“Your medication will be ready in 15 minutes”. That was 5 days ago. Glad it isn’t life sustaining because I would’ve already been dead.

They are friendly and very helpful I enjoy shopping there.

Make it impossible to find out how to even get a COVID 19 test. Not a real drive-up rapid test facility. Calling the store will not actually transfer you to the store to find out what you have to do to schedule a test appointment. CVS has always been and continues to be an awful pharmacy and convenience store.

Never had a problem always friendly good service

I received a doordash order for a few items at this cvs location. After walking down a few alleys, repeatedly, looking for a couple items, I asked the store manage for help locating the items. She responded that I got paid to look for the items, so I needed to find them myself. Also, told me to call whoever I wanted, including corporate, to complain, she didnt care. Horrible customer service. Other than that, store is fine.

Jillian and Shawn was not very polite when I went to the pharmacy. I will no longer be getting prescriptions filled here anymore as long as she’s there. Didn’t appreciate their attitude at all

Waited over 45 minutes for a simple flu shot after they said my wait would be about 5 minutes, and then they weren’t even going to give me a bandaid when it was bleeding... one star is actually too much.

I have noticed the store is under new management. The employees are friendly and the store is cleaner. I like it when I walk in and I am immediately greeted and ask if I need anything. Or if the associate is busy at the check out we at least make eye contact and a quick head nod. That goes along way to me.

Ive been told 3 different times to come back in a certain amount of time. Try a pharmacy that is actually staffed.

I just got my COVID test taken at their drive thru and it was a breeze! It was free, I was able to do it myself, I only had to stick the swab up my nose 1 inch, and the lady giving instructions was great. The procedure was less than five minutes! The only negative thing was that I had to wait in the drive thru line for a half an hour. However, there was 6 cars in front of me taking COVID tests as well. So it was worth being patient! I am pleasantly surprised by the testing process. I have never walked into this CVS though, but I just wanted to comment about the COVID testing.

Worst pharmacy in town. Ive been told 2 different times to come back in a certain amount of time. I did and my medicine was never ready. I would not recommend this pharmacy at all.

Every time I come to this cvs the medicine is not actually ready even they told you many times different time frame I’ve been told now 2 time in 20 minutes and I giblets them more time actually 1 hour and I have to wait other 10 minutes cause they did they did it with me there cause never ever is ready And they don’t even care about service level provided to customer

Never had any issues with pharmacy. Always nice to me. Never have to wait. 👍🏻

Rude Pharmacy front desk staff, they need a refresher or two on customer service. Also, I’m a patient individual when it comes to waiting but this pharmacy takes a very long time to have medication ready.

I work in retail management so I understand the pressures that exist in a store environment. But when you open your pharmacy late and then are blatantly rude to customers who come in expecting service... POOR JOB Pharmacist Mark McCrory. You are old enough to know better!!! Customers have many choices these days and I will NOT be filling my prescriptions here again

The store staff, Merideth is particular is very knowledgeable in where store items are located. Lindsey the pharmacist always asks me if I understand the physicians instructions. Always a wonderful experience.

Have a new doctor, and the folks at this CVS faxed my doctor to get a prescription filled. They were very professional and helpful. Thank You.

This pharmacy has increasingly had poor service with filling prescriptions and customer service in the pharmacy department. Recently had to make three trips to pick up one prescription each time after being told it would be filled it was not ready. Customer service was poor with excuses each time but not correcting the issue. Also pharmacy staff eating food while waiting on you. After past several experiences I would recommend using the other Carlisle CVS.

This drug store, and others like it fill the gap between grocery store visits where shelves are empty

Pharmacy is just rude! The pharmacist is always on phone being loud and obnoxious. The lady at the check out said I was rude when I complained about her blurting my personal information out loud with other customers around. My name and DOB should be enough identifying info - I dont have a common name like Smith. So now I drive a couple more miles to have pleasant service at West St CVS.

Amazing staff with friendly faces and quick to solve issues.

Worst CVS ever. They’re understaffed and even when there seem to be enough they’re unreasonably slow. Most of the staff is rude and uninformed as well, I’ll go a little further to a different one.

Sunday hours state they are open until 6:00pm. I walk in at 5:15 to pick up my script, that cvs in Target did not have in stock, and they said they were closed and quite rude about it. Will absolutley never walk in that store again. But I think I will call and file a complaint.

Pharmacy will mess up prescriptions.
