Jason and Miki provided amazing customer service for my mom! They went above and beyond to provide her all options and figured out how to get her a washer/dryer delivered in less than a week. This is after she was told by corporate customer service (not their location) it would take 4-6 weeks and there was nothing they can do...Jason and Miki found a way! I highly recommend this location!Scott

Bought a fridge last week and when we got it to our clinic, unfortunately the door was damaged. Called and the lady was super nice and advised to return for an exchange. Brought the fridge back and the super nice gentleman helped us unload it and actually just replaced the door right on the spot. So rad! Didnt have to wait for the replacement or anything. Great customer service and super personable staff. Not sure about these other reviews or their experiences. Mine was fantastic. I mean, bummer the fridges door was damaged from the manufacture but the staff at this location were exceptional in helping to resolve the issue.

As of today. I bought my washer and dryer on Black Friday this past November. Many attempts to try and deliver my washer and dryer. Finally delivered three weeks ago and dryer had a dent, brought in another dryer last week, and it’s not functioning. Dryer is at my house not working. Did not delivery my dryer’s pedestal. As of today, the dryer is still at my house not working missing a pedestal and I still don’t know when they’re going to give me a new dryer and this was ordered on Black Friday in November 2020 . So extremely disappointed!!! John salesman is the worse there, doesn’t know how to talk to you, would cut you off in the middle of a conversation. I requested to speak to the manager, he said the manager will not call you back. I requested to speak to the owner, he said I will not give you the owner’s phone number. I can’t believe this is Sears!!!!

We had the pleasure of working with the manager, it was a wonderful experience. We were moving into a house that didn’t have fridge and as you know trying to get one is difficult during these Covid times... It was our first time needing to purchase a big appliance and He helped us find what was what we wanted and in our budget and we were able to get it delivered just in time for our move!He was friendly, informative, and respectful:) We will be going back for any future appliance needs!

I give this 1 star only because the staff at the store is very nice. Otherwise I have had nothing but problems. The fridge I ordered did not work right when delivered and installed. They ordered me a new replacement fridge and when that arrived it also did not work right and the delivery guys didnt know how to make it work and actually broke the water filter and water dispenser in the process, according to the repair person they sent out to try to repair it. Then the replacement parts were not available and I was told to wait 21 days. That was 3 months ago now. I still have not gotten a repair or replacement after several several phone calls and getting transferred around because everybody I talk to says its not their department. The store manager said he would work with his district manager and call me back with replacement options and that never happened. I finally got somebody from Sears to tell me I was eligible for a replacement but did not have my exact fridge and then tried to make me take fridges that didnt even have the same features as the original fridge I purchased and offer no partial refund or anything for the inconvenience. I gave them options hat got denied and then got told on another option they would get back to me within 72 hours. That was a month ago. I have been treated so rudely by Sears people on the phone and nobody wants to actually help get me a fully functioning fridge that I paid for. Now they dont even want to give me a refund because its outside of 30 days even though I have never had a fully functioning fridge since day 1 and jumped through all their hoops. Worst experience ever. They make you wait for service and repairs for 30 days on purpose to get you outside their return policy. You get punished for trying to be a patient and good customer.

