I bought a new 29.9 Cu. ft. LG refrigerator in December of 2018, and based on the product sales pitch from the salesperson, we decided not to spend the additional $300 for an extended warranty. After only 4 months, it started making noises that kept getting louder every day. When I called Pacific Sales to see if they could offer any assistance, I was told that they only provide that kind if assistance if the buyer purchases the $300 extended warranty ( Can you say extortion?) LG told me that the problem is likely due to frost buildup, and the only fix is a manual defrost, ala 1950s products. Pacific Sales used to be the one appliance seller that I could count on to be honest before they promoted an inferior product. Guess thats changed.

Sold appliances and told during delivery that part of the order was out of stock. Had to wash my own clothes in the bathtub for a week...this is what I got for $4,200.

Bought an LG Refrigerator in February 2015 it is now August 2015 and have had 6 repair appointments to try to stop the noise in this refrigerator. When we bought it they sold us on how quiet it was going to be WRONG. Weve been dealing with LG appliances and now we want Best Buy to replace this refrigerator it sounds like indians are in there beating a drum

I like to shop at BestBuy, but their appliance price is just not attractive. You can simply find better price and model somewhere else.
