This will be my second time coming to this store for a repair. I dropped off my pressure washer due to an oil leak, and they told me it was a O-ring that needed replacing, but charged me over $60 for the repair. When I found out what it would actually cost plus the part (part less than $5), it would naturally be around $30 if not less. I feel like my initial ignorance was taken advantage of, and when I talked to a manager at this store, they shared as if the price should have been accurate because its what they charge based off what their system says...

I had a very good experience as I went to pick up a online order. I must say that the return and pick up counter customer service is always pretty good. Different department or aisle is a hit n miss especially trying to get keys made can be a wait depending who you ask. There are some workers they really dont need to be there especially when they act as if they dont feel like helping and make it obvious. I had a few smh situations other than that I usually find someone who is willing to help and are very helpful in general.

My truck got damaged over $2,000.00 worth while I was in the store by some cowards that left the scene. I even have a witness that saw it but couldnt get a lisence plate. Police looked into it and Home Depot said they have no cameras pointing where Im parked first row outside contractor pickup. It a lie because I took a picture where I was parked and see 2 cameras pointed opposite directions at contractor pickup area. Supervisor on duty also said week before my truck got hit 3 customer vechiles got wrecked into. ( stay away if you dont want your vechile damaged because nothing will be done about it. Including the individuals that damaged your property )

Now he is more of a rare breed - the past two home depot visits I made didnt have anyone with the type of expertise and solid attitude that this guy has. This store is lucky to have him!

Very rude service from James Stewart today. I’ve never received bad service from Home Depot before. This one surprised me. I hope this can help James realize he needs to treat customers with basic respect.James was helping me with one of those items you have to get from the locked cabinet. He got impatient with me because the item I took out looked like the package had been opened before and I wanted a new item (the whole interaction took no more than 3-5 minutes). He said in an irritated manner “come on man! If you don’t like it you can just return it later, I have to watch my station!” - he said this while pointing to the Empty self-checkout section that he was watching after, No one was there. Then he ordered me to put down what I had in my hand - “put it down!” he said while pointing. He then threw open the sliding cabinet door and tried to rush me to pick another one. James looked quite a bit older than me and I wanted to treat him with respect but I really didn’t enjoy getting mistreated by the Home Depot self-checkout.

Very clean store with friendly and helpful staff. It is also located in a nice area. As you would expect from any Home Depot, it is a one stop shop for your home improvement needs. Prices are reasonable as well.Plenty of parking available. If the item is too big and you need help, the employees will also help load the item/s to the vehicle.

Tyre is awesome helped me find the best possible solution to my problem, and saved me money ! I highly recommend the location just because of the outstanding customer service I received from tyre spikes was outstanding and really changed my outlook on this monolith of a corp. This is one of the only Home depots without an orange sign. The city council allowed for this Home Depot to build directly across from City Hall, only if Home Depot agreed to a brownish-colored sign.

Place was organized and clean. Front desk and customer service were great.Just wish the associates for their areas were in place and not chilling elsewhere.And why is tracking QOH so hard? Homedepot.com showed several items in store while they were literally zero item for the skus on store shelf.

I do not know how is it with you everyone, but I noticed that if I start a project that requires going to Home Depot I almost always end up going there either twice or more times in the same day or at best in two consecutive days.Theres no one time visit there!This store is good and I like it.

I have to give a big high 5 to a young gentleman who works at this location named Charles/Charlie D. He definitely goes above & beyond to help the customers out. After the freak snow storm we had I was returning a generator that I had just purchased. It had gas still in it & this gentleman just happened to be passing by in parking lot when he offered to help me unload the generator. He walked it in to the store & then took it to the other end of store to have the gas removed & then walked it back to return area & properly packed it up so I could get my return. What an outstanding employee Home Depot has. Great job. Thank you so much. (PS, he deserves a raise)

Awesome staff.Made a purchase online and went to the store ahead of time to pick it up. The desk staff politely requested me to wait for 5 mins. They stopped everything else they were doing and got my package.Meanwhile, I walked thru the store and a very elderly gentleman who was their staff helped me not just find Fire Alarm cells, narrated a personal experience, explained how it needs to be fixed and made us laugh.This is why I love Home Depot!

I purchased carpet from the Carrollton location of The Home Depot. The carpet I selected had a 7-day installation guarantee. Signs advertising this guarantee were prominently displayed throughout the department. My wife and I selected this carpet specifically because it had this guarantee, which we confirmed multiple times with the flooring associate with whom we spoke in person after an extensive discussion of the timing of installation, and confirmed again over the phone when discussing the quote. The outer limit of this guarantee would ensure the carpet was installed before we were scheduled to move into our new home.On June 22, the carpet was paid for. This ensured installation no later than July 2, allowing us to move into our home on 4th of July weekend. We were promised a call within two days to schedule installation.Nobody called within two days. When we proactively reached out, we were told that installation would not be scheduled at this time, as the single company with which Home Depot contracts for installation was “backed up.” When I visited the store in person to resolve the matter, the store clerk said the 7-day guarantee was no longer being honored – despite the signs advertising it still being present in the store.When I spoke with the manager, he said he would work on getting it resolved first thing tomorrow (today). I did not receive a call until 5:09 pm, at which time he stated that the installer was not going to install my carpet on time, did not have a time they would install it, and it was not his responsibility to find a way to correct the problem.This is not an honest store. They cannot be trusted. Do not spend your money here.

