I cant recommend this company enough! I needed a tow from Riggs road in PHX to Tucson and sat in my car for over 18 hrs waiting for a tow. No tow company in PHX would take the job. Their dispatcher even called and showed empathy towards my situation after her company was finally offered the tow job by AAA. They communicated and were extremely professional. Tow truck driver was a safe driving and also very nice. Honestly one of the best towing experiences you could hope for. Thank you again!

Had a blowout on the side of the road and needed a tow home. All the other companies were charging an arm and a leg for a 5 mile drive. Came on time and was very professional and nice. Will always use this towing company from now on.

These guys are awesome!! I got my semi stuck in some sand at the corner of Lawrence and Thornton and robert B came out to rescue me. He was a very professional tow driver who tried to pull me but had to go get a larger truck. I suggested any size as I was barely stuck so not their fault. He came back very quick and got me taken care of. From start to finish was maybe an hr. I called around and was surprised to find that other companies here try to rip you off, but these guys were very fair. I will recommend them 10 fold. Great job star! Thank you...

So lets just say that through some very poor choices I found myself stuck in a very bad situation with my vehicle. Someone recommended Star Towing to me and I am still thanking God above that he did!! From Roseanne in the office to James and Alvin who came out to help this company treated me very well. They were prompt and courteous, and they took the time necessary to figure out the best, safest way to get my vehicle back on the road. The fee was reasonable and I will use and recommend this company.

My partner and I broke down on the I10 outside of Casa Grande at around 9:00 pm. Star Towing was called and they couldnt have been more wonderful. Randy picked us up and drove us back to Tempe. He was courteous and very friendly. What was a very scary situation was turned around because of Randy. We are extremely grateful and will highly recommend Star Towing because of him. Incredibly unsafe drivers and the office staff even knows it. They allow their drivers to drive trucks weighing 15,000lbs and up speeding down the highway even though they are on GPS so the management is well aware of their drivers actions and then they let them knowingly operating a touch screen tablet while driving on a interstate in traffic.One of their drivers almost caused a major accident which a fatality would have most likely been a outcome due to a large truck speeding at +75mph colliding on a major highway with a impaired driver swerving lanes and brushed it off.

Had to call Star...car wouldnt start. Very quickly they arrived and fixed my problem. Very courteous employees. Will use them again if needed.

Great prices ...... fast service. I saw their yard, very clean spacious and the staff is very friendly.Lots of different options to tow, big to small.

Very unprofessional people driving these trucks, driver couldnt even back van into driveway & ended up just leaving it in the entrance after police had to show up & referee. Ended up calling an independent tow truck driver who hooked up to van & backed it into driveway in under ten minutes. Wow, where does Allstar towing find their drivers? Very very bad customer service. Maybe not all their drivers are bad, but watch out for Randy, seems like that guy hates his job & sucks at it as well. Do yourselves a favor & find another company. Will be posting a video showing how the guy couldnt even back into 20 wide driveway. Unbelievable.

Not to be trusted. Driver James is very untrustworthy and must be new due the mistakes made towing my vehicle. Better choices exist even thru aaa.

The driver I got was so rude and I plan to never use this company he was very unprofessional and rude and did not know what he was doing I had to push my own car in my mechanics parking lot

Horrible. I picked my car up 2 days after it was towed. Spare tire missing and all 4 of my windows were all the way down full of dirt. And small dent on left rear quarter panel.
