Like many other reviews, I have not received the part ordered. While they provided a tracking number for USPS, there is no tracking information to indicate the package was ever picked up. Lady on phone said their company had many problems with this. No kidding!

Product arrived promptly so that gets the star! Product is poorly packaged ( aka broken part) one piece of foam in the end of the box would have prevented this! Product also made very much cheaper than the original 👎Since it was a non essential piece for the product overall performance ( dryer heating element) I just soldered the broken piece back together. The hassle of sending it back to wait longer for a replacement part that will most likely be packaged the same way, not an option

Had a defective product batch from them. I called and the real life person actually took the time to look at my photos I sent back, refund my money promptly without the hassle of returning the parts, and told me she would call me back with confirmation that the order could be filled with a quality component. This is rare level of accountability and attention. I purchase quite a bit from them for our common stock and this customer service was greatly appreciated. This is a good outfit. Thanks.

We thought we were going to have to replace our oven, I saw this and my husband had it installed within a few minutes! Oven works great again, and weve had it well over a year now. The stove is almost 13 years old but works like new again! Thank you so much!!

The spray arm on the top rack of the dishwasher was not cleaning the top as good as when it was new, which is a little over a year old. Noticed the cap on the back of the arm was failing so I did a search for a replacement part, and Luna Parts was half the price of the competitors and with free shipping. I thought with free shipping it would ship third class, but was shipped first class mail. Shipped on Monday to Florida and was received the following Monday. Very satisfied.

Cheap replacement parts, get what I pay for, ordered belts, were not same as originals, will not use them again.

This new replacement part is built to a higher standard than the original. fairly simple install.. just a lot of crawling in and out of the oven.. anyone can install this part with a few simple tools..

Very good customer service. Ordered a part for our dishwasher through their E-bay page. Price was better than others we had found on line. Came right away. Installed part and it didnt work right, so Luna immediately sent us a replacement. That one was fine. We packed up the old core, plus the bad new one and sent them back and got a core refund on the old. We were happy with their service and would use them again.

Same thing as all the other reviews. Tracking says mailed priority over a week ago from Phoenix AZ to Orange county CA. Post office says they dont have it. I have ordered the part from another company now and have it. Luna says write refused on package when I get it and I will get a refund. Problem is.... they never sent it!!!! Really surprised they have gotten away with the fraud for so long. I am going to complain to every site I can! They wasted a week of my time with the criminal games they play!

I called Luna Parts to get a knob ordered for my Whirlpool gas range. I dealt with Celina, she was so accommodating and resourceful. I sure did appreciate the service that I received. I would certainly recommend her to others. Luna is lucky to have her on their staff.

Ordered a replacement panel for my Frigidaire stainless steel dishwasher. I received the part 3 days after ordering. The price was excellent and it was the exact same quality panel as the original. Would not hesitate to order from Luna again. Price was by far the best I found.

Ordered a GE wiring harness kit to replace one in a GE profile cooktop. The part got here in about 4 days (free USPS shipping) and installed as expected. It looks new and built to the same quality as the original. Luna Parts cost was lower than Amazon and other appliance retailers online.The part was in its original packaging with additional bubble wrap taped around it. The whole bundle was stuffed into a padded mailer and got here safely with standard tracking from USPS. Adequately handled.I would shop here again.

LUNA PARTS Sold me a dryer timer as brand new the timer arrived in a re taped box(used) the part was dead. returned the dead part and these scammers charged a restocking fee of 18 dollars to take back a broken part avoid at all costs

Pretty much a direct swap-out for the factory ignitor in my GE Profile oven, although this one had plain wire ends instead of the nice little plastic coupling like the original. No problem, though, I just cut the connector off the old one and put it on the new one using the provided ceramic wire nuts.

Found Luna Parts via online search...correct parts were in stock and my questions were answered promptly and efficiently. Pricing was well below other appliance part shops.Am very happy with the overall purchase and will be happy to deal with them again.

Wish I could give negative starts! I will not order from them again! Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They refuse to return any emails. According to their web site my parts were in stock when I ordered. I received them 25 days after placing the order. I ordered from another company in the mean time and had the microwave fixed before my order from Luna arrived. Sent several emails asking for a status update, but never heard back. Do yourself a favor and find the parts somewhere else, there are plenty of other options with respectable service.

