This is and will forever be my go to place!! They always are in stock of all my items needed, everything is nicely organized, and not to mention the staff is top notch. I’ve been coming to this location for a while & they have never let me down. Cristal & Laramie have always been so kind that it’s something I look forward to doing when getting supplies. I appreciate all their hard work & the great environment they have created

The staff here is probably the nicest Ive encountered at an Armstrong McCall. They are helpful without hovering. The always seems happy to see the stylists who shop there. Her team is friendly and keep the store very clean and well organized. While from time to time what I need isnt in stock I still consistently shop at this lactation before going to the others. Because of how consistently good my experience has always been with them.

Great service and very knowledgeable about the products.

The lady that was working today (9/14)was an m.v.p in my books today. She went above and beyond to help me while still tending to other customers. I think she is definitely an asset to your company and especially this store shes very knowledgeable and knows what shes doing. Ive been doing hair 11 years and still have questions and she knew exactly how to answer them. She is well worth a raise 💯💯👐👐

Love the proximity of the store, very close to my home. AM, in Cedar Park, is ALWAYS a clean & organized store. If a customer can’t find a product, the staff is always eager in helping to find products. If the staff says this store does not have a certain item, they call their other store and have them send the item. Very well stocked store. I highly recommend Armstrong McCall for all your Professional salon, hair, skin & nail needs!!!

I’ve never been happy leaving this place but it’s closest to my house. The customer service is terrible and they have hardly any selection of seasonal merchandise from their catalog or nail supplies. I’ve recently found an RDA three times further and will make sure to make the drive after my last experience here when they thought is was appropriate to write down all of my credit card information to run later when their computer came back online because their franchises owner is too cheap to invest in a new computer system.

Great store find everything easy really clean and organize and Crystal one of the employees has the most wonderful customer service I have ever received at any Armstrong McCall store, I should say just anywhere in general shes really helpful and patient I highly recommend everyone to visit the store and I know for me is going to be worth the drive to Cedar park

Was trying to drop a few hundred dollars on a BabyBliss straightener and blow dryer as you are the only retailers who sell it. Walked in, shopped around probably 10 minutes when someone asked if I needed help, I said I was just trying to decide which to get. She asked a few more questions then asked if I was licensed. I had no idea thats what this store was. As I left I finally saw on the bottom half of the front door a long thing saying they only sell to salon people. Maybe be more blatant about that fact. It was hardly visible and only looked bc of my encounter. She was a bit rude after I said I wasnt a cosmetologist as well.

I walked in, nobody greeted me (there were 4 employees working) i am a very anxious person and nervous so i worked up the nerve to ask for help and they asked if i was licensed. i looked confused because i’m 16 and i was just looking to do my hair and acrylic nails at home. and learn so save my mom money to surprise my sister with doing her nails at home in about a month. and i said no. they told me this is a professional retail shop only for salon licensed owners. i was shocked and just wanted to run out. maybe put “for licensed cosmetologists only” so average people don’t come in. because i was really excited and now i’m just bummed.

They are frequently sold out of various levels, shades, treatments, blades, etc. When you ask when the items can be expected, the answer is “I’m not really sure”. Glad the internet exists and I can order things to be delivered.

I hate to say that.The manager Tammy lady very mean and horrible service, I never see any one like that . She thought she’s the boss .she need to leaning how to do service jobs .
