I love coming here every morning. The staff is always so sweet and friendly. I especially want to shout out Fabio who is so wonderful every day and makes customers feel valued and always has nice things to say. It really brightens my day. Other places need employees like this. Keep it up!

Half the time the store is not open because the staff is running late. I go at 5 AM in the morning and there’s always a 60% chance that it’s closed or not gonna be open for another hour. I’ve also been there when their electricity has gone off randomly and they couldn’t make coffee. I always get nervous pulling in because I know there’s a strong possibility it’s not gonna be open

Just ordered $110 for a Dr. office (13 drinks and 11 food items) and Robert here is acting like it’s such an inconvenience. When cashier rang me up and said “It will be ready shortly.” He couldn’t help himself and chimed in “30-40 minutes.”The rest of the staff had a good attitude, but Robert may want to consider opportunities without customer facing.

I love this location. The baristas are kind and welcoming. Service is fast and consistent.When I visited recently, many other Starbucks in the area were closed due to a recent Winter storm. This location was clearly picking up extra business and was overwhelmed with customers. Despite this, the service was still lightning fast and everyone was attentive and friendly. Thanks to the team for making this a great experience.

I am a frequent customer at the Strarbucks Coffee Company in cedar park! I am very aware and familiar of the stores high volume and need to be very efficient! While I appreciate an efficient store, I also appreciate being acknowledged at least within the first 30-45 seconds while I come into the store. Today was the first day, in a little over a month, where I was greeted with a smile by at least 3 baristas when I came in... even tho they were busy. This crew was a different crew and I’m very appreciative of that. I was greeted by Leah, Robert & Lynn! I was extremely happy to have visited the store unlike other days when I have the expectation, due to consistent experiences, to be ignored... not acknowledged... and having other customers acknowledged before me. Thank you thank you thank you to Leah Robert & Robert for taking the time to greet me and make sure I was taking care of... instead of ignoring me like my other experiences have been with different crews! Thank you once again!

We have gone to this starbucks since moving to austin four years ago. Today I felt like I wanted to leave a review because we are always so happy when leaving this location. I hope Aria gets everything they want because they are truly the best! I’ve never spoke to a more nicer person! I would seriously always come back, even if the coffee was bad (which it’s not) just because of Aria! (Everyone else there as well!) thank you!

First we went through the drive through and the lady was very nice. But the coffee we got was kind of burnt-tasting so we returned it. So we went inside and second employee was very nice as well and gave us replacement cups which were both delicious. She also refilled my daughters milk for no charge. Great customer service. Will definitely go back to this location again.

There is a complete lack of quality customer service by the manager on shift today. We ordered 2 drinks light iced (1 quad) and a croissant sandwich. We were handed hot drinks and we told the drive thru cashier we ordered iced and he apologized and said he was training and didn’t put it in correctly. He then handed us iced drinks I asked which one was the quad and he said “oh I forgot” he tells us how they’ve been very busy and turns around and the manager comes and the first thing she says is “It is extra for a quad, you are going to have to pay $2 more for that. I can do it but you are going to have to pay.” Excuse me?! First where are your customer service skills- we had never been treated like this at Starbucks. We know it is extra and do not care to pay more. Secondly, we were totally reasonable with the person training- I don’t understand where the aggression from the manager was coming from. If she cannot function well under pressure in a fast paced environment she should reconsider her position. Also we never got our croissant sandwich because they forgot to make it- per the drive thru person.

I swear this Starbucks is always 100% on with their drinks and food! I have come by here probably 100+ times over the years and have never had 1 bad experience. I come to this location for convenience however their drive thru system is the WORST drive thru of all Starbucks, I have been waiting an average 20 mins each trip to get through and there are times where there’s only 1 car in front of me. This is a very high traffic area, please consider hiring more employees or stack more employees through each shifts. There’s no reason for the wait especially when it’s a drive thru.

SLOWEST STARBUCKS. I don’t even bother going to this location anymore because cars are always backed up to pet I because the person taking orders is so slow. It’s not the barista because immediately after ordering you pull right up to the window. Management please look at the time in between each order of the drive through, it’s ridiculous.

My experience at this location has been good previously, but today, after being impressed by the contactless system they have in place so that the window person doesn’t touch my card or my drink, I watched the woman who did make and touch my drink with her mask pulled down while everyone else wore theirs properly. It doesn’t matter if nobody else touches my drink if the one person who did isn’t taking safety seriously. Wearing a mask like that while coworkers and customers can see is a statement. I don’t want anyone who doesn’t think precautions are important touching my food and drink. I doubt the company does either.

My fiancé and I went in and the cashier was already rude with us. Then while we were ordering a coworker had splash us with water and milk. Instead of the cashier saying sorry or any form of apology, all she said was “Did it splash you? Well, wakey wakey eggs and bakey” Definitely NOT going there. Horrible customer service

The staff was hectic and unorganized, and came across as very neglectful and rude to customers. I was given my drink, and while waiting 20 min for the rest of my order my ice coffee melted. Turns out they called out the name of the wrap instead of the name of the order, and someone else picked it up. They just thought I was standing at pick up to stand I suppose. The remainder of my order was incorrect upon receiving it. As someone who gets Starbucks daily, I can easily say this is my first and last experience at this particular location.

