Had the pleasure of working with Alan, Darren and Tim! I ordered snow tires from Tire Rack, had them sent here for installation. Alan noted my brakes were in rough shape, and took the time to explain the measurements to me. The price tag hurt, but he managed to set me up with financing, and off I went.Lo and behold, we get a snowstorm overnight and my windshield wipers bug out. So, I trek back and Tim limps me into the bay over a foot of snow and proceeds to dissect my wiper transmission. Turns out its a plastic cap on the arm that has worn out and the transmission is otherwise fine. Lucky me! They had the part brought in same day and I was out of the shop in time to beat the rest of the storm. They helped me hit a relocation deadline with amazing service and attitudes. These guys will take care of you. Much love from my new home in Montana! I wouldnt have made it here without them!

I needed an oil change, I called they squeezed me in last minute and did an amazing job. The manager was very knowledgeable and a great help. I will be returning to get future work done.

After my car was stuck in a ditch due to the recent snow storm and pulled out the wrong way. I started to have the death wobble. Decided to take it to another shop who told me it was a balancing issue. Once I left there still had the wobble so I decided to take it to Mr. Tire. And Im glad I did.The staff at this shop is by far the most thorough bunch that not only looked at the issues I noticed. But, informed me of other issues with my car and was able to fix them at a reasonable price and get me back on the road the same day. Drives like new and I will now use them for all my vehicular needs. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I first stopped in with an almost flat tire on my way to work one day. I had never been there before. They fixed my tire right away so I could be on my way to work. The customer service was great, so I went back. Many times since that first stop.But my last 2 visits have just been above and beyond. I recently bought a car for my teenage kids to have to drive. But their safety is also very important. Something was draining the battery in the car and I didn’t want them stranded somewhere. As the end of the day approached, I didn’t think I would hear from them til the next day. Josh not only called to explain what the problem was, but took the time to call before he left for the day. I was able to go ahead and pay over the phone and arrange to pick up the car after hours. No work time lost for me!We’re in the process of buying another car due to a recent accident. We took the potential car in to be checked out. Again, Josh went above and beyond. He not only looked into a check engine light, he verified exactly what we needed to do to have the car in the best running condition. In addition, the car was thoroughly checked for its safety as well.2020 has been a tough year and knowing I can count on Josh and Mr. Tire for all my vehicle needs gives me just a little less to worry about.

I came here to get my 05 wrx worked on it had a ton of boost leaks (vacuum) I couldnt find. they did a smoke test and found my leaks, I Also got an alignment here they do great work. Mr. Tire is one of my main go to shops that takes genuine care of my first car (2014 Chrysler 300). Customer service is 10 stars but I’m limited to just 5 but overall, you will not have any issues once you leave and even if you do, they’ll ensure that it’s taken care with a peace of mind. Chris(general manager) goes above and beyond in any case which I can appreciate and That’s a attribute that’s rare nowadays.

Always take my cars here. Been there multiple times for multiple different things and my cars always come back 10x better. Alex is who I go to the most. He’s great with absolutely everything and always makes sure my cars are given 100% of his care. Great place.

I could not be more pleased with the service, products, and results that I have received from the location at 810 Norland Avenue. The crew in there is very friendly and honest with their customers. I have continuously received exceptional service from Chris Brusie, the assistant manager there. This past Monday I ordered a new set of tires that were not stocked there, and they were ordered and installed by close of business the very next day- very impressive. I will continue to give this location my business for as long as I live here.

My wife was visiting her sister in PA and had a tire blowout on the way home on I-81. She got the car to Mr. Tire and they were able to get the tires I want the next morning (had to have 4 tires replaced due to being an AWD car and the others were 3 year old) Thanks to Alan and Chris for doing such a good job in keeping us informed and getting the tires installed.

Alan is amazing! I received a flat tire on my way back to Boston from Georgia. After going to several tire shops, I found Mr.Tire with the perfect employee. Alan made me feel like a customer that’s been going to this shop for years. His customer service was exquisite! I personally love company’s that have employees that want to be there and service the customer. I will drive all the way back to Pennsylvania just to have Alan’s wonderful customer service again. My tire went flat yesterday and I put on what I thought was a donut tire to get me down the road to Mr. Tires. Alan was so great and helpful during this process to let me know that it was actually a legit tire put on and instead of putting a new tire on because it didn’t need one he just tightened the lugs to make sure it was all secure! Such great communication and I can’t wait to go back soon! Alan was so helpful!

Good value for good service. Im not crazy about the push for more service than is necessary, even though I understand it as a business. I worry about seniors who tend to believe it is needed if it is recommended, and Ive had plenty of experience knowing a service wasnt needed when it was being promoted as needed. Case in point, recommending all new brakes front and back, when they were still passing inspection. I wish they would stop doing that. Tell me what is needed by me, not what is needed for your store to be more profitable this month. But...they are accommodating for appointments, friendly, and if you tell them no, they are okay with that. Ill continue to use them as my primary service center in Chambersburg...eventhough there is a new business opening soon which will compete with them.

