They had Mandala on sale for $3.99... Fine print said excluded some types after I was looking at receipt and realized some were not marked off. Fair enough. But while I was double checking the sign I realized that all of the labels were $1 less than what I paid. Fella checked it out and said that was for a similar product that the mandalas were mixed in with. There was not a single price label for Mandala. No one seemed to find this as being a mislabel and were very dismissive. Left me feeling dissatisfied.

Joann Fabrics was not as crowded today as it usually is on a Saturday morning. We found the fabrics that we were looking for and the salesperson was able to measure and cut it as soon as we walked up to the cutting table. Checkout was just as swift and easy. Both associates were pleasant to talk to and were efficient at their tasks.We will be returning for more fabric in the future.

My new favorite craft store. Didnt have one where I moved from. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and the selection is great!

Bought a cut of fabric and it was cut uneven asked them to fix it and they said take it back there to have it measured and the lady refused to even re measure it.Had I not been needing to get to work I would have been demanding a manager

Ive been to this store twice because the first time I was here, their Happy Planner section was pathetic. This trip was more fruitful for resin supplies, especially the amount of clearance they have, however, service was slow and when I mentioned that the prices were different than on the shelves, she just looked at me funny.Ill stick to ordering online until I start patronizing another location.

I just love Joann and more so since the pandemic started. They always have some kind of crazy sales that i use to bring back something to my wife so she doesn’t feel left off my crafty adventure. They got a huge selection of everything and so diverse. I love their paper and yarn sections.

Very disappointed the check out woman tonight when I ask her is any discount on my coupons and she didn’t want to answer me and give me baddddddd attitude. Didn’t have any customer services at all. If you didn’t like your job why you there for? I came to Joann all most every week but from now on No Thank You for customer services like that. Thanks to the woman name’s Melisa.

Great and convenient location! Staff is always so friendly and show sincere interest in why you are shopping with them! They always ask me what Im working on and always direct to the exact item or aisle for whatever Im looking for. I have the app on my phone and ser up my email with them and I am able to use multiple coupons! So I usually save quite a good amount! They are quite more expensive compared to hobby lobby but sometimes they have things that I cant find at hobby lobby and vice versa. Over all, I love the staff! They always go above and beyond for me.

I like Michaels better for craft and I do not see. They do have a great choice of sewing supplies and the employees are super helpful and polite.

This store used to really specialize in sewing supplies. Now its very high prices, has very few patterns and spools of thread are 4-5 dollars each. They are like a Michaels or a Hobby Lobby now,with craft supplies which I do like,but when I want to see,I want fabrics, thread thats cheaper,more patterns( not even 1 pattern for a cowboy shirts)! What fabric and supplies they do have are outrageously high priced. Go back to the old store ways and I will give you 5 stars

First time Ive been to Joanns in years. I loved it! I cant wait to go back. I fell in love with the Premier Sweet Roll yarns, and found other yarns I havent seen at the 2 craft stores close to my house. I cant wait to use the new yarn so I can buy more!

A verry large selection of fabrics. The only other place I could find fabrics in store was Hobby Lobby. Hobby Lobby has a good selection of fabric.However, Joann has a much larger selection. Many aisles of different fabric types and patterns.

Seem to have a large selection of material and supplies staff was helpful.

They did not leave a good impression with me I was looking for an embroidery machine they had on their website for the gun barrel store, I called down to confirm they say they had it. Went down today Monday, And the woman in the sowing department said, And when I said I had confirmed it the woman says they were wrong and turn around and start helping someone else I asked you have anything similar that I could look at. To which she said Sir we dont carry that brand.I got more help from a customer that was standing nearby. So no stars from me. They get 4 Grenches

Like so, so many other places now, not enough people to help customers. I was directed to the area I needed, though. After looking thru their inventory, they didnt have what I was looking for. I would have been very pleasantly surprised if they had! Upholstery foam for sofa cushion.

Yay! They had the jewelry hammer I was looking for. Not using it for jewelry, but for assembling a laser cut wooden model. Needed a small rubber mallet and this did the trick. Store was laid out a bit oddly. Felt was with kids crafts and not with fabric, but the staff pointed me right to it.

Definitely a 5 star on employees helping in store and selection. Restroom was ok but could have been better and cooler.The disappointment came at the checkout. There was one young lady cashier that was amazing. Professional and quick. There was a second that was an older cashier that talked forever to a customer and the line continued to grow and the younger lady cashier worked as fast as she could but the older cashier took her sweet time, ended up answering the phone while the line continued to grow. Definitely needed to be a greeter or something else besides a cashier. Made the other girl work harder because she didnt pull her weight

This place is hit or miss. As a guy, I have zero idea what I am buying here and need help to get things for my wife. They either go out of their way to help or you cant get help at all.

