My right side entry door was bent (by the wind) before taking occupancy. When I asked about it prior to move in, they assured me they could fix it, so I took occupancy and kept calling them to address the issue. They came out a few times and tried to adjust it, but their techs knew less about adjusting a door than my landlord. Other times, I would ask them to make an appointment to discuss it, and they would miss the appointments and/or show up after hours, never informing me of their visit.Once the landlord paid them, they said it was no longer their problem and would no longer warranty their work. They said to take it up with my landlord. The doors they installed are cheap, flimsy, squeaky and dont lock properly without careful attention. Over just 4 months, they have gotten worse and worse. I am not going to wait any longer to fix or replace. Buyer beware.
