Great customer service. After having a bad experience with another tire shop loosing my apartment. I called this store and they were able to get me in right away. I ended up leaving with some better tires at a better price than the other place.

Had a wonderful experience last weekend. Got a flat tire on the freeway and came in on my donut spare. It was close to closing time, but they took care of it in record time at a great price. Amazing hospitality, great showroom, best service - I couldnt recommend this place more.

Usually Les Schwab is our go to but after the AWFUL customer service from Gina with the N. Carson Les Schwab we will be thinking twice or in this case going to Hooten Tires for a better price and far better service.. We were told it would be a 2 hour wait for our trailer, we dropped it off and went back 4 hours later to get it only to be told they needed at least 2 more hours as they hadnt even touched our trailer. I had called first thing in the morning to be sure they had the time and even the week before to make sure the tires were there as well. Gina was rude and carless, encouraging us to take it somewhere else. She needs further training since she obviously doesnt care about Les Schwabs standards...

I grew up in Oregon and Les Swab back then was always top notch service. This store was a nightmare slow over priced and horrible service. They left my alloy wheel covers on my motorhome un secured and one flew off before I made it back to Lake Tahoe. I would never deal with this store again.

I had a situation with one of my tires while traveling that I purchased at another Les Schwab 13 years ago. All the employees including the garage team, were very helpful and efficient at this location. In the past, LS has always rebalanced, rotated and repaired leaks in my 35” off-road tires at no cost which has been absolutely great.

Was good. Went to do the free tire repair since we have tires through them. Though it took 3 hours to get work done. I had called ahead and was quoted an hour to two hour wait. I suggest setting an appointment if you need to get something done.

You guys are a blessing. A young man helped repair a tire on my green Honda Civic that had a piece of metal in it. He was very nice and professional. He was very fast and did a good job. I didnt get his name but he deserves a raise or something. Have him contact me on here somehow if possible. You guys are my go to place.👍

Got a flat last weekend in Kings Beach and was recommended to come here by the towing company, I was concerned Id need a whole new tire which would take several days (as a special order) but they checked it out, removed it and patched it within about 20 mins, I could not believe how fast they were, and the price was a bargain. Great service all round!

These guys are awesome. We came out of Death Valley and had shredded a trailer tire. We called here and they told us to come in and that we could spend the night. Sure enough we arrived just as they were closing and they directed us to the truck bay. Plugged in, spent the night and got 4 new trailer tires first thing. We were on our way by 9:30. They got us in and out in no time. If you’re ever broken down or just need tire work I would recommend this location. Thank you Les Schwab.

Dropped off my car to get tires rotated, balanced, fix a slow leak in one tire and have the rear bearings checked because they sounded pretty bad. What I got instead was a huge quote to do one bearing, tire was fixed, no rotation, or balance. They are clearly sales driven, want the bearing work but are not interested in upholding their promise to rotate and balance your tires when you buy them there..so guess was guys, my tires will be purchased elsewhere from now on, and you wont be fixing anything. The great thing about capitalism is there is always some one ready and willing to take over for the inept and bad service of other companies. Like most too big to fail companies, Les Schwabs days are numbered.

These guys saved me a lot of time, money, and heartache. My truck lost a front caliper bolt coming down hwy 50. I had it towed here because they stayed open 1-2 hours later than other shops and had great reviews. Originally the lady on the phone said they wouldnt be able to get to it until the following day. When the shop manager saw my despair as it came off the tow truck he said well find you a bolt and get you going. They took care of me quickly and charged me a bare minimum fee. This is how forever customers are earned.