Zero Stars:Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!🚫Never Again!!The Sales people, Kathryn and John, have had No Concern for us since the Sale in mid-June. We purchased a New Washer and Dryer, waited 2 weeks for delivery, and the dryer arrived damaged. It was immediately loaded back on the truck and we had to wait 2 weeks for the replacement. The scheduled day of redelivery, I called to confirm a time only to learn they had Cancelled our delivery. An employee had jumbled up the correct phone number in the wrong order so we were informed that it would be 2 MORE WEEKS to get our replacement Dryer. We chose to Cancel that Sale and get our money back. After 6 WEEKS of countless phone calls, verifying proof of purchase and proof of return, we Finally received our Refund. While I had been calling for information about where our Dryer refund was, I told our Saleslady how completely dissatisfied we were with our New Washing Machine. Kathryn informed me that I was 4 days too late for the 30 day Refund or Exchange Policy on our New Washer. I explained how water and detergent remain in the reservoirs constantly and the clothes do Not come clean. I was informed that it was NECESSARY to schedule with their repairman, free of charge, if I wanted a Possible Refund or Exchange. Today, the repairman showed up and said someone cancelled our appointment...AGAIN! YEP, Sears still hadn’t corrected our phone number. They had the correct address all along so that’s how he found us today. We assured him we did not cancel. He said he hears my same complaints a lot. He then gave us a lesson in laundry and said we Needed to Use Brand Named Detergent, all while a jug of Tide was sitting there on the shelf. “I cannot help you. I cannot make you happy”, he said to me. He then requested payment if we wanted him to look at the Washing Machine. I told him there was not supposed to be a Charge for Today. He said then he can do nothing for us. I called our Saleslady right after the repairman left but was told nobody at the Sears Discount Appliance Store could help me either. Kathryn’s manager gave me a few 1.800 numbers when I requested a Contact# of someone at Corporate that Cares about Sears’ CUSTOMER SERVICE. Im calling in the morning but looks like I’m S.O.L.! Save Yourself and Your Money! Lowe’s was less expensive on many items anyway. Disappointed to the Core of Sears and their Staff.🙅🏻‍♀️

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!!! They have put my parents through a 5 month long nightmare of phone call after phone call, no longer in service numbers, overseas call centers, repair man showing up with NO PARTS then never came back, broken promise after broken promise. My parents purchased a Kenmore refrigerator, and the ice maker never worked. All they wanted was there ice maker repaired not a five-month long run around and being completely ignored by the store they purchased at. This is not the Kenmore of old! Run Forrest run!!!The store employees are not willing to help. Make a sale and kick you to the curb. No standing by their product or customer!

I wish i could give them no stars. I am very upset and disappointed with my purchase from this store and Sears on Gilbert Road. I literally just received my oven and microwave tonight at 11:20 pm on 1/24/2020. The two delivery men just dropped off the two appliance without installation and WITHOUT Cords. There are NO CORDS with the oven. How am I suppose to use my new appliance without the proper cords. I assumed Kathryn, the Appliance Expert, would be able to tell us what we needed to hookup our appliance. We stated to Kathryn that we would like our appliances install. When I spoke with another person from your store 1/18/20, they informed that there was no installation and I informed him it should be added and he stated he would take care of it.I am also very upset that our delivery date kept getting pushed back. Our original delivery date was schedule for 1/15/2020, then again on 1/18/2020, then again on 1/22/2020, and now 1/24/2020. The delivery representatives asked if they can deliver the appliance on 1/25/2020. I was in shocked when they asked to push delivery again. On top of that your Store had no communication with the wearhouse on the status of our appliance. I went into the store and picked out our appliance on 12/20/19 and had to wait a whole month to receive my oven and microwave.I am so disappointed and upset, I want a refund or an explanation of how you can make this better for my family and for future customers. I have friends and family who are currently in the market to update their appliance and I will not be recommending Sears. I’ve been cooking on a hot plate because my old stove is not working properly and is unsafe to use. That is why I purchased a new oven.Also the Manager of the store was very rude and showed lack of concern when dealing with my issues and concerns. I wished I would of just canceled the whole order when they canceled my original delivery date.

I had an urgent problem with a delay of a refrigerator delivery due to COVID-19. Our refrigerator was under an extended warranty, and the process of determining that no parts were available had dragged out for several weeks. Once it was determined that a new refrigerator would be provided under the warranty, we picked one out, and delivery was scheduled. Two days before delivery, we were notified that due to Covid-19, delivery from the manufacturer to Sears Home Appliance would be delayed by an additional two weeks.I contacted the general manager of Sears Home Appliance, explained the circumstances, and he authorized the shipment of a more expensive refrigerator, which was available and could be delivered within just a couple of days. Today was that day.A senior manager of Sears Home Appliance intervened to make a difference at the additional expense of his company in order to accommodate the needs of the customer. It was a very refreshing development and one which has caused me to reevaluate Sears Home Appliance.I learned that Sears Home Appliance is a separate company from the Sears, which has filed for bankruptcy reorganization.I appreciate the outstanding customer experience, and shall look to Sears Home Appliance the next time we should be in need of an appliance.