AVOID this company. This person sells on ebay - after purchasing they refuse to answer e-mails and you cannot leave a phone message as their mailbox is always full. They promise quick shipping yet after 7 days my item that has been paid for has not shipped. Not shipping the parts I need has put me in a bind.

I ordered a part through there eBay site and it was delivered damaged. They shipped it in a soft package with little to no bubble wrap. The connection were bent up and one was broke along with the element being bent up bad. Im still waiting on a refund. Their trying to send me another part after I have told them several times that I want a refund and not to ship me one. I went and purchased it from a big box store. I should of done this in the beginning. Take my advice and stay away from this company. Its been nothing but a giant headache.

These guys are honest and dont sell you parts you dont need. Dryer would heat intermittently and thought the timer was bad. They told me probably the coils were bad. Less than $30 later wife is happy!! Thanks guys.

This seller sold a used part without telling customer.I ordered a refrigerator part from this seller from their web site. They did not specify that it was a used part. They sent me a used part. Though it works, I am afraid it wont last long. My original part lasted 3.5 years from brand new condition. I am afraid this used part will fail in a shorter time causing another breakdown of my refrigerator soon. The last breakdown cost me a few hundred dollars of spoiled food.

I purposely waited a few months to review this item as I wanted to see how well it would hold up. First off, Im not a plumber or an appliance repair person. Im a stay at home mother of messy boys that relies heavily on my washer. When the pump went out on my washing machine I was quoted $350 to have a repairman come and fix it. After some research and youtube videos I decided to try fixing it myself. Now, it took me about 1hr to install. Again, I am NOT a handyman, but found this unit to be pretty easy to install once dismantling my washer. I saved an extremely large amount of money, felt an awesome sense of accomplishment and, most importantly, its STILL WORKING months later!

I recd the pump today fit and worked perfectly, the OEM version was nearly three times the price of this one. I installed it today and Ill keep updating every month its working or if it lasts. I replaced this on My machine back in 1998 with an OEM pump cost about $100.00 but lasted 20yrs so I want to see if this $25.00 pump lasts as long? The build quality seems to be the same if not better!

When I discovered our washer was leaking water on our floor I thought for sure wed have to fork over the money for a brand new one. My husband, who has no background in appliance repair of any sort looked up our model number online and examined what the washer was supposed to look like. Then raised the washer on boards and took a look under it. He realized this piece had somehow cracked! It was less than fifteen dollars to fix, and just took a few days for the part to arrive. He was able to repair it himself and save us a WHOLE bunch of money! Ordering just the part alone from the local appliance store wouldve been close to a hundred, and then even more for the labor if we had them install it. Im so glad we found this on Luna Parts!

I ordered my item and two days later it said shipped. Six days later it never left the factory says waiting to deliver to post office. I called two times to get an update and left a message and finally on the third call I get an answer. The lady said she would have to call the warehouse to find out what was going on. I asked here to call me back within the hour and she said OK. I called them back 2 1/2 hours later and they still had no answer on the status and offered to refund my money. These people stole from me. Purchased a lot of parts about 1000 dollars worth and they charge me credit card parts never showed up. Im very angry at them. I wouldnt purchase a thing from them buyer beware. I would order from mccombs supply instead. This is just a warning to do your due diligence before buying. Better safe than sorry. Dont go to this place, they will rip you off! I am local and needed a part for my refrigerator, so I went to their website and found what I needed. I took a screenshot of the part # (including price) and headed to their office in Tempe. When I arrived, they told me that they had the part in their warehouse, but that the price for the part had magically gone up %35 in the 30 minutes it took me to drive over to their office. Turns out, they are just reselling parts from other local places and that their warehouse is actually a place called Appliance Parts Depot in Phoenix in Mesa. Save your money and go and deal with honest people down the street at APD..

I received a defective part and was in freak out mode after reading the negative reviews for Luna Parts. Much to my surprise, Isabella with customer service was extremely responsive and arranged to have another part shipped to me. It arrived in a timely manner and works. I have never written a Google review before, but I thought Lunas response warranted a rebuttable to the other reviews (perhaps they took note and decided to improve their customer service).

Shipped the wrong part and approved a return for which I paid shipping as per their posted policy, expecting reimbursement for this cost. Didnt recieve any and when I would try to call or email, they just said that they refunded the purchase price and wouldnt honor the policy since I didnt tell them I was returning the part. The Return Authorized status on my order and messages i got before i sent the parts back with RMA numbers would seem to indicate otherwise....

