I searched high and low for a 2022 Audi SQ7. I looked at Audi Marietta, Audi Atlanta, literally everywhere in the state of Georgia. With the shortage of cars and microchips today, it is hard to find and get a new vehicle, especially how fast they are flying off the lot, but I finally found my cool mom car at Audi Chattanooga! Parker took my deposit to claim the car and a week later I am part of the Audi family! They did a wonderful and fair trade in for my Mercedes GLE as well. The service, the professionalism, how amicable they are, the quick response and easy to reach, how on top of it they are…everything was amazing! Stacey was our sales agent and she is the absolute best! I even got a call from my insurance saying Stacey took care of everything and switched everything over! I can not recommend Audi Chattanooga enough.

We had a very positive experience buying a new car at Audi Chattanooga. The internet response time was very quick and Joey was always available to answer questions and direct us to the GM. The sales specialist (Lindsay Reed) was a delight to work with, and due to some unusual circumstances on our end, she came to our house twice! Once to bring papers to sign and the next time to deliver the car! They worked with us on price and offered us a very good deal. The finance manager, Robert, was also very helpful and professional. Our customer experience was positive all the way through the process!

I cant say enough good about the service these guys provide. Yesterday I stopped in with the tire pressure light on. It had just came on so I was afraid there could a problem. A technician took my car immediately, fixed a nail hole and had me on the road in about 15 minutes ! So impressed!!!

Audi of Chattanooga was great! viewing wise. The service was terrible, no one attempted to to help us out at all. We had one lady who we talked to. Asked a couple questions that she had no answer to what so ever. When we got into the dealership she left and went to her office and sat there literally doing nothing else. We checked out a couple of cars for at least 30 minutes or more. The whole time we were in their we didn’t speak to anyone else besides one guy who we thought was the sails manager and thought he would help after looking at a Audi RS7 on the show room floor which he didn’t. He basically answered about 3-4 questions and after he just acted like we didn’t exist. If anyone ever wants to purchase a car Audi to be exact, you are better off spending your money in Atlanta or Nashville. Good service is top line requirement especially in a dealership and we DID NOT GET THAT AT ALL.

Blew a tire en route from Florida to Chicago. Ended up at Chattanooga Audi where service manager, Court, took such good care of us that it turned a disheartening delay on our trip into a pleasant 24hr stay in a town we had never been to. Court was incredibly helpful, empathetic and professional. His intelligence and sense of humor came out in our chats, during which he was more generous with his time than he needed to be. I am on my 4th Audi and I have tried (unsuccessfully) to purchase 3 of them from Village Audi.If you prefer the Buy or Die car buying experience from the 1970s you will probably enjoy shopping here. Personally, I prefer to shop and buy in the year 2020...recognizing that a lot of people prefer to transact business online via text/email versus being subjected to the pressure tactics of in person/phone conversations.My experience(s) here versus my experience at Audi Atlanta and Audi Northlake could not be more diametrically opposite... 2 different dealers that went out of their way to work with their customer on their customers terms (AND went out and found the vehicle I wanted when they didnt have it on site) versus 1 that has, on 3 successive occasions, given me the impression that they could care less whether I buy the car from them or not.I (obviously) love the Audi brand, and have always had great experience with all of the other Audi dealers I worked with...Village, not so much.If you are seriously in the market for an Audi, take the extra hour drive down to Atlanta and get the TRUE Audi experience. This is my first experience with Village Volkswagen of Chattanooga and it was by far one of the best! I live in Cookeville and most of the negotiation was done via email and phone. We finalized everything upon arrival at Village Volkswagen. Lynn Wood was fabulous and Jeff Newell made sure everything met my expectations. The 2017 Porsche Macan S I purchased was super clean and Lynn helped with getting the Porsche connect enabled so I dont have to come back to Porsche at Chattanooga. Awful.. We came there to look at a car and it was not what was on the website. I had to basically pull information out of the sales person. Only after asking they offered a discount due to the lot damage hidden charges that we were not aware of. When we asked to look at the car the sales person pushed and tried to get us to go ahead and fill out credit application. Very cramped dealership

Purchased a new Q7 a couple of weeks ago and Audi Chattanooga couldnt have been more pleasant. I first found a top of the line used Q7 on Vroom and was about to pull the trigger. But, checked with a real dealer first just to see. First off, Audi Chattanooga gave me a higher trade in on my old car. Jeff was fantastic. Most importantly, they were able to get me into a new Q7 for LOWER COST than Vroom wanted to put me into a 3 year old model. Sydney was delightful and worked with us to find a gem. The transaction was seamless and we are very pleased. Lesson learned: silicone valley is not going to replace good customer service any time soon.

I traded my 2017 Subaru wrx for a 2010 Jeep Wrangler and first week radiator busted a lot of electrical problems, im very upset I took it to the dealership for the warranty and my warranty did not cover the radiator when my Jeep was over heating I told them y’all told me I have warranty for anything that keeps it from running ! I will not be doing no further business with them because I have to dump money into a vehicle a got a week later when I gave them a good 2017 wrx for a 2010 Jeep!

Review Updated, I recognize the effort the personnel expended at my request. However, this would have been no different had I walked in off of the street, expressed interest in a car, requested financial arrangements, and then made the decision to not buy the car. I would not have been charged $500 for that, or at least I do not think I would have been. Within 72 hours, I notified personnel of my decision change. I have received my refund and I greatly appreciate it.

