Tony in the counter at 1048am on 9/16/21 was really rude. He was really chatty with the white people but as soon as a person of color shows up to the counter he just questioned me and asked if I had anything in my cooler and I said yes Ice and he was finding any reason to question me in our 5 minute interaction. I would really consider telling him to be friendlier to people of color not just white men from what I can see.

If I could give a 1 star I would. I completely understand that that this place is busy but one cant help if a vehicle breaks down in a stall. I was there for 1.5 hours and 5 mins before My tow truck was to show up I asked if they can just block the stall in front of me while they load my truck up. (Mind you I could have asked 45 minutes before)They proceeded to tell me no because they were busy and then got on the intercom and started yelling at me. I hope you guys never break down in middle of summer and are in a situation where you have to ask somebody for help or what not. Youre in customer service and today you demonstrated a lack of it.

This is an amazing QT except for Brandon one of their managers. He does not value customer service or satisfaction. I have never had such a bad experience til today at this QT. It should not take 3-5 minutes to ring a customer up for a beverage, or even acknowledge that I was standing at the register. He refused to even look in my direction.Mario on the other hand is an AMAZING employee and should be recognized. He made sure to ring up multiple people very quickly and greeted them upon entry even though he was further from the door and his manager WOULD NOT!

No mask enforcement, the cups are covered in soda, the floor is sticky. The employee wore her mask under her nose. Extremely crowded for a pandemic. Just really disappointing

I go to QT all the time. This one i go to everyday for the past three months. Most the staff there is super rude. Not all of them some are very nice. Mario ....and the manager Jose?..very unfriendly ..im gonna try and stop going there because of those two

QT is the best. Best food, clean bathrooms, and fast service. The quality of the fuel is top notch. Dyno proven more horsepower. Every QT is the same. Parking lots are not small and tight. Plenty of parking and plenty of pumps. Even the windshield washing stations have clean water and don’t smell like sewer like their competitors do. All locations are well lit at night and you don’t normally get asked for stuff from panhandlers.

QTs are a safe bet. This one continues impressing! Every time I go in here the employees are happy, nice, quick, and know their stuff. I try to save my gas refills for QT.

QuickTrip sets the bar for convenience stores. Theres a great selection of drinks, and snacks. Its clean, and the clerks are always fast, no waiting in line while the person in front of you thinks theyre going to hit the power ball! The only downside is that it can crowded during rush hour.

They have better food than most fast food places

Wow. Most unfriendly QT ever. There was a guy cleaning the floors here who finally stopped to help the large line of customers- and he couldn’t have been more unhappy doing it. I felt like I was bothering him. Then, on the way out I slipped on the floor from where he was mopping and had no signage up. Not a good experience at all.

A convenient stop to add gas. I love the cleaning station that always have water and clean window squeegee. The other one famous station across the street is small and dirtier. I happened to find their ice cream is only 49c with my daughter and we tried it. Boy, its big, fresh and comparable to any fast food chain. The young man who made it for us was nice and gentle, didt give us a sneer since we only order such a deal. Pretzels are also in good price. Will come back often for gas and food.

This is my first time writing a review, and not because I havent had a reason for things both good and bad in the past. I feel compelled because I am a fan of QT and go to this store everyday. However, it seems that an attitude of annoyance towards the customer is being adopted and tolerated. Clearly one of the best things about any QT is the ability to get in and out of the store quickly, but should it be at the expense of making a customer feel good about being there? The culture of the store is certainly set by the management, and I believe a drastic change needs to be communicated and made, in order to keep this QT from its downhill slide. I wasnt surprised to see the other not so positive reviews and hope that a change is made. Otherwise, I will certainly take my business elsewhere.

Staff is always polite and work hard. Very pro law enforcement, which is nice to see. They keep the store very clean, and are very efficient!

Love most of the staff attitude everyone’s always been pretty cool. The kitchen food is the fricken best too; my only complaint is that my added toppings always get paid for, they just never seem to make it onto the food.. :/ I find this to be not only a minor waste of my money but extremely frustrating as well. Other than that Qt is pretty dope.

Girl working the kitchen was a mess. I ordered a biscuit and gravy and got my food left opened my bag and there was just a biscuit with a tiny amount of gravy. Time before it was still cold. A gal in front of me her pretzel was still doughy.

On May 13th, 2018, arrived at this location with the place kind of busy, as it always is. Walked in with a female employee, blonde hair, working the desk. It was after 10:00 pm. The girl working this shift is very rude, yelling and demanding people to move to the next line and acting as if the customers are wasting her time. Rolling her eyes, and huffing every time a customer asks her a question that requires her to do more than pushing buttons on the register. A woman (customer) asked for something specific and the woman employee looked at the customer as if she was ready to punch her for asking of her assistance for change or something that involved her having to get into the store safe or extra funds. Rude! Rude! Rude! After I said out loud, cashier needs to change her attitude, the cashier switched gears and began to act like she was enjoying her job, still unacceptable to mistreat customers . Customers are there to make the facility business, and the customers are the reason you have a job!!! Keep being rude to people and you will not have a business! Other than that, the place is clean and well kept, the rest of the employees need to work on making eye contact with the customers.