Traveling with a friend cross country from New York in his BMW and the tire pressure monitor for a brand new tire comes on in Arizona and continues after filling tire several times. Decide to stop in Carson City to check, and figure - here comes a huge bill. LS tells us tire is okay, but rim is cracked. We are just passing through, so cant wait for BMW to order new rim. LS says they can probably get a used rim. Okay, here comes the huge bill. LS finds a good rim, puts the tire on the new rim and we are quickly ready to proceed north and back to NY. The bill came to $41.90, $25 for the rim and $14.90 for their service and tax. We were absolutely shocked - NY plates, BMW, anxious to get back on the road, and they will never see us again! The owner is totally trustworthy and deserving of your business. We are 100% sure that we would have paid multiples more anywhere else. And we had no further problems on the way home.

Great Employees. Took my car there twice the second time to install the parts they ordered and was told they wanted to dive into my issue a bet more before just replacing parts. They spent about two hours looking into my car and ended up telling me they did not feel comfortable installing that part (they ordered) and suggested taking me car to the dealer for more intense diagnostic. After all the work they put into my car they did not charge me one penny. They could have simply installed the part my computer stated I need and been done.No way they wanted to do the job right and that meant me taking my car to the dealer. Thanks guys!

The only place I go to buy tires. They may be pricier than other tire shops but theyre knowledgeable and reliable, a place you can actually trust. Your tires and their work is warrantied. Free tire rotations and patches. They also do payment plans to pay off tires, chains, or anything else you need to buy, which is also a great way to build your credit 👍

Terrible, thoughtless, uncoordinated, and unresponsive customer service. Ill never go back.I came to this location late Thursday afternoon, hoping to make an appointment for the next morning to get a slow leak fixed. But Les Schwab doesnt make appointments. I was told to come at 7:30 AM to be sure I would be first.I arrived the next morning at 7:40. I was told it would take about an hour once the specialist arrived at 8 AM. I figured Id be getting out of there by 9 am and on my way to work at a reasonable hour. At 9:20, having been patiently waiting for almost two hours, I asked the counter person if my vehicle was ready.He told me they hadnt started on the flat repair yet. I was flabbergasted. He blithely said another customer had left their car overnight and they had first priority.I asked why I wasnt told up front, when I handed them my keys, that another vehicle was before mine? They didnt have an answer. I asked why I wasnt told long before Id waited for nearly two hours that my flat wouldnt be worked on until later in the morning? They guys behind the counter just looked at me blankly.How long does it take to fix a single flat in any case? 90 minutes? I dont buy it. A Firestone dealer mounted and installed four tires on one of my vehicles in 40 minutes. So no flat fixed and I was late to work.

I went in 30 mins before closing and they patched my tire for me. So helpful and friendly. Next time I need tires I will definitely be getting my tires from them. Thank you I appreciate it ☺️

Ive been coming here for years, they are always helpful and knowledgeable and Ive learned a lot about tires working with them. Ive had a number of amazing experiences and today after suffering a screw induced blow out, Guy was kind enough to ensure me a safe ride home as well as getting my car squared away. They do not rush things and have never charged me for anything I didnt need or want. I am a lifelong customer now, and even if I moved away I take a drive to get tires from this shop. They are simply the best!

I have no idea of why this place has any bad reviews. I had literally the BEST customer service Ive ever had, anywhere.I called asking for a trailer tire that can be hard to find, needing it right away, with a horse in the trailer.Gus was amazing! They had plenty of that size of trailer tire, and put it on in minutes, even though they were obviously very busy. They are wonderful!

Ive used Les Schwab in 3 states and many cities. The service is reliably great and the multitude of locations makes them convenient too. You might pay more sometimes but you get what you pay for, and they support you with their great warranty at no extra charge (other places charge extra for everything).

They are always friendly fast and helpful. I didnt even buy my tires from them and Ive had 2 nails stuck in my tire that they fixed for me both times for no charge. Would Definately recommend them to all of my friends and family.

First time here and I was very impressed! Unlike discount tires down the street these guys know there tires. They demonstrated excellent team work and and the guys that help you at the counter are the ones actually doing the work on your car! These guys are professionals and care about there work! Too bad I cant keep going back to this location.

