I’ve had mixed experiences with different UPS Stores but this is by far the best one I’ve visited. The Manager was very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond here. Thanks for helping me get my item packaged and shipped.

You cant even deliver a package to my place. You guys had that correct address n still couldnt do it.

Very poor service . a gal was helping me, she asked me a question I answered her question and said no I have not returned this, thats why Im here . I said I cant find the qr code you need to scan it into the system. she then just walks away with no notice and the manager takes over . I wasnt aware that employees could do this or had this choose to just leave a customer hanging . wow terrible . so then the manager takes over says nothing no apology anything about the behavior of his employee .i will not be doing business here again !!! id rather drive a few more miles for the good service .

The sign on the door says closed at 1 pm due to staffing issues, was supposed to be open till 7 pm.

Seth at the 1st Avenue store was very helpful and exceeded my expectations of customer service ten fold. My father had left some items here when he came up to help with storm recovery. The items needing to be sent back were oddly shaped and Seth took over and told me not to worry about a thing. He got everything safely wrapped and packaged and got sent off.Thank you Seth and thank you UPS Store for a great experience!

The customer service was great. Store manager took special care of addresses and shipment. You can print, scan or copy here as well. Am giving 5stars for a good customer experience at this UPS store. Will recommend and also return as and when I need to mail something next.

The lady working on 8/28/20 @ 6:00 pm was really helpful, thanks to her. I was there for a drop off and my package was torn. She brought a recycle prime bag, transferred my stuff into it, took the address paper from me and taped it to the package with their sticky tape. Didnt charge anything. Same day earlier I had gone to usps for another drop-off and they made me buy a 3.99$ sticky tape to stick my address paper.

The lady and gentleman working on 6/16 @ 2:00. Were top notch. Fast, friendly and very helpful! The msn was kind to my busy 5 year old and even let her use stuff to draw while I figured out my problem. The lady offered me extra services to help me. They even made friendly small talk. And The place is clean!!!

My mother in Love bought my son a winter coat off amazon. She scheduled a pick up to my house, that I spaced on. So, I drove an hour from my house to my nearest location.I called ahead of time to ask some questions. How to print my label, if I had to pay for my box etc. 30 mins later I arrived. He was extremely pleasant! He remembered my questions and assisted me promptly.I struggled to figure out how to find the label, and he came over without me having to ask and asked before taking over the computer, which I appreciate as I’m weird about personal space.He helped me so quickly I was in and out l, and left very happy a lot less stressed!Thank you Seth!Also, thanks for the compliment on my leggings :)

Awesome staff, far better than the former staff of Dubuques in 2013/14. Only based on one visit but later same day shipping cut off time than FedEx so if you dont make it to FedEx by 5pm you should try UPS theirs is 6:30pm. Will be back for future shipments!

Sign said they were open from 8am to 7pm on Fridays. I was at their door at 3:30pm. No one was there. They could have at least put a sign up or something.

All staff are nice- but Alex is great! He is great at his job and very efficient! Look forward to going in there.

Called about 15 minutes before close. Alexander picked up. Had an Amazon package that was at its return deadline date. Alexander had the idea to print the label over the phone so I gave him the code from the Amazon receipt. Drove the package to the store just in time and he got it labeled and ready for loading onto the truck! Alexander was sharp and helpful and the excellent customer service was appreciated.

Members of staff are usually very helpful and friendly, but Ive had a problem several times at this store in that it closes 5 to 10 minutes before posting closing. Clearly someone on staff is clock watching. Today, there were 5 people outside the store looking in windows, etc., when I got there. The store was closed up 10 minutes before closing according to me cell phone time. Management needs to deal with this.

I will never use this location again after todays experience.

It is VERY easy to ship packages from this store. When sending college text books back I was able to just print what I needed at home and walk in and drop it off. My husband also needed to print a return lable for something once and he was able to get online and print right at the store. It is so convenient.

Very efficient and good location, I have had to drop a few things off and never had any problems. Keep up the good work.

This location is closest for me and in years past has not always been a good experience with long lines and less than enthusiastic staff. The last three times I have visited this location I have received customer service from Alex. He is one of those individuals who is truly pleasant and happy to help. Today he helped get a 123lb dresser into the location (I am 34 weeks pregnant and less helpful than I would like!). He did it with an impressive attitude, was knowledgeable about what I needed to do for the return and had a smile the entire interaction. Working with Alex turned a cumbersome experience (that dresser was big!) into one that was easy and pleasant. If you need help, make sure to ask for Alex and leave a positive review (and tell his manager to figure out how to compensate him to keep him at the store!). Thanks, Alex!

Ive used their print to store online service a lot and have had good experiences, however this morning when I went to pick up my print package the gentleman working at the front became very flustered and reported it was accidentally given to somebody else. Then he told me he could print it again for me at no charge, but not right now because he had to take care of the store.I understand that mistakes can be made, however its important to check packages before you give them to somebody else. Also, there were no apologies made for the mistake, which is bad customer service.It wasnt a confidential project, but it did have information that I dont necessarily want just anyone to have. It is also very inconvenient as I needed that project this morning, and I gave the store ample time to prepare it.

This store is awesome, especially their notary!

Just spoke with an Alex about some questions I had on a shipment I received. He knew exactly how to handle my inquiry, and he was just an absolute pleasure to interact with! One of those people who just make you chuckle and smile. Please do what you can to retain this guy - Im tellin ya, hes great.

Inadequately staffed and no help from the lady at the store to bring an oversized(not heavy) item inside. I am asked instead to go to an different UPS location. Dont waste your valuable time and visit UPS at a different location.

Never received my item said they delivered it I was home all day they never even drove by

This store last my pre paid package. Walked in dropped it off. Apparently you get a drop off slip but this was not provided to me. A week later when my package was not returned to Amazon I called the store. The front rep woman was no help and told me I need to call back when supervisor is there Graham.Issue with this is, Graham apparently being the supervisor is not on the schedule and works his own hours, the woman told me so I would have to stop in or keep calling until I reached him. I then asked if they had cameras she could look at to see who may have taken my package and she replied they have no cameras to look at.I have now spent the past 4 days trying to reach this Graham who is conviently never there as I have called 3x a day.I did call ups 1-800 customer service finally who directed me to Amazon to take care of this issue. Amazon went above and beyond and got me my refund but still no package found. I would not recommend this store to anyone in the area. Staff very unhelpful

If youre going to close early, update your website instead of just slapping a sign on your door! I missed a shipping cut off because you decided to close early & I wasnt able to come by earlier.

Dropped off a package earlier and had no problem as attendant politely taped it up for me, hours later, my wife who is a former employee there asks to borrow the tape and is told there will be a feeWowWont be returning

Lady was nice but the only employee. I had to wait 30 minutes just to drop off a package. 10 or more people walked out. Im going FedEx or DHS if they dont respond to this post.

Werent even open at 9:30 am on a weekday when I came in to drop off a package during their business hours. Usually the service is fine but there are never enough employees

Insanely rude. Been there twice and each time it actually shocked me how blatantly rude and uncaring the employees were. The first time I went there I got so upset with the person I was trying to work with that I asked for the manager, which has been the only time in my life I have done that, and it turned out the guy behind the counter who I was upset with was the manager...

I stop by this UPS drop-off location at least twice per week for work. The staff is always very friendly and attentive to customers, even during their busy times.

Wanted to charge me over $3 to tape my box shut!

Policies are rude. They charge for taping ur box or you have to buy a roll of tape for $4! My box required a strip literally. Use a different store of the post office

Its 1:03 pm on a Wednesday I have tried calling 4 times now. No one is answering. Worthless employees.