Exceptionally poor service!! Dropped my car off to have F5 module replaced and service and inspection. They kept it for a week and change. We were over billed for $250.00 on the invoice due to a mistake. Charged $350 for inspection and oil change The oil was not changed, the filter is original. The brake fluid is half full, the backup camera no longer works and the windshield is cracked and was not like that when we dropped it off!In response to your comments, If the surveillance cameras showed the damaged windshield you would not have said that you were going to replace the windshield at your expense? Why would the damage not be mentioned in the $350.00 inspection or by anyone of the service staff or managers? The service writer explained to my with that the F5 module is a very common failing device in these cars long before there was any knowledge that these things existed on the car. True we did buy the car at a reputable dealer Audi of Birmingham, who by the way stated that the camera is no cause of failure of these and they would happily reinstall the camera with full warranty! The camera was in the car for 4 years before now. If in fact it was the cause it would have not taken 4 years to short out the stereo and yet the camera was still working fine till it was disconnected by you. We will be going there from now on! As for the $250.00 deduction there was no documentation on the invoice that shows that was where the difference was. There was also no documentation or mention that the camera was not working either when you were done even though it was working when it arrived. You told me that you were going to replace the windshield at your cost, yet when I asked for that in writing you flatly refused! That is a red flag in any situation. Especially in the business you are in where if I want to buy a car from you NOTHING is left out of writing!!! This told me that you had no intension of replacing the windshield, and when you threatened to have me arrested if I did not return the loaner car when you said even though the purpose of that car was to use while the damage you caused was being done, still was NOT done!!! So yes I stoped payment in this transaction because I was not going to be bullied by you because of this hyper lousy service experience! And as predicted you refuse to replace the windshield! You have made no attempt to settle this issue but only to escalate the problem and wiggle out of owning up to the responsibility to the customer you owe. By the way a properly topped off break fluid reservoir is the only adequately serviced level it should be at! As for you efforts to make me happy, you never once asked me what can we do to make this right. Instead you made every effort to make me wrong, the car wrong, the other dealer wrong, and explain how hard this is on you. Im sorry that this all went this way but this is not anywhere near customer service. Threatening to have a customer arrested when you tell them they will do what you say when you say it is not going to win any patronage from me or anyone I speak to on the subject! None of this would have happened if Cort was the GM rather than you! You could learn a lot form Cort on how to deal with customers. I sincerely appreciate his efforts and his alone! Good day to you. Oh and by the way the loaner car needs an oil change....

Recently I traded a Cadillac SRX for a 2019 Audi Q7 and I noticed while looking it over the car had a very small chip in the paint on the driver side door. The manager took the car to touch this up temporarily and said we could bring back later and they would fix this permanently...but, we were very disappointed that they could not offer us a loaner when we called to set this up!So ... After 3 months of an unimpressive ride, I have traded this vehicle for a 2020 Cadillac XT6. We called Audi after the trade to see if we would be reimbursed for an extended warranty we purchased and we were told no!? I am glad to be back in a Cadillac and dealing with their excellent customer service.Bottom line is I am disappointed and not impressed with the Audi experience and would not recommend it to anyone!!

I had a warning light come on my Q7 while driving home from work. I reached out to Audi Chattanooga and was asked to bring it by first thing the next day. The service manager immediately looked at the situation upon my arrival, told me what it was (something very minor) and had it fixed in no time. I had a significant oil leak, called to schedule an appointment, took it in and was greeted by name. They analyzed the problem, fixed it promptly even threw in a complimentary tire rotation. Very friendly and helpful through the entire process.

Showed up at the dealership because the service department was unresponsive to phone calls and messages. Car not ready...its only been in the shop for recall work for 7 days and counting.Never had such bad service in 5 years of Audi ownership. Guess itll be my first and last Audi.

Had a great experience in the purchase of a 2015 A3 at Audi Chattanooga. Staff are consummate professionals. We also bring in our company owned A8 LWB for Audi Care service and the use of loaner vehicles makes it very convenient.

Have been there 3 times looking for a QS5. No salesman has ever come out to help. Spent 20 minutes there a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday. The car we were interested in was unlocked, so we opened the doors, adjusted the seats, checked out the controls, opened the back doors, got in and out of the back seats, open the hatch and discussed its size, and a salesman never came to help. Finally saw someone look out the window as we drove off. Went to the Mercedes dealership down the street. Staff was GREAT!!! VERY interested in the Audi but buying a Mercedes GLC AMG 43 instead.

When buying a first car for our oldest child, I wanted to be sure that we got the right car for her that would be safe, reliable and affordable. I chose to do business with Audi of Chattanooga because they have taken great care of me and my family every time we have done business with them. I bought my Audi Q7 from them and had such a positive experience that I returned within the month to buy a used Nissan SUV for a very dear friend. My husband bought his Audi A5 from them about six months later. We have used their service department several times and have always been very happy with all aspects of the visit. This is the first, and only, dealership we go to when we need a vehicle or service.The salesman I had done business with previously is no longer with the company so I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Lynch when buying our daughters car. Jeff was very patient as we test drove several very different cars and wound up buying a completely different class of vehicle than what we originally came in to look at. Jeff was very kind and graciously stayed after closing two nights in a row to help us find the right car and then, the second evening, purchase that car. Jeff was very accessible throughout the process and was quick to find answers to our questions - although he knew most of them himself - and even brought in a colleague to elaborate on an area that was completely outside of the sales arena. After selecting a car, and at my request, he directed me to the online forms so much of the paper work was already complete when we returned to purchase the car. Jeff has a great attitude and a fun personality. He made this an easy, seamless experience.Dakota Dillard, in the finance department, was very thorough and made sure I understood all the options available to us. He has a wonderful disposition and was a joy to work with.Jeff, the used car manager, went out of his way both evenings to answer my questions about additional options and services that might be available with the vehicle. He was also kind enough to stay late to answer our questions.Overall, I could not have asked for a smoother, easier buying process which is exactly why I chose to return to Audi of Chattanooga. They do a tremendous job of making car buying not only a painless experience, but a pleasurable one.
