First time going to this store and most likely the last. There were a lot of great products with great prices BUT nobody wants to be “obviously” followed around the whole time they are trying to shop! I get you have to do your job but please be professional and not slow. I felt uncomfortable the whole time until I started following them to show them how it feels. This person clearly felt the uncomfortableness that I experienced and magically stopped following me once I did this.

Would have gave 5 stars but out check out last was a Karen to the max but we talked to her n she did apologize to being so rude to us. But the store is great! I love it. ❤ will be back

We love going to this Hobby Lobby for art supplies and material sold by the yard. They have all the supplies you need for any crafting project. They also have shelves and furniture. You can theme just about any room to a beach theme, car theme, sports theme or western theme. They have an awesome selection of puzzles and models. One of the few places left where you can find scale models and supplies.

Great selection, great products! Also rotating sales the will get you an even better deal on stuff in the store. Everything you need to get a craft started.

Worst customer service ever I have been shopping at hobby lobby for years but have never had anyone be so condescending. I called to ask if a particular item was on sale or is it being clearanced out and instead of checking the item for me I was explained to that clearance means they won’t be carrying it anymore and a sale price is different and if that made sense to me. Seriously while I appreciate the lesson (sigh) apparently I must be really dense, regardless my question was never answered and instead my intelligence was questioned. While I understand the perils of working retail please advise your associates to not insult your customers and imply they are dumb. There are many different ways to convey your message without insulting your customers!

I used to love hobby lobby but after coming to one again, its pretty outdated with what is trending now and hard to find things that are worth buying. There are still decorations and other things that you can buy here that are worth buying regardless of whats trending but it can be pricey.

If this store doesn’t have what you want, then you really don’t need it. The store is always clean and everything is well stocked, but some of the cashiers could use some customer service training. They are not the friendliest, but then again, when you have to put up with the public all day long I guess I can understand where they’re coming.

I found this lovely cactus. It was 50% off so it only cost me $16. There were so many things I wanted to buy but my teenager was being a drag and wanted to go home..... Next time Im going with no kids so I can browse and take my time. Such good sales and cool items. There are also tons of arts and crafts to make your own cool things! 😁

Lots of discount and deals now a days. Always good prices. Tip: hobby lobby in Chandler is better than the one in Scottsdale. Its much bigger and has more options and departments.

Ive lived near this Hobby Lobby since its been open and recently customer service has gone downhill. Its been bearable until today. My husband and I were shopping here and I saw that the lines were pretty long and being seven months pregnant I really had to use the restroom while he waited in line to buy some things. I walked across the entire store to the restroom and when I finally found it a team member stopped me and said I wasnt allowed in. When I asked why he told me because the store closed in 15 minutes. There were still lots of people in the store waiting to cash out and I explained we were purchasing items and I was pregnant and just needed to pee. He didnt seem to care and told me I could go some place else. Im not sure why there would be a need to deny a pregnant woman to use the restroom when a business is still within open operating hours. Needless to say, I likely wont be shopping at Hobby Lobby anymore.

Dont come in here often but when I do...most of the time it is difficult to find someone to answer a question but always a good price on everything you could possibly need for any sort of craft project you are working on. I bought a piece of art glass that was broken and asked the cashier if I could get a discount. She called her supervisor and asked her. The supervisor told the cashier loudly that customers purposely break glass in order to get a discount. I told the supervisor that I did not break the glass but she ignored my comment. This insinuation that I broke the glass is very unprofessional and insulting. Perhaps such comments for teaching moments should be learned in a staff meeting and not in front of customers

Used to love this store. Came here for all my holiday shopping, art supplies, birthday supplies, fabric, EVERYTHING. Just found out Hobby Lobby stopped selling Halloween stuff because some selfish people called in and said it was inappropriate for the nature of this store. You don’t have to agree with a holiday or practice, and you ALSO DON’T HAVE TO BUY IT. I don’t believe in religion and guess what I do? I SHOP AROUND IT. Extremely disappointed with this company for doing that. Guess I’ll start going to Jerry’s Artarama, Wet Paint, and Michaels for my art supplies and holiday needs. I’d rather pay more at another store than one who concedes to dictatorial requests. Guess they should stop selling Easter items since the word Easter is of Saxon origin, named after Eastra, the goddess of spring, in whose honour sacrifices were offered about Passover time each year. It wasn’t until the eighth century that Anglo–Saxons adopted the name to designate the celebration of Christ’s resurrection.I will say Eric, the cashier, who helped me with my exchange today is an amazing person, super helpful and courteous.

Stopped in looking for corner shelving units. Hit the store with 10 minutes before closing. Managed to scout the store and find two units we loved. Stayed until 15 min after closing and the staff was pleasant the whole time. Nice and helpful staff.

I really appreciate their customer service. I wanted to buy several large letters but I wasnt prepared to take them with me--on a motorcycle. They arranged it so that I could pick them up in a couple of days, when I could return with my van. Hanna was so helpful I invited her to my wifes restaurant, Wild Elk Den Restaurant Lounge.

I want to support this store. The sales prices many items affordable. However...No matter what day, what time of day or what time of year, they are grossly understaffed. There is always a line and only one or two registers open. Yesterday, one register and 8+ people in line. I was almost glad I didnt find what I was looking for. Sorry...

This place has everything, and we got out of there for less than $30 for our project...we had planned on 50...and the staff was amazing! We had to ask for things 3 times, and each time the worker didnt seem annoyed or put out...super great experience!!

This place literally has something for absolutely everyone to enjoy looking at, but they have the most absurd prices I have ever seen. Esp on trademarked items which they seem to carry quite a bit of. Most things you can actually purchase on amazon for half the price. Thats my biggest problem with hobby lobby. But this location was very clean and merchandise well. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly.

Well stocked for most items unlike some other stores though their they are slim on some sewing materials.
