Favorite store to buy my KETO friendly grocery list .

Costco in Caguas is one of my favorites. It takes few minutes to find parking space. Personnel is well trained to serve and has knowledge of every product they sell. Keep tight to your budget. There you can find so many varieties that may leave your pockets empty.

The help for carrying heavy items is very limited. The optical dept. Awful service. Lines move quick and cashiers are very helpful. Good quality products.

Very large lines but it moves a little fast and tve big cares for matress only 2 that i saw outside i think it should be one more for the heavy days

Today, was the worst day at Costco. Never in more than 14 years of being a customer experienced what I experienced today. I was asked to go thru the express line, since I have an atm card. When I go to the register to pay, the attendant told me he cant process my item because are to many items, that I have to move to another line to pay. I dont have too many items as he said. I moved to the other line and observer that the next person behind me, have two carts, not one. I came back to ask why he rejected my cart and can be able to process the next person with two carts. He tried to ignore me, and I insisted for explanation. He told that he cant urgue with me and disappeared. I saw a supervisor and told him my experience. He told that he will talk with the employee, must probably he will forget and do nothing. My membership is going to expire, just let me know, so I dont waste my money and time, renewing my membership.

Prepare yourself for new outrageous high prices at Costco Caguas, PR. Ex. 10 lbs frozen chicken breast $30 dollars and so on. If you happen to have a full cart they will try to force to do your own checkout. For the money you pay on your membership ( highest among the competición) and the basic salary employees make ($14 hr). There is no way I will do my own checkout. One final comment, start taking with you, your own sanitizer. Yesterday they had no sanitizer and the entrance and neither in other areas. Make your own judgment. Sam’s has a scan and go app. You do your own scanning as you go, pay on the same app. and bye, bye making any lines. 🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️

Baked chicken was awful. Something changed in the filling. Pizza ok, a bit greasy.

We walked in and had to leave immediately because the lines to pay were endless. There was no where to go, people blocked everything. Definitely, you cant go shopping on Sundays because is a nightmare. I will continue going during the week late afternoon or night.

I ordered a hot dog and it was absolutely disgusting. I was handed the hot dog in a bag and when I opened it the bun didn’t have the hot dog in it. I had to take them out of the bag to put them together, and that’s not even the worst part. When I opened the bun to place the hot dog IT WAS FILLED WITH MOLD. They gave me a moldy hot dog that wasn’t even put together. How could this even happen?

Very helpful and friendly staff. The addition of the self checkout stations is a game changer. The ordering stations for the food kiosk is also a great time saver.

That was fast. Person from TV sale area was very kind, respectful and very helpful. He knows his job. On the other hand no too much attention or assistance to the disable people like me who needs a cane to sustain while walking.

Whent around 7pm, and did not find lines or alot of people. It was just the best time to shop. Found some crepes w hazelnut, OMG . Had some fine bread, like chibata.

For the Covid-19 situation prices are to the roof.

Need to improve your control procedures at the entrance and exit points. Personnel needs to pay more attention to the line. People are bringing carts from other places without desinfecting. Carts should be given by Costco personnel to patrons that need one without affecting the line. Also, please do something to avoid patrons that already exited the store block the exit.

Good selection and the lines go fast even when they are busy.

Well organized warehouse with serviceable staff. Long lines for paying, though they move fast. Parking area uses to be packed. Store hours are limited when compared to similar businesses.

They follow protocol, but sometimes I feel like there are too many people. The reality is that the space is very large. Follow the rules and take care of yourself

Quick in and out. no lines and best of all super safe as far as COVID-19 procedures. everyone was checked for masks, Temps, they were sanitized, and very limited amount of people could get in, only main cardholder could go in.

Have to admit not a fan of any store,but Costco has great logistics and fast to implement them,they did so for Hurricane Maria,and now for Covid 19,personnel is nice,respectful and helpful,so for me membership is worth it,wish we had one closer.