Very rude staff. They don’t care about their customers and don’t care to help?? We came to this location yesterday and bought some paint. We came again today because we ran out and the same paint increased in price so we showed them our receipt and the worker stated “we don’t care this is our price of you want to buy it buy it or leave” I’m just confused as to why this tone was used. Anyways will not come back here employees are lazy and rude. Terrible. Not mad about the price situation just the employees tone and rudeness.

Home Depot is not crowded. Most people are wearing masks. There is plenty of parking spaces. Checking out is easy and not crowded. Self check-out is easy and safe, with enclosed check out spaces.

I frequently show at The Home Depot on Keller Spings.. Today at noon I had the absolute worst experience with a middle aged India decentant male. That employee completely looked at me and turned his head instead of assistance. By his gesture he had no intention of helping. I know The Home Depot is in need of employees, but this employee needs to be fired. I called And talked with the store manager about this incident and told Tasha what had occurred. I had to search for help and another employee, Aaron was professional and very helpful.

I went in there for one lamp & a plant. Lol I meet three amazing people while I was their. Mrs. Carrie took the time to help me around the store. To get the things I needed. As I went to the garden section I was looking for a Jade plant. I see another young lady that ask me if I needed help her name is Olga. She also took her time & explained to me about the plants I was looking at & also the ones I have. Mrs. Carrie checked me out she called over a guy I forgot his name. Before I walked off from the register. Mrs. Carrie handed me an umbrella. It was raining really bad. I ended up with 3 lamps & 3 plants that I really love. I will be going back. I appreciate the help & the time they took to help me. Others stood around but Mrs. Carrie came front & center & ask me if I needed help. Thank you for people like them

What a mess!Almost every aisle was nearly impassable with a cart because of all the stocking going on. Several times I got kicked out of an aisle because they needed to close it for stocking. Guess theyre a bit too important to wait for a customer to SHOP. Finally got tired of that so got to a checkout. No exaggeration, I spent 15 minutes in that line with ONE other person ahead of me. They could have opened another lane, but I guess theyre a bit too important to allow their customers to CHECK OUT.Finally gave up and hit the self-checkout. I didnt want to do that because of the items I had that always have trouble scanning. But, I managed to make it out alive and can say that I will just go to Lowes or another HD next time :)Cant say Id recommend this store.

Curbside pickup is worth it! All you got to do is do to your shopping online, then you get a text once is ready to go be picked up at the store, make the journey, wait in the parking lot (at the designated pick up area) for the good folks at Home Depot to bring it to your vehicle. And thats it! #worthit easy peezy

I had a great experience when I visited Home Depot today 11/09/2020. I wanted some aloe vera plants, but had no idea on how to care for them. The customer service representative was so helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and showed me which soil would be best for my new plants to flourish in. I would shop there again.

They dont really do the best when it comes to callers. Waited for an HOUR. (Only because I had the time). They answered TWICE only to be put on hold, THEN they hung up on me. All 3 interactions with NO WORDS SPOKEN. Thats just extremely rude. WHAT HAPPENED TO CAN YOU HOLD PLEASE? Why even answer if youre not going to say anything. A simple can you hold please and being put on hold is enough.

I went here for metal brackets and wall shelves. Bought 6 brackets and 3 shelves. Paid about 45 dollars. Yikes. But I guess thats average these days. Was in and out fairly quickly thanks to the plexiglass partitioned checkout lanes they installed since covid. The associates helping near the registers were helpful and even friendly enough to joke with us. Hubby also came with me the time before that to get a part we needed and ended up getting a giant tool kit from his boss as a Christmas bonus gift. It was an awesome deal with about 700 dollars worth of tools packed in the same box with a giant duffel bag for a fraction of the price. Neither of us could believe it. Worked out great.Would recommend to the locals, sure.

9 times out of 10 the customer service is good. Good selection of every thing home improvement you will ever need and the 1st Saturday event for the kids is a cant miss, from 9 to 12. Make sure to get there at least by 11 to have time to built and paint your project.

After visiting here a couple times with Supervisor Arthur (AJ) and calling him multiple times, we learned the service at this Home Depot in the flooring department is very poor. It took me and my wife over a week to try and buy hardwood flooring, but we couldnt get them to help us make the purchase. So we gave up and went to Home Depot on Park which is much better (very professional). They got it done including all the paperwork in an hour. Done.

