I know the local Walmarts well & how they are laid out so I can run in & get what I need quickly if needed! I just had a major surgery so the drivable carts were ideal! Cashier was a little grumpy because I couldnt find my debit card & she had already rung up most of my stuff even though she saw me struggling to find my card! ? Fortunately I finally found it & proceeded on my way! Yes, I should have had the card ready but there was no one behind me at the time!

An okay experience. I found what I was looking for but was unable to return an item and the customer service place was closed. I was told it is best to call to see when customer service would be open before coming next time. Seems like an odd way to run a store when one has to call ahead to return something in the middle of the day.

Almost got hit in the parking lot. People are exactly as youd expect. Avoid for your own sake.

Never have enough staff to run the check outs. Nobody running the bottle return machines theyre always backed up. Employees everywhere in the store stocking or filling orders and pallets everywhere that you have to navigate around. And does that ever present security aspect that makes you feel like youre at a airport or some kind of secured location. Special parking for the police officers all kinds of people hanging out at the doors security everywhere all their stuff locked up in cases or in special little sections inside the store with the cash register. Sam Walton would not be pleased

Typical Walmart visit, friendly greeter, start the search to find specific items, find 80% of them, then go self check your items and head out. Not so crowded this time, short wait to check out and zero problems....

It’s Walmart... items are never in the right place.?staff is rude. They do sanitize the cart and they provide mask if you need one. The greeter, I don’t know her name but she has dark shoulder length hair, she’s been greeting there for as far back as I can remember. She always has a smile and is super nice. Its WalMart. I dont like that we are stopped EVERY (weekly) visit ...to show our receipt...even after watching the greeter (the same lady- every week) allow other to exit without questioning them ( my S.O is from Africa). We called her out!The greeter said it is require because we have items NOT in a bag... two 40ct water, a 24 pack of Pepsi are regular-weekly purchases and this time a side table. Maybe WalMart needs bigger bags, if they want these items bagged. Maybe we will start shopping elsewhere. New store (competitor) coming to our town soon !

Dont even waste your time! Worst store by far, I mean....its Wal-Mart, but with a full cart of groceries and no cashiers. I did what I thought any normal person would have done..... I asked for help!.!.! Wrong thing to do here. Wouldnt even open a SELF-CHECK lane with a bigger belt to accommodate my large cart full of over priced food. Mind you I asked for a SELF-CHECKING lane. Before I could even say please I was told ABSOLUTELY NOT! There was only one cashier and she couldnt pull her off break!......?????.? A cashier? For a self-checking lane????....😐😑😐55 minutes later and over $300.00......yep had to use the small lane.

The staff here was nice. The reason I am giving the store 2 stars is because they have a lot of bare shelves. I also had my phone stolen out of my vehicle while I was shopping. Luckily, my phone is fingerprint locked, so they turned it in to the front desk.

I have to take a minute and truly extend gratitude to Breanna and Vicki today who went above and beyond to cater to me when my situation called for extra attention and time when they unfortunately are under staffed and in my opinion not compensated the way their skill set calls for. This is not the first time that Breanna has gone out of her way to help me.I am truly grateful for the service I receive time after time at this location

I shop here all the time. I go pretty often during late hours. I like shopping later at night since its more peaceful and quite with just a few employees stocking shelves. When I cant find something, the employees know what theyre doing and direct me to the item the quickest way possible. Very polite and very helpful. Sometimes Ill go buy some stuff during the day time hours where more is going on so it get pretty busy. The 1 complaint I have is that they never have enough people on their register/check out lines. I go to self check out when I shop during the day and its usually a long wait. When I shop for actual groceries at night its usually a longer wait due to there only being 2 check out lines open. And sometimes at night the self check out machines arent even open. This place is great, they literally just need more people on registers.

