asked if I could be helped. After seeing their post about the truck driver that parked in their lot, I won’t be back. Truck drivers are keeping this country going right now. Their business isn’t open so, the truck wasn’t in anyone’s way. I have given them business in the past but, I won’t be doing that in the further.

Horrible customer service! The workers are too busy talking up their “usual” customers than actually making a sale. I would rather buy these products online than give this local store my business.

If you live in the Chattanooga area, please do not give this lady business. She posted on fb asking if her parking lot was now a Motel 6 for truckers. The proceeds to come back with some lame excuse as to why she posted the nasty comment in the first place.