I don’t often shop at Home Depot. Pretty much never. I decided to do a little home improvement project. Bought one electronic screw driver. Realized I needed a drill. So I brought it back. The store clerk gave it to me as store credit at a different Home Depot because I was buying a new one directly after the return. I really wish she had told me that once turned into store credit it couldn’t be refunded to my card anymore. So I get a more expense drill/driver. It doesn’t work. Its just not powerful enough. At this point I’m over it. Home project canceled. I go back to return the drill and now I learn this. So I have a bunch of store credit for a store I just don’t shop at unfortunately. I told the store clerk that that wasn’t explained. Nothing she could do she said. One expensive lesson learned. Maybe I should have known this. I honestly don’t know.

I went to 2 Home Depots today. The first one didnt have the right parts, the people were too busy to answer questions. That was the Farmers Branch store. On the way out, I asked a cashier, she didnt know much about the products but was taking the time to help me by looking online and told me that they ran out of what I was looking for and that the Carrollton store has it.I went to the Carrollton store, found the items.I usually shop at Lowes because its close to me. I find that Lowes employees are more helpful. They will walk me to the aisle where products are located. At Home Depot, at both stores today, the staff members told me where ... thats it.In general, Home Depots are not as clean as Lowes.

This place is great! You enter in and there is someone to assist you! No need of looking around for employees. They are all very helpful and around you to help you! They have a massive variety of stuff and I Mr. Gary assist me with lawn mowers. He gave us valuable information on operating lawn movers and great advice on which one to choose. He was amazing just like all other employees here. Pick up in store is blazing fast and it makes it super easy to get something if you know what you’re getting

Home Depot hired a local contractor to install windows in my house. When the vendor installed the windows they failed to seal the inside of the windows, install the window trim, broke my counter top, and installed two broken windows.I called and complained about the broken counter, broken windows and missing trim as they were all that I noticed at first. I was told that I needed to purchase everything to fix the counter and they would pay for labor, which made no sense to me so I told them no, they needed to pay for it and they refused, this went back and forth for a few weeks and nothing was done to resolve the issue. The counter top is still cracked to this day 7 years later.I was told the window trim was on back order and would be installed once it was no longer on back order, 7 years later the trim is still missing, I had to paint the wood to preserve it. Some back order they have going on at Home Depot.The broken windows were replaced a week later after multiple calls, Im surprised they managed to get that one done honestly.Not sealing the window properly is the biggest issue. It took a long time to notice as the vendor installed the new window on top of the old window frame making it so all the water that overflowed/leaked from washing dishes went directly into the wall cavity between the interior wall and exterior wall behind the cabinet. I used my dishwasher exclusively until I got divorced and started hand washing dishes. I did not realize it until I smelled the mildew, at which point I called immediately and filed for a craftsmanship warranty claim (mine is lifetime, I understand they have since changed it to 3-5 years). The installation manager came out to the house, agreed that the window should have been sealed, agreed there was nothing to indicate it was previously sealed and the seal was gone, and agreed there was a smell of mildew coming from the gap left from under the window. The professional window installer she brought with her also agreed to all of these things, and made the comment that the previous vendor was fired for poor performance. He then went to the store and purchased materials to seal the window correctly. The manager said she would file a claim and have the damages addressed.Insurance company calls, says they will investigate. 5 days later I get a call from the desk adjuster, they tell me they are denying the claim because Home Depot says I never filed a service request for any damages, that when the service manager inspected the damage there was no evidence of damage, and the window is missing a back splash... When I asked why they never sent anyone out to inspect the damage they said it wasnt necessary because they interviewed the Home Depot manager and her statement is enough to deny the claim without actually looking at the damage.When I escalated to Home Depots higher management about the service manager telling me something different from what was told to the insurance company they offered me a 300 dollar gift card to make it go away, which I declined and stated I wanted my property repaired not a gift card.Update: Filed a BBB complain and Home Depot reiterated the fact that the water leak was caused by a missing backsplash, they continue to lean on this even tho there was never previously a backsplash and the window never leaked prior to their vendor replacing the window because it was previously properly sealed. I am still baffled as to how the manager came to my house, agreed the work was done incorrectly yet Home Depot refuses to take responsibility.Update 2: Home Depot just stopped responding, they couldnt care less that the vendor didnt do the work correctly or that the mistake has created mold in someones home. I guess I shouldnt be surprised after they refused to install the things I paid for, let along the repair the things they broke without me paying for it. I would avoid using their home services all together if you can avoid it. Scam artists honestly.

Customer service was terrible, and Im in home depot 3-4 times a day. Asked for help (he called over the p a) 15 mins later nothing, or no one. They didnt even have what the josey store sent me there to get. I asked to speak with the manager, and 20 minutes later I had to go find her ... she then tried to pass blame on the other store when i saw no less than 15- 20 employees wandering around when i needed help. Avoid this store, and save yourself the frustration and wasted time.