I normally do not shop at Walmart because most of the merchandise is from China. I went with my husband who needed a cooking 🍳pan with a lid. So I browsed the bras with is every womans nightmare. I found 4 and went to try them on. I found a fitting room but no attendant. When I located an employee she said they were not open because of lack of employees who could run the fitting rooms. I put the bras back and walked out. That was an awful experience and I wont be going back.

Some of the employees were wonderful. They went out of there way to help me. When I left 2 employees stopped me and demand that I show them my reciepet. They refused to let me leave until I did

Rude, night time, yellow jacketed employee REFUSED to do the paypal money transaction which EVERY OTHER IOWA Location will do and as corporate told me, the money center DOES NOT have to be open to do the PayPal money transactions.Ultimately i suggest going elsewhere until corporate cleans up the management FAILURES currently working here

I really enjoy going to the different Walmarts,if one store doesnt have what youre looking for,one of the other stores might have it,and theyre usually close enough to drive to without having to make a road trip out of the day. I bought a bbq this trip,it was 88 dollars off the regular price,I love cooking outdoors in the summertime.

Couldnt find frosted honey buns,angel food cakes or scoop away cat litter. Only got 1 thing i stopped for.

I really like Walmart alot they are reasonable on there prices and I go there all the time every pay day

Same old Michaels carries most of what it did pre-derecho. Store was very cleN and well-kept. Some things have moved. Had to ask a clerk about where their collection of smal-mediun transparent clear baggies were. She didnt know but said she could call some to come up who would know Took as couple of minutes, but the second clerk was very familiar with what I was trying to find and took me directly there.They also have a few new or expanded products. Up near the the checkout, they have an expanded for UV-Activated Resin and molds that I plan to try at some point.The only thing that I have ever dinged them a star on is the way sale items are frequently displayed. Often if a certain product goes on sale (e.g. product x) If product x comes in 12 differ colors. The annoying thing they do that they will take the top 4 most popular colors and those 4 will NOT be part of the sale but they will still be intermixrd with the 8 colors thst are on sale. So unless you psy VERY close attention, you end up at the check out spend more than you thought you had.I realize this is likely the doing of Michaels marketing folks and is not the fault of store clerks. Ive seen this happen multiple tomes eith different products so I dont think it is accidental. I feel this is just a bit deceptive but I have friends who are store managers (at different stores) who have argued that it is NOT deceptive and the customer need to verify that the item they selected, including size, shape snd color is actually on sale before they get to the checkout counter.As long as you are aware that this happens, it is usually not much of a problem.

Apparently Walmart is now having its customers pay for plastic bags, this is wrong when they do have a lot of customers that spend a lot of money and Walmart is a multi billionaire company and they dont hardly pay for the plastic bags

I ordered a computer online. It didn’t work. I took it back to the store. The woman at customer service jumped through hoops to replace the exact computer I had already purchased online. She was sweet, kind and caring. I was also able to purchase the computer cheaper in the store including a 3 year warranty! I had a wonderful experience a d I want to thank the woman who helped me because she was absolutely amazing!!

Here lately it seems as if the Walmart employees are getting grumpier and grumpier theres very few people greeting at the door and if they are theyre usually caught up and talking to whoever is supposed to be overseeing the self-checkout area customer service has been closed the last three times I went there without the possibility of reopening and Ive never known them to close and none of the managers were willing to help usually the managers are friendly helpful theyll take care of it real quick I drive 30 minutes to get to a Walmart cuz theres not one around me so its very discouraging that I drove there two days in a row almost three just to return something that didnt fit

Walmart always has everything my family and I need and Im happy to say I live close!

There are people there to help me get to where I needed to go and not walk all over the store and when I went to check myself out there was someone there to help me. And Im just a real customer service person so when people have people like that it means more to me and people just telling you to go over there they give you the aisle number and the side and it was very helpful. :)

Definitely cleaner and more organized but can’t get help just bounced around between departments cause the employees don’t want to stop chatting with their co-workers to do their jobs I gave up and got no where

One of the better walmarts to me. I like better than the SW location. Usually has good stock and several cashiers working. Can usually get in and out pretty quick.

