Brought the car in 2018, and 3 months later, found out everything was wrong with the car, initial sales price was $28995, I’ve spent over $32k in repairs from 2018 to 2021, miles are still under 70k smh. I was sold a lemon! It’s another repair needed for an additional $2821. I’ve decided to junk the car. It was a complete lost. I will never shop there againUpdate! The sleazy dealership just called to argue with me and deflect the fact they sold me a clunker! If I could give them negative 5 stars! I would! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! They also threatened to expose my personal information of I did not comply! I’m going the report them to the BBB AS WELL! I am also at work where I had my phone on speaker and my store camera audio have the emote conversation on camera with audio!

I had an amazing experience at this location. I had previously had a auto broker working a few deals for me and they just did not go right. So I decided to take matters into my own hands. I found this location online and as soon as I requested information on the car they give it right to me. Not only that they called me immediately and asked when would I like to see it. I told sales agent Charles Hannah if we could handle everything over the phone and I would come in upon approval and sign everything. Within 1 hour he and his finance manager George got me approved for a amazing loan with low money down and great interest rate for my credit score. Charles is simply AMAZING!! I came in a few months ago because I was just in the area looking and his personality is what really sold me that day. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. You can tell that he was not just just a sales person, but was a people person and made sure his customers were happy with their car. Purchase 2018 benz, sales manager George great person to deal business with.. sales person who sold me the car was nice in the beginning, Had my car 1 day making rattling noise underneath the hood…. Plus car need a wheel alignment to come to find out wheel was bent, sales person Igor who sold me the car said everything has been checked oil change car ready to go… bought my car into Mercedes get everything checked out, find out car had wrong oil filter, call the dealership sales person Igor told me all services was done at Buck head Mercedes that was a lie… then I found out he new the rim was bent, car sat Mercedes for 8 days, $165 oil change $200 tech check the car find what was going on.. Ask the the dealership pay half they told me next oil change on them, Mike manager had the rim fixed, thank u.. got the rim center cap missing. $25 had pay for that smh… Great car.. sales person Igor full of B/S. Be honest it will come out later..

Good people, the in-house finance is actually outsourced and he will not allow the sales guys to take advantage and you fully understand your decision, for instance I went to look at a clk one day and wanted to think about it so I gave a $200 deposit to hold it for a couple of days, I decided to buy it and while looking over the paperwork he saw that and gave me the option to get it back in cash or put it towards the first payment... I took the cash of course lol

I bought an Audi A7 with very low miles and clean vehicle history. They allowed me to take the car to get it inspected. I took it to the Audi dealership and everything came back excellent. The car was very well taken care of and have frequent maintenance work done at Audi dealerships. Moe and Brian were very helpful and I am happy with my purchase. They had the best deal of all dealerships that I visited and saw online.

This was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a vehicle! The staff was extremely professional and very quick in getting the deal closed. My husband and I applied for a vehicle together. We had to call and inquire about our application since we never received a phone call. We’re introduced to a Mr. Charles who says our application was just “queued” and that he’d take a look and call us back..he did not....We had to call him!! He tells us he can help because he sees my husband has paid off 2 cars with absolutely no late payments whatsoever and the ONLY delinquencies on his credit are hospital bills! Says how he can work with us and all that, says he will call us back again. Obviously he doesn’t and Proceeds to run my husbands credit about 5x and mine as well! Mind you he didn’t warn us, or ask us. Then when we go ahead and call him since he didn’t call us back like he said he would yet again, we bring it to his attention he acted like our credit even being ran was a surprise to him so he puts it off on a manager. Later that day I see my credit get run some more!!! On top of that he emails us (instead of calling us because he must have realized he’d get chewed out over it at this point, obviously) just to end up saying we still need a co-signer and he can’t do much else. In my opinion, if you’re knowledgeable in your field you’d know by the look of it if you can help us or not! You really tried to coax us through the door by saying how much you could help because you saw his impeccable payment history on 2 other cars and Could look past the hospital bills. You knew what the deal was long before running our credit that much now we gotta deal with a bunch of inquires while continuing our search. Others at least ask before running it even once!