I ordered a part for my fridge and the tracking showed it was shipped but then a week later I get an email saying my order is being refunded due to not actually having any stock. But yet they have the same part listed on their Ebay page for more than twice what i paid and shows they have over 10x available. So my guess is they didnt have anymore in stock at my price even though it was the same part number. I even responded to their email about this and they never responded. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered 2 burners for my stove top off their eBay store, it took 11 days for them to get the order to me and it was not a complete order. I only received 1 burner, I now have to file a dispute with pay pal and if they do not make it right i will have to escalate to a claim. The number listed on their website only goes to voice mail and they wont respond to any messages you leave. Buyer beware, from my experience of buying online, this company fails badly.

Shouldve read the reviews first. Ordered a replacement kickplate/grille for a Whirlpool refrigerator that the website said was in-stock. They processed the credit card payment and then 2 days later sent me an email saying they were issuing a refund because the part was out of stock. They provided me an email stating that they were refunding my purchase. However, they never actually credited my account. After some hassles and a few weeks of delay, they did at least issue me a refund check.

I was quite happy too with my wife who was able to research and I did the work, which was actually pretty simple. My wife looked up the information, prepped the oven, and I did the ordering and installation. What a team. The results have been explained by others. These ignitors heat up pretty fast and turn on the oven quickly. I also changed the burners, which showed holes, one each by the ignitor. Probably didnt hurt anything, but the wifey complained about a thumping sound once in a while. So, while I had access to that area, ordered the burners, that were on sale and cheaper than anywhere else at Luna parts website. Ours is VGIC305. I had to cut the terminal, but didnt hesitate, as that seems the only way to connect. The only thing, is that the filament in the Viking ignitor seemed sturdier, but that is hard to assess. Fit just like the original. GO for it!!! Luna Parts had the best price. Thank you

Unlike the other reviews I used Luna Parts and am more than happy with this reseller, yes they do not carry the parts themselves but they were cheaper than using the actual local source Appliance Parts Depot in Phoenix. I needed a thermostat for an Amana Fridge, while I was at it I decided to change out the leaking Ice maker. The thermostat was $5 cheaper through Luna parts. The big one though was the ice maker, APD price $109, Luna Parts $67 for the same part!!!! Ordered through Luna and drove over to APD and picked it up. Thanks Luna Parts

I have to join the naysayers about this company. I ordered a part expecting it 4 days later. When I checked on tracking status, it hadnt changed from Package Accepted. I had to call in the next Monday (7 days after ordered) and then it magically started moving through USPS transit to arrive on the following Friday. 13 days with my stovetop pulled out waiting for one little part to come in. UGG!

These guys may have free shipping but be aware it is USPS and generally not really trackable. Just get the dropped off in Phoenix message and no way to know when it will be scheduled to arrive, yea that is the crappy usps problem, but Luna doesnt have to use them. Heres an idea how about ups or fedex ground. Allows tracking and estimates on delivery.

I purchased a circuit board for a Dacor Riser Vent from Luna Parts on eBay. The first photo below is the circuit board I had to buy because the Luna Parts board is not correctly manufactured. The second is the circuit board from Luna Parts, the third is the original circuit board. See that the original, and second vendors board are the same, and Luna Parts board is not. There is an angle bracket that holds the top of the riser vent panel that the wiring harness has to pass through. It requires the wiring harness to come straight off the back of the circuit board to fit correctly. As you can see the Luna Parts wiring harness is glued down so that the wiring harness is no where near where it needs to come off the circuit board. Due to life events I did not get to this project immediately. When it became evident that this part would not work, they hid behind their 60 day return policy. Luna Parts advertised this as an OEM part. I do not think this would pass a Dacor inspection. It was either incorrectly manufactured, or is not OEM. I will not be buying anything ever from Luna Parts.

Truly awful service. Took my order for a part, said that it was shipped, but based on the tracking information they never actually sent it. Then they claimed a week later that it was damaged in shipping, and they didnt have another one. My advice is: dont waste your time, find a supplier that can actually send you the part you need.

Lied about having a part in stock, lied about shipping the part, lied about the part being damaged in shipment, etc. Took a week for their lie to become apparent, delaying my repair. They continue to list the part as in stock when clearly they have none, so other customers might still be ordering this part only to be lied to afterwards. Avoid this company at all costs.
