Pharmacy techs at this CVS store are Superwomen/men. I went there on Oct 7, 2021 when theyre facing staff shortage and one lady was saving the day. She was doing COVID testing, take prescription drop-off, collection, and all the weird requests. I really felt that the management should pay her double for that. What a stressful situation with grumpy customers waiting in a long line. She has to go through this daily with strong sense of responsibility. In late August, I went there because I had COVID and was so sick even fully vaccinated, she had to reject me at the end of the day (I got there too late and all testing was closed). Seeing I was so ill, she directed me where to go to get tested. Thank you for your work.

The pharmacy is miserable. They managed to mess up 2/3 of my prescriptions in one week. I’m an old customer and put all my info into the app. Nothing transferred over. The app has 3 sign ups. The CVS account,rewards card and pharmacy. It’s an awful system and the employees seem to enjoy disappointing customers.There’s a chubby blonde lady with trashy tattoos that really enjoys telling me I don’t have a CVS card without actually telling me what I needed to do to get one. I signed up on the app in just a few moments. Each time I was there I get the impression that I’m bothering their sweat shop.So far People’s RX is the only place I’ve had great luck with. The rest are cold heartless pill mills that mess up prescriptions constantly.

They had the script I needed in stock and filled it promptly. Staff was friendly and efficient!

Prescriptions are not being filled in a timely manner. It is has been 3 days now since my Dr has requested my rx and I cant even get through to call them. Wait times on the phone can be 15 min or longer

Friendly staff, large selection. The pricing can be a bit high but in general I like CVS. Truly, I prefer Walgreens, but since covid, CVS has been more available and consistent with products and hours of operation. I recommend going for prescriptions too, very quick and easy to use.

I love this pharmacy. Great service with a smile. The pharmacist is a sweet woman who can take a joke! I enjoy just having a chat sometimes while waiting for my script (IF they arent slammed). I used to use Walgreens but in 2006 A pharmacist was EXTREMELY rude! My doctor changed a dosage of medicine I was taking that was a controlled substance. He accused me of fraud and blurted out the Rx to the whole waiting room. This caused a young man to approach me in the parking lot to try and purchase my meds. I was humiliated and ashamed.While I no longer need that Rx...IF I did and CVS was concerned I couldnt Imagine them blurting out what is was...it was Oxycontin BTW. I can not recommend these folks more! Love yall. I cant name the pharmacist @ CVS who I adore but she knows who she is!

Expensive! I normally go to CVS to get prescriptions. Few days ago, I stopped by to buy over-the-counter cold sore medicine on my way home for the convenience. CVS brand $19 (for tiny little 0.07oz tube). Today I found that the cold sore medicine in HEB is 60% cheaper, and it wasnt even on sale!! Id not shop at CVS anymore.

I got to the drive thru at the pharmacy a few minutes before they close and was waiting behind the car that was at the window. As soon as the tech finished helping that woman she closed the window on me as I was pulling up and played the “we’re closed” message. Like really dude??? Enjoy the extra 2 minutes of your day off. Wouldn’t even make eye contact with me, refused to acknowledge my existence and the fact that I was there and waiting before their closing time and she helped the person in front of me. Thanks for the disrespect pharm tech 👍🏽

The worst customer service Ive had in a long time. In thankful this CVS isnt our regular pharmacy. If you want to go to a CVS with outstanding service go to the one in Target.

I agree with the last person. Both the pharmacist are fantastic. Its the people assisting the customers. There are about 3 people who are absolutely fantastic. The lady I believe her name is Sonya, she has long blond hair. She has to fix everything the lady with the accident does and the tall blonde lady is so slow and still gets it wrong Ive made mention of this before, but they are still there.

Understaffed pharmacy

It’s been a long time since I’ve seen that David Redding guy. I heard he finally offed himself and his ghost haunts the place. If you listen carefully on a night like this you can hear him yelling at minorities in the store.

Worst cvs in the area. No one greeted me on the way in (guy was too busy on his cell phone) and no one asked if I needs help. The shelves were empty and the place was not clean. When I left, the guy never looked up from the phone but said later. I guess I should be happy he even noticed I was there at all. I will never stop at this location again. The thankfully there are a few others in the area with better service and shelves that are actually stocked.

Please consider changing to another pharmacy. I have had several incidents of poor service but I have never been treated with disrespect over a prescription conflict.

Marina helped us after going back and forth with insurance nightmare for 4 days and I am so thankful. With one phone call she solved our issue. Thank you so much!

My Grandson had an ear ache and I asked the Pharmacict what did she recommend. She looked at me up and down and responded as if she had sour grapes in her mouth. I ignored it but we both thought that she had a very unpleasant attitude. Maybe she was having a bad night, but being in that position with that kind of attitude is a bad look for CVS. I hope they can hire people in the Pharmacy with better mannerisms. Terrible!

Best cashiers and some store managers! Better than the one in bag bad corner of new hope

Convenient location but incompetent pharmacy staff messed up 3 times so I had to stop and have them fix it every day for 4 days in a row. NOT convenient.

I have only used the drive thru pharmacy, but have had great service each time.

This pharmacy is an absolute joke. I’m network pharmacy... sounds like a scam.

The service here is deplorable; it has been this way for the past three and half years Ive been residing in Cedar Park. Heres the problem; there are two Walgreens within a mile or two of this location; Im presently trying the location on Cypress Creek Rd across from Randalls; well see, but their ratings are bad too. Whats wrong with these people; they dont know how to manage their businesses.I would encourage everyone to call corporate and tear them a new one; CVS & Walgreens should be ashamed of themselves.

The cashier Raymond at the front store is always so nice and eager to help me to my items.

These people have the worst customer service. While nice personalities, they are forever unorganized, confused, have no follow through. The location seems to always be out of medicine.... 1/2 of this, 1/2 of that, come back in 2-3 days for the refill, etc. They really need a make over and training. Maybe there are to many interns at that location.

Typical CVS. Clean and well stocmed6. Redbox out front.

Layout is ok, but didnt seem like many people cared here. Stood for a while at the counter before being helped.

The whole world is now starting to take wireless payments, get with it. Im giving 3 stars for not having wireless payments.

Every single time my doctor sends a prescription electronically, they NEVER get it and I have to call and play this game with them. They need to do something about this! Ive stood in line and heard this happen to others too. Switching to Walgreens...
