Bought my Green Mountain Smoker Grill from them and it is the BEST & EASIEST smoker I have ever used. I also purchased the pizza oven accessory and it makes awesome pizzas in about 2 minutes. This place also has great seasonings for meat that you cant find anywhere else but on-line. Nice and helpful staff as well.

Did not like the customer service. Went in looking for a griddle add on and a new grill. Once I said I was looking at a blackstone on line( an inexpensive propane griddle). I was rushed out the store and told I should go to Home Depot or Lowe’s. He acted like he couldn’t be bothered and I was the only one in the place.

Upon entry a nice greetings at the door.Walked into this place it was dead but it seemed like they had a good selection of BBQs ranging from the good to high end grills (high end meaning chef grill). The prices are a slight bit high but you get what you pay for. The people that work here were fantastically helpful and knowledgeable.Definitely check this place out if youre in the market for a grill. They dont have the cheapest prices but they also only sell you what you need they are so helpful. Went in trying to buy pa rye ts to rebuild my grill and I tell them what I think I need the guy is like really this is all you need probably saved $150.00. Will be back.

I just want to take a minute to say THANK YOU! We went to check out appliances since are doing an outdoor kitchen. We were greeted and helped by an older gentleman (sorry cant remember his name). He was incredibly knowledgeable, and though he was the salesman who was helping us, it didnt feel for one second that he was a salesman. Any configuration or product questions we had, he was informed and experienced, and was able to advice us accordingly.The items we ended up purchasing were in stock, so that was a huge plus - to purchase and have them load it for us to take right then. No need to wait for days to get the items.They were having their Black Friday sale, and after it was all said and done, our bottom line price was a great deal! But to be perfectly honest, I would have paid full price for the expertise advice we received! That alone seriously has saved us a lot of mistakes, and re-dos we would have encountered in building this outdoor kitchen without his help.He even recommended some suggestions on items/things that other clients (who have built similar projects like ours) wished they would have done. This really helped us to think about some tweaks to add/change to our project that will make it much more efficient for what we want our outcome to be.If I could give it more stars, I really would. I would recommend BBQ Galore in Chandler for the knowledge, expertise, casual atmosphere, attention to detail for your project, COMPETENT Service, relevant product selection for an outdoor kitchen or BBQ, and great bank for your buck for the quality! Very nice experience and gentleman who helped me. I will never forget where I was when I learned Kobe Bryant died, the nice gentleman told me after seeing if I knew in a clever way. I will probably go back another time when I have BBQ needs.

I recently bought a grill and burner from these folks. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They patiently answered all questions and even helped with suggestions about the layout/design. No high pressure sales!! I would highly recommend them.

I live in the Tucson area and we lost our BBQ Galore a few years ago. I spoke to George on the phone last weekend and told him the grill I was interested in. He didnt have the base in stock, but was able to get it in this past week and I was able to drive up today and get the grill and the base. George was very informative and hooked me up with a customer loyalty discount and all the accessories that I needed. Awesome customer service!

This store is really amazing. These guys really know their stuff, are very friendly and helpful. It was great to go into a store that specializes in grills but with the same or even lower prices than other retailers. They specialize in everything from small to large grills, have a multitude of sauces and rugs and have every kind of charcoal one would need. When I upgrade to a larger grill from the smaller Weber I bought today, Ill be going back to the guys for sure.

If Google allowed minus stars, BBQ Galore would have gotten minus 5! I bought a large gas grill, 2 side burners and a Big Green Egg to be installed in my new-build home. I paid for delivery and installation. The grand total was over $4000. The outdoor kitchen was built to the specifications in the documentation for the grill and the home had passed the county inspection. Delivery was promised between 9 and noon on a specific day. The delivery arrived at 2:30pm. I was home and the construction supervisor for the builder was on-site. The delivery person brought the grill and the Egg to the kitchen and then stated that he couldnt install it because the kitchen was not properly vented. The construction supervisor told the installer that it was built to specification and showed him the venting. He refused to install the grill and was surly and uncooperative. The construction supervisor offered to work with him but he left without assembling the grill. He put the Egg together but left no documentation for either the grill or the Egg.I called the store and spoke to the person who had sold me the package. I told him that the installer had been rude and uncooperative. He stood up for the installer saying that the grill could not be installed. I asked to speak to the store manager and when he came on he repeated that the installer was right. When I asked where the builder had varied from the installation instructions, the store manager hung up on me.The grill was installed by the builder and we are using the internet to find instructions on the Big Green Egg. I did not hear from the store again and did not receive a refund on installation. I plan to post this review everywhere and suggest that you buy your grill products elsewhere.

After 10 years, an expandable grill grate (sitting over the burners and holding ceramic tiles to improve the searing qualities rather than the original burner cover) I purchased at Barbeques Gaolore finally gave in.After going to another local barbeque store and checking out the big box places and not finding the replacement grill grate, I tracked down Barbeques Galore to their Chandler store and after describing what I needed, George (I recalled hed been the representative that helped me solve the initial problem and recommended the solution 10-years ago when the store was in a different location) advised he knew about the part I needed but they no longer carried it.Before I left, he gave me the websites for two grill parts companies that upon review, both had the work-around expandable grill grate and my selection is on its way!Great customer service and assistance! George, thank you for your help in solving this grilling problem!

VERY hepful staff. They opened the store early so I could buy supplies and start smoking pork early on a Saturday morning. Beyond that, the manager even guided me through choosing the best flavors for a rub I needed. Will go back for sure

I phoned the store told them the problem, they said they would take care of it and order the new parts for no charge..