We traveled all the way from Madison, AL and purchased a 2015 Camaro convertible from Gravity Autos that we had seen on Autotrader. Very sketchy place. Test drive a hellcat and noticed a transmission issue and brought it up to be looked at my mechanic which is a specialist in those vehicles. Sales manager got very defensive about me having it looked at. I would have paid for the car to be towed and any costs for the check up on me but wanted me to fill out a credit app. No sir. Even if something is still under warranty, get it fixed and taken care of. You obviously don’t want to sell to someone who sees a problem and want to run some kids credit through the roof and get a fool to sell a car too. I even settled down for them to get it inspected at the nearest dodge which was down the street and send me a picture of the inspection for the transmission service. Still haven’t receive anything from the salesperson I was planning on buying from. If this is how you guys do business it’s no wonder you only sold 2 cars in a month. Don’t get fooled people.

They had an exact Audi S7 that I had been looking for for 3 months. In Jan 2020 I flew in and drove it home say day. Process was OK but took too long day of due to them being busy. I get it and had planned to use the day. Looking back overall I’m pretty happy with the transaction and love my car.

Salesperson appeared to be very honest during sale, but after sale, could not get in touch with him or management staff to obtain the additional key etc. as promised. I could never get salesperson or business manager for follow up. Gravity Autos in my opinion was very deceitful!!! I trusted them to do what they said they would do.

First of all I purchased my car with extended warranty. OMAR the finance manager is a joke and tried to get an extra $1,000 out of me. I had already signed my paperwork. (which they messed up 3 times because they kept trying to lie on the contract.)My extended warranty was $2500, not $3500 which he claimed it to be. We all know he just wanted to pocket the extra $1000. I did my own research and called Integrity Warranty. They stated that the extended warranty total was $2500. Omar continued to call me to collect the extra $,1,000. After I refused to pay he stated he would have my plates canceled and report the car STOLEN......LOL RIGHT. After he realized he could not do that he called my warranty company and canceled my extended warranty. He is very unprofessional!!! & I would not recommend doing business with this dealer, very sneaky and underhanded.

Got a great deal on a car but... didn’t feel welcomed by my salesperson. He seemed to have gotten offended because I asked him about his masked. He never put one on, although other salespeople had theirs on. Truly felt unwelcome by him however other employees were welcoming. For an example my daughter and I asked for water we were giving warm water that was sitting outside of a refrigerator. A few minutes later we saw another salesman get their customer cold water from the refrigerator. I truly didn’t want to get the car because of him. He also was irritated because he had a dinner to get to. Actually told me “if I was you I wouldn’t do the deal”. Could go on about him but will not.Was told to bring the car back the next day to get it cleaned & full tank of gas. I did (45 minutes one way on July 4th) and got neither. The car was decently cleaned but was too dirty for a newly purchased car. Had I not asked about the missing partitioner I would not have one. The salesman looked into the trunk several times and obviously saw that it was missing. Was told that the vehicle I purchased was a sport model it is not.

WORST car experience I have ever encountered! We drove 6 hours round trip two days in a row AFTER we were supposedly approved and signed all paperwork! I went to “pick up” my car and was given a run around on how they needed $2,000 for “bank charges”— after a down payment had already been made!!! I am sickened to know that I put my trust in this business. The staff was friendly, but sneaky, needless to say we left without a car and completely screwed over. Don’t put your trust in this business to only end up screwed over.UPDATE: 4/28/20-- It has been less than 24 hours since the negative review was posted, and we have received text messages from the manager threatening to post our credit business if we do not remove the review. EVERYTHING was approved on 4/26/20 according to them. It was a huge red flag when they told us we had to come back the next day to get the car, but we put our trust in them. But, now that we are leaving negative reviews regarding our situation, they are trying to cover their unprofessionalism with lies and threats to us.This business is completely untrustworthy. I think they might be ok if you get the right salesmen. We were approved for financing. In the middle of the pandemic, we were trying to work with Igor over the phone, to get information on cars. We needed to buy a car ASAP - no matter what we said - ie “we want to buy that car” he just would not call us back. We would wait 5-7 days - call him, he would answer, it was like we had not told him we wanted to buy. We started all over again. Kinda like the movie 50 first dates. After almost a month, we gave up.They do have great cars, we had a loan & $$ down ... It just seemed he didn’t want to sell, or sell us, a car. He was nice enough.He just didn’t call us back or help us go forward with the deal when we wanted to purchase. Sadly, it was one we REALLY wanted. Weird!

At first I loved my car and customer service was great during the initial transaction. 2 weeks after purchasing my 2016 CLA 250 the vehicle needed over $2000 worth of maintenance/repairs... they claimed that the Mercedes dealership was trying to get over when in fact the work needed to be completed. Now I find out that the rims are cracked and need to be replaced. BE CAUTIOUS when purchasing a vehicle here.