Good service at this location. Starbucks should try to do better at keeping both bathrooms clean if they they continue gender neutral bathrooms. No urinals = pee on the seat and floor which is unfair to people who have no choice but to sit. Form over function.

Order took forever. The person who took the order had never taken an order before. The person making the coffee didnt know what I ordered or the size it needed to be. Not sure what their process was since they had at least 5 people working. When I finally went up to check on the order, the person had forgotten to say my name. It didnt taste right so I just chunked it. Total lack of focus on customer experience. Last $5.59 they will get out of me. Better options for coffee locally.

Think we had a newbie making out drinks they were all mediocre and took forever to be made despite being quiet. All tasted like weakly flavored milk. Also, none of the drinks were served with sleeves or stirring sucks. There was also trash laying around.Guess Starbucks doesnt worry about consistency anymore.

Usually this place is on the ball. Today, though, it was a wreck. Staff was busy, which is fine, but they ignored customers standing in line - - not even an acknowledgment or, Itll be just a minute. After I finally placed my order, they forgot to make my drink, a simple iced coffee. I waited 10 minutes before going back to the counter to ask about it and had to stand there for another 5 minutes while three baristas glanced over their shoulders at me, but would not actually address me. Very disappointing.

The A/C is broken at home, I have to finish this screenplay and I hear: what can I get for you? What? I dont know,my mind is everywhere else, I think to myself. This patient woman is waiting so gratefully so I ask her to recommend something. I cant remember what she made me but the fact that I was able to go in some where that people have to be nice,and then soar past any expectations I had earns more then 5 stars. Frankly, its sad that the only reason we went to this location (for the first time since I cant remember) was because they were the only ones who showed they still have the Snowman Cookie on the app. I have had more horrible experiences here than I care to count. Before when Heather was manager, it was bad and wed inform her of our complaints and baristas messing up orders... not doing their jobs, and just overall lack of customer service. But nothing was ever done. Shed apologize, and then a week or two later the problem was still there. Having my coffee remade every now and then, ok, I get some people are new or maybe arent familiar with some drinks. But often!? Smh. Now, with new management, I cant believe it is worse. I used to think it was silly to have so many Starbucks so close together, now Im thankful for options when one location has baristas who shouldnt be working there and managers who dont know how to manage. Its crazy the current manager has given me so much grief about my drink being made wrong as if Im being a difficult customer. No, your baristas should know how to do their job, which in reality.. is YOUR job.. and no one is cutting it. It is also not unusual for some of the baristas to be completely oblivious to the normal function of how a properly run Starbucks should be. Personal conversations arent the place for the workplace, and dragging conversations with customers isnt always appropriate or the best service when sometimes a customer just wants their order and to go. It shouldnt take 25 minutes to get my order when literally, no one else is there. How many baristas does it take to make coffee? Ill never know. Ive only been a dedicated Starbucks drinker/customer for over 16 years. I spend good money for my coffee, it should always been good. Your coffee machine should always be calibrated when it needs to be. And if you have attitude, you shouldnt be making coffee cuz your attitude affects my coffee and I taste its bitterness.

The baristas here are kind and helpful. Drove through this morning, and they were out of the boxed chocolate milk. They heard me ask my littlest if shed be ok with the vanilla, and the barista popped right in saying they could make one.Yes, chocolate milk is definitely a simple drink to make, but it was a simple kindness that made a little girl very happy.

Extremely poor service, never have coffee ready, made, never have the same people, always some one new, as far as employees go. Make you for your order, for more than 5 mins. The service is so horrible that they forget about you, it isnt till you get so pissed off you have to go back up to the cashier or ask for a manager, and tell some one hey were is my order or you all forgot about me. Then when they realize that they did forget about you, they have to ask you what did you order, because they lost the order, but wont admit it. I am an avid coffee drinker and a person who frequents Starbucks about, but I will probably never come to this Starbucks again, theres always some kind of problem every single time I come to this particular Starbucks. This Starbucks needs a whole new attitude adjustment, or maybe management that actually care and give a damn about their customers.

This is the slowest Starbucks that Ive ever been to. Customer load seems higher than average but 45 minutes standing there for two sandwiches and an iced coffee is too much. (This isnt a 1 time thing either, its every time I come here in the morning) Oh and dont bother using the app to order because it takes the same amount of time. You could order using the app and then go eat breakfast at IHOP and then your order might be ready.I just moved up here from Austin where I had no problems even at crazy busy hours. Both this location and the Parmer/1431 seem to have the same speed issues.Starbucks... Im gonna have to switch... I hear rumors of a Summer Moon at Avery Ranch. Youre losing customers...