Was told there is a $25 restocking fee for returning an unopened Cricut easy press. Pretty scammy way to try and make money....not impressed and will reconsider the next time I think of going in there.

I was at the JoAnns in Chattanooga and a young lady named Tess helped me. She was sweet and went out of her way. I wish there were more sales people like her!

Not a huge store like I was hoping for and their prices were high on everything. Ill mention their plastic storage items were ridiculously high and their sales are on items marked way too high to begin with. Maybe Im just used to a variety of larger fabric stores where I come from, but I wasnt real impressed. They need more fabric stores around here to drive the prices down.

Was looking for animal print fabric and didnt find much. One sales person said there was some but it was all over the store. Another sales person said there was none. I had to drive over half hour to get to the only JoAnns in my area and was disappointed

Omg. Had to wait long time for cut fabrics..3 ppl was cut fabrics but. Really slow ..2 ppl was use device to print out tickets. But one lady have to write tickets ..why other 2 lady let her use device to print out .. poor this lady have to write all number ...

I drive an hour to go to this place the people are very helpful and nice they answer your questions help you find what you need. Its very relaxing inside I did buy the wrong thing and I returned it they took it back without question they give a very easy return. I really enjoy this place and find everything I need every time in fact I find things I really dont need the cant help but buy!

The staff was extremely rude and dismissive. I am new to sewing and went to ask a question about fabric. The attendant replied with ummm thats not how fabric works and rolled her eyes at me. We put the fabric back on the shelf and went to the register to pay for 4 out of the 10 things we had originally gone in for. The rest we had put back because of the lack of assistance. You have 14 employees working there and not one of them could raise their glance enough to even look me in the face and answer my pretty simple questions.As I approached the register, I laid down my items. 2 of them were supposed to be 25% off based on signage but the cashier argued with me over that discount. I even showed them the price on their own Store App which reflected the discount. They wouldnt honor the in-store sign price nor the app.While I was up there, the 2 cashiers were talking to each other about how miserable masks were and how uncomfortable they were. The only words they said to me were to discredit my pricing issue. I ended up only buying 3 things out of the original 10 I went in for all because of attitude.I may not look like your average crafter because of my tattoos, but I spend hundreds on crafting supplies and love Joanns offerings. However, because of the lacking service, I will take my money to your competitors.

I love the selection, but this one star rating is because theres no changing table in the mens room. Changing a diaper on the bathroom floor is a terrible thing for a dad to go through. Especially during a pandemic.

A short hot night mare. Store was hot. Prices not marked correctly. Line was long for spouse to get fabric cut. And then at the check out one cashier. Cashier was very nice. I would not been as cheerful as she . Finally they sent additional cashier as the line grew longer.My personal take on Joanns is they are far too pricey, difficult to manage and use your coupons as some prices were not marked as on sale. Wife lost use of a ten dollar coupon because of that.Personally I would only go there for something I couldnt get elsewhere. Clearly I am not a fan.

I absolutely love this store. I live Michaels and Hobby Lobby, as well.... But I dont know how I have ever survived in crafting without this one... I really love that 9 out of 10 times they have what I am looking for. If they dont, they somehow always have something to substitute for it... Its usually cheaper than either of the other two... Not to mention, they have a vast array of any department/item in search of to choose from.. u will find what u want to a T... Or extremely close to it... I would love to work there!!!!

Store was clean and well stocked. Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing I would change is the width of the aisles. I am disabled and ride the motorized cart. I had a difficult time turning into the aisles due to lack of space.

Ive been a huge fan of Joanns, but lately they seem interested in making their stores more about home decor ready-to-buy and less and less about crafts. They had NO macrame items AT ALL. And I am mobility challenged and Joanns is the only store in my town with an electric cart. Just not happy. And yes, I know I can buy that stuff on their website, but I didnt want to do that; Ive never done macrame and I wanted some more personalized help. I feel let down.

Consistently understaffed, so expect a wait at The cutting tables and also at the registers. You can save a fair amount of money using readily available coupons online and on the Joann Fabrics ap. Its getting more and more difficult to find affordable fabrics anywhere, and youll find a fairly good selection here, along with arts and crafts supplies all under one roof.