Wal-Mart always seems to disappoint theses days. Out of items I want a lot, not always very clean and usually have to do self checkout. I want someone to look up my produce instead of me. Hard to find employees who will answer questions. Usually try to shop somewhere else.

I absolutely DESPISE going to Walmart. 1 cashier checking people out and 30 self checkout lanes open. Then the scale to weigh my veggie was broken and bless her heart...an associate comes over and tells me to use the sticker number to scan. I thought with all due respect to the employee, isnt that what they are getting paid for? I told her the scale was broken and after waiting in line for 20 minutes and then ringing up all of my own groceries, I got to have her void the transaction and check us out again but not before her stopping at 3 other checkouts to assist other customers having issues along the way. I cant believe I am the only one who wishes I never had to go to Walmart again, ever.

If you cant it at WalMart you dont need it! At least that what I tell my grown children!

Keeps pretty well stocked but its a complete nightmare and time-suck to try and check out unless you go through self checkout.

The place is pretty nice but it was really hot.

Awesome prices on almost everything. Food, clothing, electronics, craft supplies, automotive and so much more. Sometimes its hard to find someone who knows where stuff is but thats because they hire new people constantly.

Computer center staff sitting at their computer, not acknowledging my presence. They lost a sale.

They have too many checkout lanes that are self checkout. If I wanted a job, I would apply. I shop because I need the products. The employees are generally unpleasant. This is a last resort place to shop.

I went there to cash my payroll check. They said the system was down, but yet they were doing returns and giving them cash .Why couldnt they cash my check if they can do that. Plus the bathrooms were closed again !!!!!!!

I do not recommend this. When I made a delivery request of food after my friend( who doesnt love with me,) got home from working there, they replaced a certain item (breakfast burrito with baco) with the exact opposite when my friend KNEW that they were still in stock. I seriously think ogp is lacking on work and not doing things right😠

Had my elderly mother with me to pick some things she wanted.We needed help finding things and after 15 minutes asking an employee of Walmart (and never got assistance) we left.I was fairly ticked off.My mother has a lot of trouble walking and we were treated like we didnt matter

Had some returns from online shopping. Customer service was able to take car of them just like. A normal return.

Today I decided to do my grocery shopping... I left the store because the Dont have enough cashier!! I have two shopping cart worth almost $400 so they want me to do self checkout!! Come on Walmart!!! This is a serious problem!! when you have to pay one of your employees to put everything back to the shelves!! So at the end one of your employees have to work. Thanks Walmart!!! I will do self checkout when I have 3 or 5 items!! NOT TWO CART FULL OF GROCERIES!!!!!

Even though they were busy, one of the employees helped me find something I was having a hard time finding. And even put it in my cart for me, because it was so heavy. And then another employee helped me get it into my car. Thank you so much 💖.

It was warm through the store, there was some broken glass and it took someone forever to find someone else to clean it up. The shelves weren’t very organized.

Walmart is Walmart. I have noticed that there have been a lot of empty spaces where things should go and there are a lot less people to help you when you need it. Walmart seems to be trying to go to all automated checkouts are those self check out things which I absolutely don’t like but I understand.

Not enough Cashiers to check out. Hard to find people in the electronic department. They really need more Cheshire up front.

I like that this Walmart is smaller and easier to get around. That being said, the aisles are narrow and thats sometimes tricky.I was also surprised to see at least 10 shoppers not in facemasks, despite the large sign outside saying they were required.

This Walmart is missing a lot of the accoutrement that Ive come to expect of wally-world. Not once in my time visiting this store have I seen people doing drugs in the parking lot, there are no homeless people accosting shoppers for spare change, and not a single sudden fight breaking out in the electronics department.

First line our checkout was delayed by a price check that lasted over 15 minutes. The second line the customer had purchased an item with a security lock and the checkout person could not unlock the item. Also Walmart seems to have problems maintaining their inventory. Shelves are empty in many places