My wife and I purchased our first set of washer and dryer here in 2009. We received a good deal on quality machines. We went back and worked with John this past week on buying a couple new washer and dryer sets for our kids and sisters. John and the manager were delightful to deal with and gave us a really good deal on multiple machines!

In contrast to Lisas Review, when we had a problem with the new washer and dryer set we purchased, Derek was so helpful. Things do not always go timely and smoothly when communications are going to a warehouse in California and a store here in Chandler, and because of our inconvenience due to the situation, Derek not only took back the washer, but also took back the dryer which had no problem. He then had our set upgraded into a much nicer and more expensive set with no extra charge to us. We love our new set and called personally to him to thank him for such good service. Perhaps the difference in our experience is that we went to the store and talked to Derek personally about our problem so that he knew us and our situation.

I have shopped at Sears for over thirty years, mostly for tools and appliances, but Ive bought the odd lawn mower, fan, battery, and water filter, too. Sears has a wide range of items, from the inexpensive to last-for-twenty-years fixtures and appliances. I have always been satisfied by Sears, which is why I continue to shop there. Im going there as soon as I finish this, in fact, for an automotive tool. Ive been a shade-tree mechanic since I was 18, and my toolbox is stuffed with Craftsman tools. I have some of the first Craftsman tools I bought to work on my brand-new 1974 Duster, and I still use them--around the house, on my cars, on neighbors cars. For the home DIYer, Sears is an excellent choice. For just about anything else, Sears is an excellent choice.

My wife and I just bought a refrigerator from Sears Home Appliance Showroom, it was the Kenmore side by side 25.4 cubic foot refrigerator. The salesman, Rich, was helpful and cordial over all I would recommend buying your appliances from this store. In talking with Rich about the negative reviews he stated that all the present sales staff have only been there 6 months and wasnt sure how the people were treated more than 6 months ago but stated the present sales staff are friendly and helpful, which I found to be the case.

My experience with Derek the manager has been horrible. He was great when selling me the refrigerator however when it broke down and I went to return it I have had nothing but headaches. I went into the store to initiate the return and was just sure it would be done ASAP. After a week when nothing happened and there was no answer at the store phone number I called the Sears 800 number. I was told no return have been started. After about 2 hours on the phone my return was supposed to have taken place and the refrigerator was supposed to be picked up today. It wasnt. After another hour plus on the phone someone finally got ahold of Derek. He was extremely rude and told me he been trying to get ahold of me so that he could get the refrigerator picked up. This is a flat out lie there were no calls from Sears on my phone home or cell. Derek also refuse to give me information on the owners so I could complain to them about his atrocious customer service. Stay as far away from this store and Derek as possible

We bought a Kenmore Elite refrigerator, range and dishwasher at the very end of 2016. The appliances work well, however, on the refrigerator and dishwasher there were flaws in the door handles and finish on doors. It is now the 18th of February and we still do not have this issued resolved. When bringing back a new dishwasher for replacement two weeks ago it had the same flaws...the handle on the refrig was replaced but the finish still needs to be fixed. I was called, in advance ten days ago, to say it would be delivered this morning and after waiting 5 hours it was a no show. I called the manager Paul to find out what was happening and he assured me he would call me back with an answer. I waited 1 1/2 hours and returned the call again speaking now with the salesman who actually sold us the appliances and he questioned Paul what was happening. Our name it seems slipped through the cracks so to speak, but he, the manager of the store, NEVER had the courtesy to return the call and let us know after waiting what was now 6 1/2 hours for naught. The salesman said it would be delivered now on Tues of this next week. The appliances for quality so far very good...the customer service very poor. I will repost with how this ends when the time comes.OK so now this is not even 3 years later and the expensive refrigerator we purchased has been looked at by an independent and the Sears repair peopel. They both said it was made by LG and it was made incorrectly with mixed parts of metal/plastic, therefore the bottom drawer freezer does not hold the cold. The repair would be very expensive and more than likely happen again because of how it was made. $2600 for a refrigerator and two service people telling me it is junk and the problem would probably reoccur. I cannot tell you how disappointed and angry I am.