Came in to get brand new tires we bought here re-balanced, because there was a shimmy. They told us it would be about an hour before they would get to us, said we could leave and come back in an hour. Came back an hour later, here it is, two hours later and the car still sitting in the parking lot. Dont tell your customers its going to be an hour, when you know its going to be more than two, tell us up front the ACTUAL time its going to be, so we can plan for that.

Prompt service, good tires, prices comprable with other places, and you can drive in anytime and get them to check your tires. They also have a good warranty which they stand behind. I ruined the tire in Sacramento, and even though I bought it in Carson, they put a new tire on.

Very nice staff. Went in to have my tire fixed from a nail and it didnt take very long to get fixed. Plus they are remodeling it and theres no dust or noise.

They did a great job they put my truck up in the air spun the tires to make sure that the emergency brake is now broken wasnt stuck thats all I could afford for them to do that was free thank you.

Literally the best tire place in town, especially if youre a loyal customer. I have been getting tires there for years. I remembered like 8 ish years ago some idiot when around slashing tires in town, I managed to be one of the victims. The next day Les Schwab had a new tire on my car within an hour after calling free of change (although I had originally bought the cut one from them). And recently I got a screw stuck in a tire on my truck and it was leaking pretty quick, just showed up without calling to see about getting it fixed. They had it patched within a half hour, free of charge. Loyalty is rewarded with this place for sure. And the staff are always super friendly and helpful.

Awesome reliable tire shop where everybody knows what theyre doing and you dont have to worry about being taken care of great warranty and value on tires as well there are other services.can get really busy during the winter swap season if youre in Snow country so plan accordingly

Due to a misunderstanding they transferred my spare tire to my matching rim. Gave me my empty spare rim but not the damaged tire. Can I get my warranty credit when I can afford to have the spare tire transferred to the spare rim and Toyo tire on the matching rim?

I needed work done and always loved Les Schwab. I chose the one in SOUTH Carson because of the good things Id heard.I met Guy, the Assistant Manager whos very personable and professional. I spent almost a thousand dollars on mostly suspension work.This year, Oct 2020, I needed new tires and waited till I got to Carson to get them.This visit was $1400.Guy always makes each customer feel theyre the most important and provides the best customer experience and has a wonderful crew. They have gone above and beyond to assist in my needs to keep my tires and suspension in tip top shape. Since I live and travel full time in my RV, its not just a vehicle but my home and I appreciate that Guy considers this.Nothing is life is perfect so yes, we had a problem this visit but Guy remedied it in a professional manner leaving me as satisfied as ever.Anyone can get good service anywhere but how a business handles a problem speaks volumes.Im completely satisfied and highly recommend Les Schwab in SOUTH Carson City!(The photo is Guy. Ben found a small broken part theyre replacing under warranty. BUT, as a courtesy for the problems Ive had, theyre rotating my six tires, checking pressure and bleeding the brake fluid.Ben is fantastic!! Great guy!So many businesses can learn from Les Schwab about customer service and how to garner customer loyalty.

We were traveling in our motor home with a tow vehicle. Stopped in Carson City for a couple of days and drove our tow vehicle around and noticed that the air pressure was getting low. Took it into Schwab to get the air pressure and tire looked at. They filled it with air but the next morning the tire was low again. Took it back to them at which time they took it off and checked it and found a screw in the tire. They repaired the tire and when done I asked how much I owed them, the manager said I didnt owe anything. I couldnt believe that I didnt owe anything but he just said the next time you need tires think of us. I have two cars and my motor home next time new tires are needed I know where i will go. I have never been to a Les Schwab Tire Center before today and let me tell you I will continue to go back. I was having a problem with my cars tire pressure system and something that the dealership couldnt figure out (but really I think they just didnt want to waste their time on) I took it to Les schwab and they fixed it within 15 minuets. I couldnt be more happy with my service and their customer service! Good atmosphere and very friendly employees!!!

Always decent service here, but tire prices are a little higher than in other tire shops, but I think there free repairs & rotating are worth it. My only complaint is that they are a little slow.
