Waste of money, waste of time. They had my car over a month and it came back worse than when it went in. Not only did they not fix the issue, my car stalled when I left the garage the first time, they kept it another 2 weeks, then finally I said enough Im coming to get it and my starter was making a weird noise and my gear shifter came off in my hand on a back road trying to get home. None of these items were an issue when it went in.Contacting the BBB because either these guys have no idea what they are doing or are purposely sabotaging cars.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!

Davy has been my go to mechanic for the last 5 years living in Chattanooga. Always been honest and taken care of us with our Jeep and Hyundai vehicle repairs. Because of their labor costs being less than other shops, they tend to have a lot of cars in queue to be worked on and doesn’t always result in fast repairs for yourself. But, always been taken care of and if you have them do the work, I’ve never been charged extra for “diagnostics”. Only if you take the vehicle elsewhere. Recently had some trouble with a repair that was done last year but they are getting it handled as we speak and getting all the parts and labor covered under warranty Really thankful for the team there.

I rarely write reviews but my experience at May Bros compels me to do one. Ive used these guys a handful of times in the last couple of years and they are fantastic. They are skilled, but more importantly, they are honest. On a couple of occasions when I have expected expensive, complex issues, they have found cheaper, simpler fixes. I appreciate a business that is focused on taking care of customers and not just charging to the max. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend these guys! I travelled to Chattanooga for the week and had issues with the clutch in one of my work trucks. I brought it in to Mays Bros Auto and within the hour they called and told me exactly what need to be done to fix the issue. They replaced my clutch within the time frame I needed the work done in and kept me 100% up to date with the repair while my truck was in their shop. You couldnt ask for more! It was quality work at an affordable price! Thanks Mays Bros!

The service was okay, sometimes takes a while to get help. I asked them to look over my new car and see if they found anything wrong. They didnt find anything wrong, said it was in great shape. Seems very honest.

My 2008 nissan rouge transmission went out,got my car back today it runs great they gave me 2 $25 gift cards for oil chsnges,i taken my cars here for the 2 years,they are great honest bunch of guys wouldnt take my car anywhere else

Not sure if they just dont usually work on imports but I was not happy with the quality of work done on my vehicle. Very rushed and they used rtv on my coolant system which failed horribly and I ended up taking it somewhere else. They had decent prices but I would rather of spent the extra couple hundred dollars to have the job done correctly.

Even with all the good reviews I read before coming in,my experience wasnt as good. Took car in at 8am for for tie rod end, shift cable bushing & 4wheel alignment. After hours of waiting on a call, which I never received, I called around 1130 & was told car was ready. After given receipt I asked why was on only charged for shift cable bushing. I was told no work was needed on front end. Before I could leave lot, I noticed steering wheel was still loose. After requesting wheel alignment be done, I had to wait an additional 4hrs for work to be completed! Service sucked & work was less the mediocre!

We were in town on our honeymoon when our car broke down. We took it to May Brothers because of their reviews. They not only got our car in and immediately fixed, they were so nice. I definitely recommend this place.

My sons girlfriend got her car towed there. They charged her alot her a diagnosis test to tell her it was the fuel line, $900.+ plus later she got the car back. One day later it was doing the same and broke down . They towed it back, charged them another big diagnostic test rate, said it was the map sensor $300. + she got it back and it broke down two days later. Dont go there!! Specially If you are female

Have to brag on May Brothers Automotive on Lee Hwy and my buddy Davy Corbitt. At 3:10pm today I ran over a curb in my office parking lot accidentally and busted my front right tire. Called May Brothers at 3:15, their tow truck had me towed by 3:30, Davy found my exact Michelin tires in Rossville, went and picked them up, back at shop by 4:15, picked me up at my office to take me back to the shop and I was back on the road at 4:30pm! Excellent service!

Very pleased with May Brothers! had a crack in my axel on my 2008 Nissan rogue, my husband was working at a tech school at the and the mechanic dept put a new axel on it, when I drove it, it was making a noise so I took it to May Brothers, the school mechanic didn,t tighten a screw and did not tork it, may brothers fixed it and charged a fair price. My daughters kia sarento had an oil leak around the valve cover, it was a gasket, again may brothers fixed it at a reasonable price. I will always take my cars there, the are knowledgeable and honest and great people. Jennifer is very nice too!!!

These guys really stand behind their work. I bought a car that they worked on for a dealer. The car messsd up and they went over and beyond to make it right.
