We went to check appliances. There is an excellent selection. Be aware that there is a wait time due to factory delays. The employee went out of her way to serve us and answer all of our questions.We proceeded to check out the furniture dept. There are some great deals that are worth checking. As well, the quality of the furniture rivals some specialty retailers. The financing options, and warranty are what Sears works best. I bought a dining room set at 60% off. Very friendly employees.

The store its closing.. They are advertising that everything has to go. The entire store have this supposedly 50% to 80% discounts but the items are about the same price has before. For example I was looking at Levis jeans with 70% discount and the price to pay was over $40 and also they only had this sizes that nobody fit.... Very weird right?! I do NOT recommend this store!!!

Is sad to see Sears is closing store in Caguas. I hope that someday after the pandemic will see economic recovery and soon.

They are closing down Departments, No home & gardening. Tools are reduced to 20% of merchandise available. I see the store closing soon.

How can they closed one of the best stores we have, especially been the one in our area (central/south east of the island). Close the Kmart and leave Sears....I dont want to pay just to be able to buy in any other store.

It was pretty similar to most Sears Ive been too. I do wish they would expand their electronics section a lot more. All they had in their electronics section was some cheap headphones, like 100 HDMI cables, some speakers, like 2 turntables, and some other cables. But yeah, the clothing is good and they have some nice mattresses.

Sears is a good place, but it is also very expensive to buy anything there, I was very surprised, because I love to shop at sears, but I have always gone to the stores in New Jersey, New York and Florida and comparing the prices here in Puerto Rico and the states, it is to expensive here

One of the best places to shop in Puerto Rico a little bit of a drive to San Juan but the price differentials make up for the time spent and any tolls you may have to pay I think the greatest thing about shopping in Caguas is that almost everyone speaks English and that makes the staff much more efficient and helpful you can find everything that you would expect to find at Sears and theyre Appliance discounts are fantastic

While visiting my father from the US, I dont understand spanish to well, Sears had a salesman that did a great job with broken english! Happy to say I bought an appliance with his help! Good job Adrian! Even though PR is all spanish, he made me feel important. Very impressed! Thank you!
