If you need a new phone go see Eliza she is amazing, sweet and very friendly. I had a 5:00 pm appointment with her bought a new phone, she got me all set up with it and stayed on the phone with AT & T until the store closed at 8:00 pm to get AT & T to let me keep my same phone number.Then I had to go back with a problem with my phone, I got Eliza again she was setting up two other phones for a customer and fixing my phone at the same time shes the best. I wont deal with anyone except herπŸ₯°

Today was another similar experience to several other visits we’ve had here. Lots of employees seemingly doing little besides talking to each other, while the line to get service is long and slow moving. We were returning due to them neglecting to put the screws back in an iPhone we had the screen replaced in. While the employees typically are friendly, specifically Daniel seems to be doing his best. An hour is the minimum we’ve had to devote to getting anything done here. In summary, nice people bad management/systems.

When I mentioned my experience to another household member he said his experience was the same. Guess where I wont be purchasing items for our new home. They listed the range we wanted. We purchased it from someone else.

Do not buy a computer from this chain. I have bought 2 and purchased the protection plan for each of them. They have never fixed anything when I bring it in. Just keeps the computer for weeks to tell me I need a new computer when both of them were only a year old. When you try to talk to the Geek squad they don’t answer the phone or just hang up on you after being on hold for 45 min. Buy somewhere else!

This store, specifically the store employees in various departments, do not pick up the phone when called. Ive called 6 times today, chose multiple departments from Geek Squad to Store Operator, and nobody picked up the phone/took the call. Waited 8 - 18 minutes each time. Area supervisor and their corporate offices need to be made aware of total disregard to providing good customer service via simply answering the phone! 24-minutes/10 seconds and still waiting now!!!

This has hands down been the worst experience with an online order I have ever had anywhere! My fridge that I ordered was supposed to be here February 26th. I finally got it in on May 13th and it was damaged by the delivery folks! The installation/delivery team broke the housing on my porch light, broke my weather proof strip on my door, and broke the valve completely off on my main water line during installation too! They also failed to measure my fridge in 2 ways before getting it off the truck. They just measuerd the depth but never the width. Turns out the width was 1-1/4 inches smaller than the depth which makes a huge difference when going through a door! It would have fit just fine through my door if they would have measured it properly, and would not have been scratched or dented when they forced it through. If they didnt want to measure it properly, they could have at least tried getting it through another door on my home. But no, thats too much work apparently. Its easier to just damage a $3,000 fridge that was paid in full already. Between the date that my order was placed (February 12th) and my delivery date, I spoke with at least 8 different people over the phone (none of which could give me the same story/information). I also went into my towns physical location several times to get an update on my order and spoke to 4 different people. My last time going into the store (May 10th) I demanded an update on my fridge and along with a tracking number. Everytime I called, they said it was in transit but couldnt give me a tracking number or even tell me what town it was in. Turns out it had been sitting up at my towns location for a couple of weeks!!!!! Not one single person attempted to call me to let me know my fridge was in and it never corresponded with the online system that it was at the store! My name, phone number, and order number were on the box!! Why would no one call me? I will NEVER buy anything for Best Buy again, unless I absolutely have too. What a complete joke!!!

I was met at the door by an employee(A.J.)who immediately brought me to the register to place my order during which he was summoned on his radio to help another employee. As soon as he was finished, he asked if he could take over, so the first gentlemen could go help with whatever was needed. I would like to say that the Casper BestBuy store location is one of the best stores I have done purchases from. I used to be an all Amazon / Newegg and back in the days TigerDirect but all of that has changed. Only time you see me buying from anywhere other than BestBuy is if they no longer carry the item I am searching for.The staff take the time to help you out with your searches when needed. They even take their time to help find the item for you and price match it.I my self do most of my purchases for my side business here about 90% of my time to even personal purchases. Since this store came to Casper their options and selections have improved over the years. Note this is by far one of the smallest stores I believe in the country but being able to fully build an entire personal computer with just parts from this store is amazing. That by itself keeps my clients happy and small business.Finally, the staff here are truly knowledgeable and willing to help you out if of course you give them the chance. If you need help feel free to ask the staff here, I am sure you can learn a few things from them. Even in my professional career I still learn something new from some of the staff from time to time. With that in mind just remember we are not in the norm due to Covid so keep that in mind. Things may not be easy to obtain, or availability could be all over the place.

I placed an order fo curbside pickup through the app. The app was easy to use and my order was brought out to me in just a few minutes. The employees all wear face masks and gloves because of Covid-19 which I appreciate. The employee who brought my order to the car socially distanced and asked to see my ID. The employee looked at my ID without touching it. Best Buy is one of a few businesses in Casper that is actually taking precautionary measures to deal with Covid. The employees have also been extremely helpful during all of my visits to the store. They will continue to receive my business.

The staff was nice but we had to hunt someone down everytime we needed help. The said they had a wire housing for our car to install our radio but couldnt find it and we lived 2 hours away. They advertised 6 month same as cash financing but made me do all the leg work to run the credit and then they made a error putting in my birthdate. When i asked if they could call and fix whatever was wrong so the transaction would go through, they said they couldnt do that. I had to stand there and call best buy right at the counter and do it myself while they watched and i could pay for the merchandise. I almost walked out. Their inventory is pretty out of stock. Next time Ill just order online since i ended up doing everything myself anyways.

This Best buy is pretty well maintained, and seems to have a surprisingly wide variety of products to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised to find how they had grown their PC Parts section. While its Frys or MicroCenter, they did have enough parts in there to mostly overhaul a computer. They seemed to have lacked motherboards and cases, but had everything else.

Bought a JVC stereo and had it installed in January. Right in the middle of the COVID mess, the stereo quit working. The store was closed, so nothing could be done at that time. The store is open now, but they will not refund me for the stereo because they have no one to uninstall it. I can take it to Billings or Ft Collins to have it uninstalled, but they still will not guarantee they will refund my money. I am out money for a stereo that will not work, and Casper Best Buy will do nothing to make this right.