Been coming here for years. This place has the cheapest gas in the valley. Sometimes the pumps break and they dont get fixed for weeks which can be a bummer when its crowded and you want to fill up.

I have never ever written a review but today’s experience at this location was ridiculous. There was two cashiers a guy and a woman... both helping ppl out I was the next in line and some man walked up behind me and stood behind me as the male cashier was open he skipped me and acknowledge the man and told him he’d help him while I waited until there was someone available to help me the person in front of me left and I scooted up, I placed 10 dollars on the counter and told the female cashier I needed 10 on 4 she literally smacked her hand down on the counter and money and said thank you have a nice day in a sarcastic manner I turned around to walk out the door and as soon as I was turned she spoke under her breath saying “screw you” or what sounded like it.. I turned back around immediately and said “excuse me??” And she then replied “oh I just said thank you and have a nice day” and her and her coworker looked at each other and I just ended up pumping my gas and was soooo upset at that instant Because with a few words and a matter of less than 5 mins I felt so mistreated just a horrible feeling.. I cried (I’m not usually sensitive) but I teared up in anger because I had my children with me waiting in the car and I couldn’t do anything about it at the time. It’s sad how rude ppl in customer service can be and really ruin ppls whole mood just because they’re not having a good day. I understand it’s busy and etc but a smile would’ve sufficed ... and before you go blaming what you assume to be “ rude” customer maybe rethink the vibe YOU give off as a cashier first.... I’ll never go back to this gas station again... just because of how uncomfortable they made me feel... 10 dollars is no big deal to me .. it’s the way they treat people. I called back to get their names and she answered (didn’t get a name) and said she had to put me on hold, but didn’t, just put the phone down and kept ringing people up because I could hear everything.... I’ll be calling corporate Monday

Always have been a fan of qt. I would go out of my way to there instead going somewhere else. I tried 2 different founyain drinks. Both all carbination. Good attitude for asking for someone to check it. Then attitude over bot paying fof my food before they made it. All because i wanted to wait till both my orders where ordered. Yesterday i had issues with my cheese crisp not cooked all the way through. But got attitude. Then i got attitude. They really font like it when i catvhbine back. The manager really wants to no whats going on after there employees h2ive attitude to a customer.

Usually has some of the lowest or the lowest gas prices in town! It competes with Costco and SAMs Club. Plus you get all the benefits of a normal WT: clean, friendly staff, good selection just to name a few

The quiktrip is perfectly fine. The ppl who go here are rude. Since they are no quiktrip in Scottsdale this is the only place you will see rude ppl who block aisles and look at you like a jerk for saying excuse me. Snobs shop here.

I have never been charged more than .51 for an ice cream. I go to the manager which was obviously on meth and she said because the ice cream was in a cup it cost more. No other quick trip does that. So because I am allergic to the cone I have to pay more ONLY AT THIS QT! You could tell this woman was strung out on drugs.

No knock gas, cheap smokes, clean restroom and plenty of junk food. Wish I could live there.

If you’re interested in visiting all the unique QT’s of the world, this store should definitely make your list of destinations. Located on the southwest corner of Arizona Ave and Germann Road, just south of a large crop of corn in which extraterrestrial life presumably exists, the most remarkable feature of this QuikTrip is its external appearance. I’m not sure what happened that corporate allowed this design to be executed (I’m thinking it might have had to do with the larger property owner’s wishes, as the adjacent Sonic Drive-In has a similar architectural aesthetic), but boy am I glad it did.This QT looks more like a house from Tarantino’s Django Unchained than it does a gas station. The store is painted a lovely beige color, with white accents and columns, a shingled roof, grandiose lamps outside the entrance, vertical vine planters on the walls, and masterfully laid stone surrounding the entrance and base of the building. Above the QuikTrip sign on the front of the store is an upper level with smaller square windows, which make me wonder if I could rent out that upper space as an apartment some day. Additionally, the gas pumps themselves are surrounded by more impressive stone pillars and arches, and the entire property is dotted with well manicured palm trees. Finally, there are minimal red lines accenting the building (they are only found on the corners of the pump area), further distinguishing this store from other QT’s.Inside, this location is like any other Generation 2 store with a QT Kitchens. However, it is definitely worth a trip for the well-crafted, exquisite presence this QT offers the street corner. From the white Scion xB that regularly bumps obnoxious music at the pump for minutes on end to the friendly staff inside, this QuikTrip is always bustling, and the only thing it’s missing is you.

The staff there at Quik Trip rocks!! They are extremely fast, professional and courteous.Kudos to whomever trained them!!