We thought a 3rd vehicle purchased from Gravity would take place, however nothing could’ve been further from the truth. RUN away from this place and spend your hard earn dollars elsewhere! The first vehicle we were going to purchase, we paid for an inspection out of pocket only to learn there were a NUMBER of issues! In addition, they were massaging the numbers regarding the purchase price which was a little unscrupulous. We agreed to consider a second vehicle(silver 2017 mbenz gla) only to discover visible damage throughout the exterior and a broken mirror inside the car amongst other damaged areas here and there. The shocker...the owner REFUSED to handle these issues because he felt the vehicle was discounted enough! RUN AWAY from“RAGGEDY GRAVITY”! Spend your dollars elsewhere! They do not value loyal customers at all so we will be purchasing a used car from the manufactures dealership shortly. Please read ALL reviews on this forum as there are several 1’s, plenty of 5’s too but buyer beware! We had a horrible experience based on the owners inability to value loyal clients.I will say...Shane was a pretty good sales rep. The inspection report revealed the need for a new set of tires, new brakes, bolts, severe rusting. Not to mention, the mechanic called my husband and identified a few more concerns. I didn’t ask for dropping of any prices, we simply asked that you repair the visible damages, you refused so we walked away. Focus on getting more quality vehicles without glaring issues, spend less time engaging in back and forth sessions with your customers. Good day.

I recently purchased a 2016 Lexus GS. I talked to Jonathan on the phone and scheduled a test drive. Arrived at 3 pm and left i. Less than 3 hours home with car and my auto loan approved. Nick and George were able to match my credit unions lowest rate. The car was in a great condition, with all the maintenance already performed at Lexus dealer. The price was more than fair. Nick was very knowledgeable, explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with the decisions I made. It is very rare to have that kind of hassle and pressure free and friendly conversation at the dealerships. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a a great lightly used luxury car.

I was impressed with the detail to service that my sales person Shane Sam gave me. He was very knowledgeable and detailed with the way he greeted us and took us through the buying process. These guys provide top quality service. I came all the way from Maryland to buy a car from them. They have a good selection of really nice cars and my salesman Oliver, was courteous and very knowledgeable.On my first visit to store, Oliver arranged for me to be picked up and dropped off at the train station. He was patient throughout the entire process, and he responded in a timely way to all my calls and text messages.I will definitely be doing business again with them in the future.

Small shop so you get attention really quick. Took my car in there got a fair deal on the trade but understandable. Worked out a deal for another car. Was in and out in 2 hours. Finance guy tried to get me a better deal but Fed Reserve raised rates so... Worked with Aftab and Jay. Would do business again

I wish I had read the yelp reviews instead of taking a cursory glance at their google reviews. I don’t hand out 1 star ratings lightly, in fact this is my first.Everything started out well. We agreed on a price verbally because “their system was down.” When I got home I touched base via text and email to try to get something in writing and that’s when it became shady.Every time I tried to get something confirmed, they’d call me instead - under the guise of being proactive but actually just trying to avoid putting anything in binding writing. The next day my fears were confirmed when all of a sudden they acted like we never agreed on a price. I said fine good luck to you (I liked the car but am not about dishonesty and was ready to go elsewhere) then all of a sudden they said they could do our originally agreed price.There were other issues in terms of some work they agreed to do (not done by the time I picked it up, which they didn’t disclose wasn’t accomplished until I kept asking them point blank) and other small to-do things that they promised verbally several times but ignored my emails and texts.This place is super shady. It’s terrible business practice to ignore texts and emails, make promises 4+ times straight to my face knowing it’s lies, and not being communicative with your client.I wouldn’t recommend my children go here so I wouldn’t recommend it to the gen. pop either.

Do not purchase a car from here. I won a lawsuit against them and they still have not paid up 6yrs later. The owner does some under handed dealings. You will be sorry if you purchase from any of his locations.

IGOR is a great no pressure salesman! He went over and above to make sure I was satisfied. Our experience started when he called me next day to verify I was coming. When I arrived he asked how was my drive. I was tired so I wanted to get straight to business. He showed me the car I wanted to look at and others cause I wasnt satisfied with the space inside of the one I chose. No pressure and very patient he went and got each key of the vehicles I wanted to see and on many test drives with no complaints. I finally found the one I wanted Audi A4 Limited. Him and Victor worked a deal with me to keep me from walking!! IGOR wanted to detail the car before he released to me. I dont live in Atlanta. It was late and close to closing. He delivered my car to me after driving 2 hours to my hometown. Now thats great customer service! I recommend gravity and Igor as salesman! I will be back again! My husband wants a corvette!!