This Norland Avenue location is the only location in the company I will take my vehicles to. Not because of the pricing but because of the customer service and professionalism displayed. The General Manager Alan is always courteous, knowledgeable and understanding of value, such a great associate to have within a company. My vehicles are always done promptly and within the time frame given. I appreciate this location immensely. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

Alan and his team did an amazing job on my car. Came and for an oil change and state inspection. Asked me what kind of oil I run to be sure it was correct. Found 2 bulbs out made sure I knew and asked to change them. Also let me know that i would need an alignment soon. I asked if they had time to do it while i was here and Alan said yeah no problem! Great experience. Even helped with changing the channel to help occupy my kids while we waited on my car!. I come here every year and Im always pleased with the work. I have been to this location many times for all different services. Bill has helped me get new tires at a good price, he even advised me against a service that wouldnt have benefitted my car instead of doing the service just for the money. They are quick and efficient and always friendly. I get my state inspections here and all my other services as well.

I always have a nice experience when I have to visit Mr. Tire. I never feel taken advantage of, Im never harassed to utilize other services and I dont feel pressure if I say, no to anything, either. They are always very friendly and helpful and can answer all my questions. My first experience there was for an oil change and I also requested them to check and replace my air filter. Instead of taking advantage of me and just replacing and charging me for an air filter, they brought my air filter out to me along with a new one, to compare and told me that I didnt really need one yet. That was when I started trusting them! The honestly and reliability has been consistent over the years. From basic oil changes to a last minute, 6pm emergency need of a tire valve being fixed to my recent state inspection, all positive experiences. The Manager Alan and Assistant Manager, Chris were so pleasant and helpful when I came in today. I had some questions about coupons and they were able to help me out and apply the discounts without question. All the guys there are great and super easy to work with. I highly recommend them! They provide the same service youd expect from a small privately owned mechanic; humble, reliable, quick and great service which is very difficult to find these days when it comes to franchises!

I made an appointment to have Mr Tires shop to check out my concerns . They greeted me with a smile ... and I spoke to the manager Alan . ...after checking everything over I was explained the work that I needed done .... I had just been to my dealership the week before for maintenance work . I could see myself under the car the work that needed done .. I’m not a mechanic but I definitely saw what was happening ....Alan explained to me the different concerns that needed my immediate attention and ones that could wait .... I chose to get it all done at one time . They were recommended to me by family members who by the way do not live in the Chambersburg . area they also have to drive over an hour to get there !!!! I believe that says something about this Mr. tire service center . I didn’t have anyway to go home while they worked on the car so I chose to stay there for several hours .. but I can honestly say that they kept me informed on where they were and what how much longer it would take. I will continue to use this Mr. tire service center again ... I know that there are managers and mechanics there who are doing a caring and professional job . Thank you Alan .. Went in for an alignment and it was done in a timely manner and they even showed me what was wrong and explained everything tech was very nice. I think his name was tim and the front desk was very helpful explaining everything as well as showing very professional attitude, alan and chris were very nice.

If you havent had good service you need to go to this shop they are professional and timely they are upfront about prices and its always nice talking to the front desk, chris and alex and alan were very helpful and nice. Will be back for sure.

I have had such good experiences at this Mr Tire I pretty much use it exclusively for my auto repairs. The only time I wouldn’t take my vehicles here would be if it is something that they don’t do even though they have been able to do pretty much everything that I have needed. I’ve had all 3 of my vehicles to this Mr Tire for various repairs and maintenance and will continue to do so. These guys have always been fair and honest with me.

Alan Archer was very accommodating today as I had a inspection appointment in which traffic made me late. I thought I was going to have to reschedule my appointment but Allen fit me into the schedule. I always get my car inspected at this facility as Allen always provides me with prompt, professional customer service. Alan is an asset to your organization!

Everyone was polite and professional, but I fell that $80 for an oil change is absurdly expensive. Dont know if Ill be returning for my next oil change but perhaps Ill give them a shot the next time I need tires.

Mr. Tire on Norland Avenue in Chambersburg is such an amazing place. I came today for an inspection. I arrived approximately 45 minutes earlier than my appointment time and they were finished with everything within that time still getting me out before my scheduled appointment. Very professional, no overselling like you would see elsewhere and they kept me in the loop during the whole time my car was being inspected. Mr. Tire has always had my business and this just solidifies that.

I highly recommend going to mr tire for all your service needs. Alan is great, he did everything possible to help me with getting what tires would be best for my cars and anything mechanical. he has always been happy to help no matter what the problem is, he will go above and beyond to make sure your back on the road quickly and safely.

I’ve always ran into trouble when it came to quality service but then I came upon a new location with a professional service. I don’t where they found this guy but Alan not only answered every one of my questions in a timely manner but also ordered the right parts for my vehicle as well as kept everything in a timely manner and now I have a fully functional vehicle I recommend his services as well as this location to all of my friends and family thank you Mr. Tire and thank you Alan Archer.

I drive over an hour each way to work so I expect only the best for maintenance work. The last thing I need is to be stranded on the side of the road. Alan and his team make sure all of my vehicles are safe and up to my daily blast down the highway.

Showed up for a 1 PM oil change. 2:30 rolls around and Im sitting in the lobby, the cars still out in the lot, and theres a mechanic out in the lobby working on his remote control car.I dont think the business understands how poor this reflects on them.
