My mother purchased all her applaines for her kitchen remodel from here about 2 years ago. 8 months ago her KitchenAid dishwasher stop working so she contacts Cost plus for the repair. They inform her that it would be 6 months for the part due to supply issues from covid, understandable. Fast forward to this week (8 months later with ZERO communication) my mother and sister go to inquire about the part. Nothing but excuses and passing the blame onto another employee who wasnt at the store. After many more excuses they then tried to sell my mother a new dishwasher. Customer service is severely lacking. Sadly you would get better help from a big box store then from this place.

Really neat place hidden away in Casper. The inside is beautiful! Not sure if they accept Bitcoin yet but hopefully soon!

We purchased all new appliances from Cost Plus last February for our home. The guys that delivered them were wonderful. In October our brand new convection oven/microwave broke. They came out assessed it and said they were ordering parts. That was October 23 and we have waited and waited and waited. Understandable that Covid has everything put behind but then we called again last week to follow up and we’re told since we had waited they would replace it because it’s brand new. Then we didn’t hear anything again and called this week only to be told they don’t do that and we have to go through whirlpool. We called whirlpool today to be told that Cost Plus is not an authorized repair company and we would have to wait another two months for Letzs to come out at which point our appliances will be off of warranty. We spent thousands of dollars and have had the worst customer service after trying to shop local.

Love these people. Clint us a wonderful repairman. This is where we buy appliances.

Sorry this is a little late, we have had our new appliances for a few months now and couldn’t be happier, I can’t thank Nick enough for all of his patience and help in in selecting our new kitchen, the delivery and set up guys were very careful and did a great job, were very happy customers, thanks again.....

I was so impressed with Cost Plus Appliance - from start to finish! I purchased a new refrigerator and Justin and Nick delivered in two days! Our house has some very difficult twists and turns, and corners that are hard to maneuver. Justin and Nick took the doors off the old fridge, took out the fridge, took the doors off the new fridge, and brought it all in and had it back together and connected to water in 30 minutes - without a scratch or ding on the walls or doors! While they were installing the refrigerator, they noticed that the lower door on my old double oven was missing. We have worked and worked on that door, trying to get it back on. They didnt even hesitate. Justin and Nick had it back on in ten minutes. Seriously - these guys were amazing!! Very professional, hard working, and just awesome gentlemen! I will be buying all of my future appliances through Cost Plus!

I purchased some appliances recently and wanted to let you and your staff know how happy my husband and I were with our purchases! Time was spent with me helping me see what I was looking for until I could make a decision. I never felt rushed. Also, the two delivery men were extremely polite and efficient, helping us understand each appliance. We couldnt have had a better experience! Thank you all so much!

Update: despite initial confusion the owner came out personally and made it right. I was not pleased at first but as a business man I appreciate the work to make it right with the customer. I will use them again.Paid $90 for a service diagnostic. The technician discovered 2 parts that needed to be replaced. After 2 weeks I called into the shop to get an expected date on the parts. I was told only the person who could find the tracking number was the tech. On the third day of calling I was told the part was en route from Denver and their would be freight even though the part had not been ordered 2 weeks ago.I was told that his boss was busy and the person on the phone just sells new appliances and couldnt help me. I cancelled my order and will be placing the parts on order today online. Very poor customer service.

Low pressure salesman, which was nice. Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. Prices comparable to the big box stores and much better customer service. Purchased a new refrigerator yesterday (old one died) and it was delivered this morning. The delivery/installation guys were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Great experience from start to finish.

We had to go through Cost Plus for our Microwave Warranty. Our microwave started blowing our breaker every time we tried to microwave something. We called our warranty company and they set up the service with Cost Plus. They came and picked up the microwave and held on to it for three months. We called repeatedly to check the status and the only reply we could get from them was that they were working on it, but thought it must be something wrong with our electrical at home. They kept telling us it would turn on there for them, so we do not think they tried to actually microwave anything, but just turned on the fan and light. We had tried several outlets at home outside of the kitchen too, so we were pretty sure it was not our electrical. Eventually we just asked Cost Plus to give our microwave back. We called our warranty company again and this time they set us up with A&E Factory Service. This company came out, ran our microwave here at our house, figured out it was a bad switch in the microwave, switched it out, and reinstalled our microwave over our range. They did all this in an hour and our microwave is working great now. Cost Plus did not try figure out what was wrong, and dismissed our problems with it. Very dissatisfied with their costumer service, and their repair service. A&E was much better.

Cost plus delivery crew went out of their way to make sure our family was taken care of! They were very cautious with the washer, and even offered to stack the washer and dryer for us. Then they took the extra step and made sure that everything would stay in place, so our family would be safe! They had amazing customer service! Thanks Cost Plus!
