I have been shopping at Tuesday morning for several years, and today I was humiliated by the manager, Faith. I had bought an item 2 days ago at the Val Vista store and decided after work to take it back to the Alma school and Queen Creek store for a store credit in order to exchange it for something else. I left my receipt at home. I went in, there was no sales associate at the front desk so I thought I would look around with my previously purchased throw blanket in a bag. When I found nothing to exchange it with I went back up to the front desk about five to seven minutes later and still no associate. I had to ask around to other shoppers if there was any associate in sight. Finally a young girl came to the desk and I told her that I would like to return my item and get a store credit. She called her manager over to the front desk saying that “she was new here”. The manager, Faith, came over and gave me a very strange look then she asked the associate to come with her and they walked away. The associate then came back and I asked her what was going on. She said the manager was looking for that same item in the store. She then left the counter.I waited a few minutes longer and the manager walked past the counter with a hammer in her hand and was now on the phone glaring at me. I overheard her telling the person on the phone that “she didn’t know what to do and didn’t want to cause a scene”. She seemed very distressed and was looking at me again with an accusatory facial expression. Then she returned behind the counter saying that she had “never seen this item in the store before and wasn’t sure that it was from Tuesday morning”. I told her that the price tag is on it and if she scans it it will show that it’s from TM. The item was never removed from its packaging(meaning the hanger or the secured cardboard wrap around it.). I told her that it was from the Val Vista Store and I was returning it due to the color. I told her that I just wanted a store credit as I know their policy is to not give a refund without the sales slip. I told her I had the sales slip at home and I could go home and get it if she really needed it. I told her that I heard what she said on the phone and asked if she thought I stole the item. She didn’t respond. I asked her twice and still no response.There were at least three other people at the counter behind me.Faith’s tone and facial expressions said much more than words ever could. She put the return on a store credit and I left. I went out to my car and then she immediately ran out after me, up to me car window, saying “You know our store policy! You have to sign this paper! “. I told her that she never gave me any paper to sign when I was at the counter. I complied and immediately called corporate and left a message to discuss this employee.Faith, your words and way you treated me were so embarrassing. You should not be working in a managerial position nor should you be in customer service. Have a little more faith in your customers. I will never again shop at any TM due to how you humiliated me in front of other shoppers. This almost 15 yr customer will shop somewhere else from now on.Dr Aimee Beger

After my wife finished shopping here the cashier refused to let her pay with cash. Even went so far as to say I see cards in your wallet just use one of those. If this is how you treat customers thats fine its within your rights as a private business but dont think youll be around long treating customers that way. For a cashier to tell my wife how to pay is ridiculous and assume cause you have cards you can just use one of those. Wont be back here or to any Tuesday mornings for that matter and will make sure I tell everyone I know not to go there since they dont accept legal US money.

There are very helpful to me!! It always clean in the store.

We stopped in to check for a teak shower bench and didnt get lucky, but they always have so many great surprises in store, we werent too bummed out.This location has great rugs and occasional furniture. I feel like I can always count on TM to deliver on that...the prices are really great too, which is cool!🌞😉

This is a great place to shop for items you wouldnt normally find in a Target, but couldnt think to order from Amazon. The customer service was okay, and the selection was fine.Overall a store I would visit again. I found it to be a great place to shop for items like Secret Santa or White Elephant.

This was the first time I have ever been in this store. It has a variety of merchandise, from fabrics to candy and snack items. The prices on the merchandise is very good. Depending on what you are looking for this would be a good store to add to your store list.

I have recommended Tuesday Morning to all my co-workers and friends. This particular store have a good stocked collection of home goods and great deals. What makes this store worth while coming to is the knowledge the employees have on their products.
