The wait time and how quickly someone can actually get to you at the pharmacy is ridiculous I honestly haven’t waited so long especially whenever there’s two back there and the lady was only focused on the drive through I’m sorry but poor service here

On Sunday May 9th 2021 around 4:00PM, I went to this store to get my refund from WesternUnion to add more to it resend it in a different currency to the same receiver. The customer service was very rude to me. She was making it very hard and complicated. She started by refusing giving me my money because she didn’t have an enough cash and she was very angry. I had to ask her to calm down, and I explained to her that I didn’t want to get my money in cash; I just wanted to add more and re send it. She was still arguing and refusing to do it. I was confused! I had to calm her down and explain again and again. Finally she entered the tracking number wrong two times. I was done. I left the store and went to the GIANT and did it in 10 minutes.

Great customer service and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Best place to go for everything 💖

THERE IS ONLY ONE TECHNICIAN DO NOT COME TO THIS RITE AID UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR AS THE ONLY PEOPLE IN LINE TO GET A COVID TEST

The pharmacist was very kind and informative when he administered my vaccine. The store was very clean as well!! Overall great experience at this store.

Pharmacy staff was fantastic.

They transfered my prescriptions from the Manchester store to Carlisle Rite aid with no questions asked. Very helpful people.

Bought an otc but needed to get it through the pharmacy. No problem there, quick, courteous but when I checked my bank statement I was charged $31 for a $10 item. Waiting to talk to manager tomorrow, not sounding good though.Have to change my review, called and talked to Ashley the pharmacy manager about my issue. She went above and behind to figure out what happened. Everything worked out and I couldnt be happier

I used to really like this place.. I always thought the pharmacist’s were friendly and like one technician. Everyone else back in the pharmacy are very rude. Prescriptions are never filled on time. I’ll give them a couple hours before picking it up and they STILL won’t have it ready. Twice they gave my three year old not enough antibiotics and the skinny technician that answered the phone gave me a horrid attitude. I’m not one to complain but this place is awful. Please go somewhere else.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and knows the store like the back of their hand,, and the pharmacists and pharmacy techs are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and kind hearted. I will remain a loyal customer for many, many years.

I went to have a prescription filled at the Rite Aid store on Hanover St in Carlisle, PA this evening for my 1 year old daughter. The particular medication my daughter needed had a copay of over $200. Given that I have commercial insurance (through my employer), her doctors office was able to assist me in obtaining a copay savings card. When the pharmacy employee tried to use the card, she told me it locked her out of the system, presumably because of our insurance and that it must be because I am a county employee. Confused, I contacted the company of the savings card. I informed them of my insurance and the issues I was having. They informed me that I am absolutely eligible and that the pharmacy had actually processed the claim and then revoked it. I asked the individual if the pharmacy is able to attempt to process the claim again and was told yes. I then contacted the store and spoke with the same pharmacy staff. I believe I heard her name to be Melanie. I requested that she try to process the claim again. She repeatedly raised her voice and was outright rude and tried to tell me that I am paid by the federal or state and it would be illegal for her to try again. I requested that she contact the company directly to determine the issues as I am NOT a federal or state employee and when I called the company I even inquired if my being a county employee would cause an issue and was told that even state and federal employees were eligible. Melanies response to my request was no. I am shocked by the complete ignorance of this woman and the unprofessionalism she has demonstrated. I recognize that she may be busy and taking time to call a company may have been an inconvenience but there was clearly an error being made and her attitude towards me was completely inappropriate. I will be seeking a different pharmacy who is willing to assist a mother who is merely trying to care for her ill child.Update: Target CVS took care of it in less than 30 seconds WITH a smile on her face.

The pharmacy is a complete joke. I have never had a successful pick up of a prescription. They either say come back, or we dont have the script from your doctor. Today their phone lines have been down for 6 hours and when I went to get my script they told me they couldnt receive it since the phone was down even though it was sent in yesterday. A complete joke - use any other pharmacy.

I am new to this area and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Best Rite Aid, welcoming staff, very knowledgeable pharmacy staff, always a great shopping experience. I will continue to be a regular customer.

I wouldnt suggest buying soda from them. Weve bought 4, and all are expired.