Everything there that you expect. Current conditions have them making lines go faster at checkout. Selection of items optimum. Food court items are less than before, but you can order in by phone.

It was crowded as always,but nice place to buy. 0 Covid protocols besides taking the temperature and masks. Careful with dumb people who will shamelessly trample you if youre in the way.

I bought a shower massager for the shower, I was standing outside for 15 minutes finally I was call inside and was told My sister in law who has the membership has to come for them to refund my money, to me or my debit card which I used to pay for The Item.

The pharmacy have great professional staff that makes you feel like home, quick service and efficient!

Best costco location in the Island

As always, finding items more healthy than SAMS club...,still the over price of items are more expensive in Puerto Rico,than the States, and the idea of converting your card from regular to gold not good,to the CEO, every one deserve more than a 2% out of the items purchase,even those who cant afford a gold card.

I used to work in Costco and I was sad ... and they are hard working Slave with good salary, that’s my believe, I think that you shouldn’t work out 8 hours pushing karts with the hotttest temperature, it’s frustrating they even not gave me the hat . The assistant manager are as& holes the don’t treat you well. I am very mad that I have to quit cause I Started inside and I like it but they need to make changes . But yeah like a customer it’s great .

Like always is a good experience. I haave been a Costco Member for the past 15years is always been a good experience, even if you see long lines it moves very fast. At all Costco Stores in PR this one is very well organized and everything runs very smoothly. I definitely recommend it.

Awful experience, very crowded despite governmental COVID restrictions, employees have no clue of what are they doing.... Some employees ask for companion to be beside the member or driving the shopping cart then Javier was very rude saying that companion were not allowed and after explaining and showing my membership he was still rude and unrespectful. Where are the managers???? What kind of mess? Why dont evaluate the real qualifications before putting this person as a host??? Ive never been treated in such this way at any Costco in US... employees should be grateful that Costco have people willing to pay for a membership which means a job for them to perform...

There still being problems with some items that you dont find them after the pandemic.

Prices, prices, prices! The cart is not even full, $300. All fresh vegies and fruits seems to brought here frozen - in two day time already going bad. I think currently maybe the local supermarkets have the leg up on Costco. 4- star because if customer service and warranties provided.

I was extremely surprised that the store did not have the alcohol station considering the high level of COVID Delta within the island. I bring my own wipes but alot of people dont bring anything...

One person taking care for shopping cart was very hostile after a common question: what time they will open. You can find good service, but today was another thing. 👎👎

Kept us fed and stocked with water after natural disasters hit the Island.

This place is awesome, the level of organization is the best. I only wish it was like that in every store and place in Puerto Rico. The people are very nice and the place is very family oriented.

Service is still better than Sams. However, I have noticed a decline in customer service. eg. Store assistance with items locations, availability of some items and above all, courtesy by some staff have also declined.

Costco policies to not allow a representative of the house to come to make purchases if they are not the card holder even though the person who is the card holder is unable do to illnesses or child care because of the pandemic. Is uncesitive to the unic circumstances that diferente individuals may be suffering through this time. It is causing that the most vulnerable may be taking higher exposure risk than necessary. Ex. Elderly, baby, inmuno compromised individuals. This policies are not law and need to be tempered to the times and situations. Talk to management and even do explain the situation theyre unwilling to correct the situation or bringing it up to higher management. Costco you need to do better right now. Later you can make policies that are in the best interest of your business and profits. Also you are demanding there is only one representative per household to make purchases. COSTCO cannot demand wish one the household send to make purchases, that decision needs to be made by the person of how is better suited and is as less risk of exposure to Covid19.

Ridiculously long Im no app to get you out any faster everything is aligned including membership item and if youre going for anything other than food its hard to even know where stuff is

No Line...Thanks God! Everything ran smooth! Customers are observing the distancing rules! Gave feedback to a Manager though, in the Meat Area observed packaging with the masks under the nose uno to the mid mouth. I know its difficult, but we are all on this. Please keep us Safe! I will Pray for al of US and You, daily!
