My AC compressor died in my 2003 Toyota 4Runner, I was hesitant going to a shop with basically no reviews “that I could find at least”. I usually do my own work but who wants to replace an AC compressor on an old rusty truck from Ohio. Some other shops in the city were quoting me way too much for this fix, even charging $150hr for labor.The team at “Done Right Auto” gave me a more than fair quote with using OEM replacement parts. The job took them half the time I was quoted by other shops. They even placed plastic on my seat to keep it clean.I’m also weary of shops intentionally messing with my vehicle, trying to get over on me or causing issues that will keep me having troubles. Look, these guys at “Done Right” are no nonsense, they had laser focus on the task, completed it and sent it out. Didn’t touch anything they shouldn’t have. Needless to say my personal experience was great. The shop owner/operator is extremely nice and easy to talk to. On top of all that, this place is locally owned! I always rather spend my money at locally owned “mom and pop” shops that do good and honest work. I will most definitely be coming here again.
