Not the best Big Lots I’ve been to, but it is okay. They have a wide selection and good prices. I was a little disappointed that they changed out the summer stuff (when it’s pretty much always summer in Arizona). From food, to furniture, to household goods, they might not have it all, but they’re close.

Great prices blah service… Walked up to check out put my groceries on the counter as Dayna is proceeding to finish her text before acknowledging me. Went to pay and Dayna was texting again? Must be nice to get paid to be on my cell phone while at work.

I love Big Lots. It has tons of options from household items. To toiletries bathroom supplies lotions shampoos cleaning supplies chargers radio speakers pillows blankets stuff for your kitchen rugs couches beds patio furniture literally a little bit of everything its like a miniature Walmart. Even has clothes. Its a good place to go for gifts for like secret Santas or stocking stuffers. The prices are fair other than the furniture I think those are overpriced. Its in a shopping center with a dollar store and some other places. They do offer senior hours and curbside pickup.

The staff are super helpful. This store does not get the attention it needs. Limited stuff but the collection looks good

This particular location is certainly different than most. Under staffed and physically smaller than any Big Lots weve been to. Adequately stocked. I wanted to walk around the store to get a better view of the store but chose not to. I will look to see if there are any other Big Lots in our area before going back.

I havent been to Big Lots in awhile and this one in a long time. It was organized and open and much more shopper friendly than I have ever seen it. More like a department store than a discount store. Nice selection of products although the seasonal items were very sparse. Friendly customer service and good experience overall

5/15/21 I went last week brought $47 of items..Didnt get my receipt and it was not loaded to my reward account. 5/22/21 I went back to the store to buy more stuffs and I wanted to used my $10 coupon which I never got. Show them my bank transaction. They said they cant reprint receipt. They didnt honor it. John and his staffs are no help! 5/23/21 I call the help line that didnt help..Spend 1 hr on the phone. USELESS.They couldnt do anything either.Because the cashier didnt do her job right. I didnt get $5 rewards on my account and didnt get to use $10 off $40. So no more shopping at Big Lots..They should start emailing customers their receipts like other stores!

Good Merchandise, Clean Store. Although the Credit Debit Swipe Machine wasnt set up for anyone disabled in a wheelchair or tall enough to see the screen. I didnt understand why the machine had to be so high. Not a great idea for security of ones pin number because its nearly eye level at counter 1.Big lots management needs to do something about that asap before a law suite or major complaint is brought upon them.

The manager john sucked, he was really rude and made me stay in line for over 10 min arguing with me for no reason. it was really humid and hot in the store and every employee i encountered was extremely rude. i literally wanted to just leave my cart and walk out.

I enjoy shopping at Big Lots because they have many products for much cheaper prices than other stores for many of the same products. They have a variety of items in the store like very nice furniture that you can finance if you qualify, home products, cleaning supplies, pet products, food items, etc. They may not have the amounts compared to markets, but they do have many things to purchase for reasonable prices. They have my Dove bath soap for $1 each which is very inexpensive as you can pay up to $10 for 8 bars, or even more at other stores. Make sure you check out their clearance items too, you may find things you like for very cheap. So dont be hesitant or snobbish to go into Big Lots, you will be surprised!

Was not able to add my rewards coupon for a desk I ordered online. I called the store to ask about it. They said its in store only. The website did not say that. They suggested I cancel the order. There is no way to cancel an order once it is placed. I called the Corporate customer service number and they told me there was nothing they could to help me. I could just not pick up the order. Bad experience for online ordering.

Even though I have multiple locations closer to my house, I will alway travel to him for my furniture. Wow this place has changed a lot, they have name brand furniture and the prices at great. However they did not have the cleaning supplies we were looking for, and no one else does either.

I was assisted by a very great sales person on the floor but I cant remember his name He was great..even though I couldnt find a mop that I wanted. He helped me with hoses and store policy for returns. His interaction was spontaneous and natural. The two cashiers were both very nice. I will continue to recommend this store and their personnel. Sadly Big Lots is not what it once was with great discounts on close outs and limited run items but has transformed into another store with prices often higher than it’s competitors whereas they once offered better deals and discounts. Still worth the visit to find items difficult to find elsewhere but check prices and shop around because you will probably find it cheaper elsewhere.

The store seems to be getting better. Its clean and well organized. The aisles are clear which makes it easy to move around. I purchased a decorative pillow.

I like Big Lots, you can get some of the same items there for so much cheaper than other stores. And Ive even purchased furniture and was very comfortable. Great place for either picking up quick items or you can really go shopping there, especially around the holidays.

This is a really large and new location. Finding items is easy and the aisles are organized. The employees on duty welcomed me and were very friendly.

Bought mattress. Asked to be delivered, they forgot to submit paperwork for it. Now have to wait a few more days without it. Called Big Lots to ask what happened, they apologized and will pay for delivery fee. Classy move Big Lots. Thank you so much, greatly appreciated.

I usually have a great shopping experience at Big Lots and this time was no different. I found a good deal on a lightweight quilt set in just the color combination I was looking for, and a pretty good deal on black out curtains.

Big Lots has changed a lot. Seem to be furniture focused these days. Still the best place to get spices.

Love Big Lots! Only reason I didnt give this one 5 stars is because they dont have the selection of stone of the others & I couldnt find the milk & eggs the sign in the front said they had that I was just going to pick up while there. Otherwise clean, friendly staff & good deals.

Big lots is a weird place. One can find lots of cheap goods that look somewhat cool, but anyone who bargain hunts will instantly be able to tell it came from big lots. Some stuff from here will last a long time and other stuff will fall apart the week you buy it. I go here for parties and stuff that I dont need to be high end, but often the products are out of place so it can be hard to find what you need.

Still a great place to buy holiday decorations. However their recent remodel, although it looks nice, they really cut back on the majority of their products and I think the store is lacking merchandise. A lot of open spaces, and their prices are still too high for their store type.
